【発明の詳細な説明】 【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、ボイスコイル形リニア
モータに関し、特に、磁気回路とコイルの漏洩磁束を少
なくする構成に関する。 【従来の技術】第1の従来技術として、ボイスコイルモ
ータ用コイルの巻線を整列するため、線材を積層コイル
巻きしたコイル部と、コイル部の外面を包覆した被覆樹
脂とを備えたボイスコイルモータ用コイルにおいて、前
記コイル部先端の線材を階段状に積層したものがある
(例えば、実開平1−150474号公報)。また、第
2の従来技術として、空間を介し対向する一対の平板状
の外ヨークの軸方向の内側と外ヨーク間に設けた中央ヨ
ークの外側に、隣接する磁極が交互に異なるように複数
の界磁用の永久磁石を対向させて配置したものがある
(例えば、実開平4−98876号公報)。 【発明が解決しようとする課題】ところが、第1の従来
技術のコイルを第2の従来技術の磁気回路に適用した場
合、コイル端の面取りが一方側だけに設けてあるので、
コイルエンドの面取りの無い端部と有る端部から外ヨー
クおよび中央ヨークへの漏洩磁束にアンバランスが生
じ、縦方向の電磁力(サイドフォース)が不均一にな
り、ピッチングを起こし易い。そこで、本発明は、端部
で漏洩磁束が生じ難く、縦方向の磁束分布が均一になる
界磁永久磁石とコイルを提供し、ピッチングの起き難い
リニアモータを提供することを目的とする。 【課題を解決するための手段】上記問題を解決するため
に、本発明は、空間を介し対向する一対の平板状の外ヨ
ークの軸方向の内側と外ヨーク間に設けた中央ヨークの
外側に、隣接する磁極が交互に異なるように複数の永久
磁石を対向させて配置し、この永久磁石間に、端面に面
取りを設けた一対のコイルを配置したリニアモータにお
いて、前記外ヨークと中央ヨークに設けた永久磁石の
内、軸方向両端部に配置するものの外側端部に面取り部
を設けたり、前記一対のコイルの軸方向外側端部の内外
両面に面取りを設けボイスコイル形リニアモータを構成
する。 【作用】上記手段により、端部の漏洩磁束が減少し、端
部付近で界磁磁石の磁束とコイルの作る磁束の鎖交磁束
が従来より少なくなるので、サイドフォースの発生が軽
減される。 【実施例】以下、本発明の実施例を図に基づいて説明す
る。図1は、本発明の実施例である。1は強磁性体より
なる日の字形のヨークで、平行に配置した外ヨーク1
1、11と、外ヨーク11、11の両端部を閉鎖する側
ヨーク12、12と、側ヨーク12、12の中央部をつ
なぐ中央ヨーク13より構成される、閉じた磁路にして
ある。外ヨーク11、11の内面と中央ヨーク13の外
面には、界磁用の永久磁石14、14と15、15が、
隣合うものおよび対向するものの極性を交互に入れ換
え、所定ピッチで、軸方向に設けてある。永久磁石1
4、14の両端・内側と15、15の両端・外側には、
面取りC1を設けてある。上記のように構成することに
より、永久磁石14、15の端部で起磁力分布が軸方向
外側に向かい小さくなり、さらに、端部の空隙が大きい
ので、永久磁石14および永久磁石15から各ヨーク1
1、12、13への漏洩磁束を防止出来る。なお、永久
磁石の種類を増やさないため、永久磁石14、15を軸
方向両端に配置する永久磁石14a、15aに統一して
もよい。永久磁石14、14と15、15間には、幅W
1の直線部を残し、軸方向外端に面取りC2を設けた円
や角筒状の銅線等の良導体を巻回した一対のコイル2、
2を永久磁石14、14のピッチと同じピッチで設けて
あり、隣合うコイルを流れる電流が逆になるように結線
してある。なお、コイル形状を左右対称にし、製作し易
くするため、面取り部C2をコイル2の両端に設けても
よい。上記のように構成することにより、コイル2のコ
イルエンド部と外ヨーク11、11および中央ヨーク1
3との空隙が大きくなり、コイル2の作る磁束の漏れを
防止できる。コイル2、2の内径側には、非磁性体より
なるボビン3を嵌合してある。なお、ボビン3はコイル
2、2の外径側に嵌合してもよい。図2は第2の実施例
で、コイル2、2の端部の面取りを円弧状にしたもの
で、前記空隙が滑らかに変化し、実施例より端部での漏
れ磁束の変化が少ない。図3は第3の実施例で、コイル
2、2の軸方向の固定をより確実にするため、ボビン3
に、コイル2の形状に合わせた三角錐状の突起31a、
31bを、環状に両錐間の底が幅W1になるように、軸
方向に設け、両錐間にコイル2を実施例の形状になるよ
うに、ボビン3に直に巻回する。図4は第4の実施例
で、ボビン3に、コイル2の形状に合わせた、断面が環
状・梯形状のスペーサ32a、32bを幅W1で設け、
第3の実施例と同様にコイル2をボビン3に直に巻回す
る。図5は第5の実施例で、実施例および第2の実施例
の端部形状に合わせた凹溝33aを設けたスペーサ34
aと外径側にコイル2の外形が嵌合するノックを設けた
環状のスペーサ34bを、あらかじめ成形されたコイル
2の両端から挟み込むようにして、ボビン3の外径側に
固定する。コイル2に励磁電流を流すと、コイルの作る
磁界と永久磁石の作る界磁が鎖交し、左右どちらかに推
力を生じる。このとき、軸方向端部の漏洩磁束(縦方
向)が少ないので、縦方向の磁気力は少なく、サイドフ
ォースは軽減される。また、組立時の不具合や使用中に
心ずれが生じても、作用は同じである。 【発明の効果】以上のように、本発明により、サイドフ
ォースを軽減することができ、ピッチングが生じ難くな
る。

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is directed to a method in which a pair of flat outer yokes opposed to each other with a space therebetween are disposed axially inside and outside a central yoke provided between the outer yokes.
