なお前記サイドウォールゴムG2、ビードエーペックス
ゴムG4、ベルトクッションゴムG6などは、本実施形
態では、円筒状の成形ドラムなどに巻き付けられたカー
カスプライ13Aの外周面に前記ゴム押出し品2を巻き
付けて基体部3を構成し、さらにその上にゴムストリッ
プ4を螺旋状に巻き付けて形成される。また、インナー
ライナーゴムG3は、成形ドラム上で構成されうる。さ
らに図示していないが、クリンチゴムG5やチエーファ
ゴムなども同様に形成すしうる。そして、これらのタイ
ヤ用ゴム部材G1ないしG6を用いてタイヤの生カバー
1を製造し、かつこれを加硫することにより生産性の良
い空気入りラジアルタイヤなどが得られる。

えば小さな断面積のゴムストリップを用いて複雑なトレ
ッドゴムを短時間で製造することも可能になる。
