Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] Takoyaki, Yakisoba, Dango,
It can be used as a returnable container such as a lunch box, or as a substitute for tableware outdoors or in a car. [0002] Conventionally, plastic sheets including foam sheets are used as disposable tableware for eating takoyaki, yakisoba, okonomiyaki and the like in amusement parks, watching sports, and various festivals. Most of the molding trays or trays made of paperboard were used. These trays can be loaded with the contents such as the takoyaki and eat them immediately, but only the trays are necessary. However, even if the contents are slightly warmed or temporarily moved or transported to another place, the contents may not fall. In many cases, a lid is used to prevent damage and to prevent deformation and crushing due to external pressure. Since the lid made of a plastic molded product can be molded freely, it can be easily fitted to the edge (flange) of the tray, and it is possible to prevent the contents from being dropped, deformed or crushed due to external pressure as described above. However, since it is made of plastic, it is difficult to treat (incinerate) it after use, so that it is not a preferable tray because it becomes a large amount of waste, especially for use in places where a large number of people gather as described above. In such a case, a paperboard tray that is easy to incinerate after use is preferable. As shown in FIG. 5 (A), the tray made of paperboard may be a non-tapered simple box-shaped tray with a separate lid and fastened with rubber bands, or as shown in FIG. 5 (B). A lid is connected to the plate via a folding rule, an insertion piece is further provided at the tip of the lid via the folding rule, and the outer insertion piece is inserted inside the tray to cover. As described above, paper trays and lids are easy to incinerate, but conventional paperboard trays and lids are used simply by covering them. Although there were many inconveniences such as the displacement of the inner lid and the falling off, the lid is firmly fixed in place and has a body lid structure that can be stably set without displacement during use. In addition, the tapering of the tray improves the stacking property before use. [0004] In view of the object of the present invention, the inventor of the present invention has arrived at the following invention as a result of research on various forms using paperboard as a material. That is, the tapered carton of the present invention is as follows. A lid, a tray, and a sloped piece via a crease on one of two opposing sides of the top plate of the cover, and an insertion piece further connected to the sloped piece via a crease, and the main tray The front and rear, left and right wall plates are connected to the bottom paper via a crease, and the front and rear wall plates corresponding to the insertion pieces provided on the lid,
Guide pieces are connected to each other via the creases so that the lid insertion pieces can be easily inserted. On both sides of the left and right wall boards, small pieces adhered to the outside of the front and rear wall boards are interposed by oblique rules. The small pieces partially provided with the adhesive are provided in a state where the diagonal rule and the both ends of the front and rear wall plates abut each other.
In a tapered tray formed by superimposing and bonding to the outer surfaces of the front and rear wall plates, the maximum height of the bonded small pieces is higher than the height of the creases provided on the front and rear wall plates, and By setting the upper end of the portion where each small piece and the wall plate are bonded to the lower part of the crease of the front and rear wall plates, and leaving a distance of about 5 to 15 mm from the upper end of the adhesive to the crease, A tapered carton, wherein the insertion piece of the lid is easily inserted and fixed. The tapered carton according to the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing a state immediately before use of a tapered carton according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a developed view of a container body and a lid according to the present invention. When used, the tray comprises a tray and a lid, and the lid is connected to the top plate 10 and the inclined pieces 11 and 12 via the creases 10m, and further to the creases 11m and 12m.
The insertion pieces 11k and 12k are connected via
The tray is attached to the wallboard 2 via the bottom paper 1 and the crease 1 m,
3, 4 and 5 are connected, and creases 2n and 3
Guide pieces 2k and 3k are connected to each other via n. It is desirable that the folded rules 2n and 3n be easily broken rules such as lead rules. 4m on the wall boards 4 and 5,
Although 5 m is provided, these folding rules are for folding when the tray is not used. Wall boards 4, 5
4mx, 4my, 5mx, 5my
Extended outward from the edge of the bottom paper, as shown in the figure.
It is a diagonal rule. The diagonal rule 4mx, 4my, 5mx, 5m
Small pieces 4x, 4y, 5x, 5y are connected via y. The small piece has a maximum height (FIG. 4h 1 ) at the time of forming the tray, which is a crease 2 provided on the wall plates 2 and 3.
n and 3n (FIG. 4h 0 ), so as to be higher than the heights of the lid insertion guide pieces 11K and 12K.
Acts as a stopper when inserting K. [0006] As shown by the hatched portion in FIG.
In the step of forming a tray by partially applying an adhesive to s of x, 4y, 5x, and 5y and bonding the adhesive to the back surfaces 2b and 3b of the wall plates 2 and 3, the small pieces and the wall plate are
The highest position of the bonded portion is set at the lower part of the lead rule, and a distance of about 5 to 15 mm is provided from the upper end of the adhesive to the lead rule, thereby facilitating the insertion flap of the lid. FIG. 3 shows the tray in a folded state before use. The folding can be performed by folding the folding rules 4m and 5m shown in FIG. FIG. 4 is an explanatory view of the wall plate of the tray into which the insertion piece of the lid is inserted, as viewed from the outside, and a sectional view thereof. More specifically, FIG. 4A shows a state before the insertion piece is inserted, and FIG. 4B shows a state where the insertion piece is inserted. The wall plates 2 and 3 are in the same state, but are shown as an example of the wall plate 2 in FIG. As shown in (A), the difference between the height h 1 from the bottom to the top of the small piece and the height h 0 of the crease provided on the wall plate 2 from the bottom is
It functions as a guide when inserting the lid, and then the lid can be fixed by pushing the insertion piece of the lid to near the upper part of the bonding portion between the small piece and the wall plate as shown in FIG. Front and rear wall plates ruffled folding provided 2n, if the order of 5 ~15Mm the upper end of the height h o and adhesives 3n, can merge the fixed lid. Furthermore, if both ends of the inclined piece and the insertion piece of the lid are rounded as shown in the figure, the penetration at the end becomes smooth. The fact that the lid is quickly and reliably covered after the contents have been packed is a very important factor for such a use as described above, and is an important advantage of the present invention. The effect is. Further, the container according to the present invention has a tapered wall plate of the tray and has a stacking property before use, so that it does not take up space during storage and transportation. EXAMPLES As a container for containing a takoyaki, a prototype was produced substantially as described above. The paper used was made by Daishowa Paper
Ultra H 320 g / m 2 , three-color printing was performed on the inner surface by a water-resistant resin coat, and on the outer surface by offset printing. The lid and the shape of the tray are the same as in the above-described example.
As the same shape as Fig. 4, the bottom size is 100 x 150mm,
The distance between the crease rule of the wall plate and the lead rule was set to 25 mm, and the adhesion between the wall plates 2 and 3 and the small pieces for bonding was set to 10 mm from the top of the adhesive application to the lead rule and polymerized and bonded. The tray was filled with 15 octopus oysters and the usability was confirmed. The cover was extremely smooth, and the user carried around the surroundings for several minutes with the lid on. There was a sense of security compared to the container. As described above, since the tray is made of paperboard, it can be incinerated, the lid can be securely and quickly covered, and a tray which is stable when carried can be realized. By providing the taper on the tray, the stacking property before use is good, and it also functions effectively for taking in and out the contents. Takoyaki, Yakisoba, etc. are used as a container for various take-out foods such as Japanese confectionery such as skewer dumplings, Daifuku, or as food containers for sushi and lunch boxes, as well as food near restaurants. It is.
