【産業上の利用分野】この発明は地下工事用の覆工板を
受け部材に仮固定する、覆工板の取付構造に関するもの
である。
【0002】
【従来技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】地下工事
用に使用される覆工板は実公昭40-16616号,実公昭42−
1170号,実公昭46−8687号等のように、その下面板に接
続したボルトに係止した挟持部材が受け部材のフランジ
を挟み込むことにより固定されるが、概してボルトやナ
ットの締め付けによって固定作業が完了する構造である
ため、実公昭40-16616号のように締め付けに伴うナット
やボルトの共回りを防止する工夫が必要である。
【0003】ナットやボルトの共回りは実公昭42−6760
号のようにコイルスプリングの復元力を利用して受け部
材のフランジを挟み込むことにより回避できるが、スプ
リング特有の問題が伴う。ここでは、予め決まったバネ
定数を持つコイルスプリングの復元力に抗してボルトを
下方に押し込み、そのまま挟持部材をフランジ側に向
け、ボルトを解放するのみで固定が完了する簡便さがあ
るが、バネ定数が一定であるため長期の使用に伴う復元
力の損失を見込まなければならない。バネ定数の調節は
コイルスプリングの圧縮変形量を変えることにより可能
で、変形量を大きくすることにより復元力も増大する
が、ボルトの押し込み操作と回転操作時にはそれを越え
る力を必要とする。
【0004】この発明はコイルスプリングを用いる実公
昭42−6760号の弱点に着目してなされたもので、ボルト
の押し込み操作に大きな力を要せず、挟持部材の回転後
にコイルスプリングの復元力を増大できる取付構造を提
案するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明では下面板の上方
に位置するボルトの軸部にナットを螺合させ、このナッ
トと、下面板の上面との間に双方に係止するコイルスプ
リングを配置することによりコイルスプリングの復元力
をナットの位置で調節可能にし、ボルトの押し込みに、
最終的にコイルスプリングに与えられる復元力程の力を
要することなく、挟持部材を受け部材側に向ける操作を
完了させる。
【0006】覆工板は、下面板から下方へ突出するボル
トの軸部に接続した挟持部材と下面板が受け部材のフラ
ンジを挟み込んだ後に、ナットが下面板側へ締め付けら
れ、コイルスプリングの復元力が増大させられた状態で
フランジに固定される。
【0007】覆工板を受け部材上へ設置した後に、ボル
トの押し込みと回転により挟持部材を受け部材側へ向け
る時には、ナットをコイルスプリングに対して後退させ
ておくことにより、挟持部材による固定が完了する時の
コイルスプリングの復元力より小さい力で操作できる。
覆工板設置時の挟持部材によるフランジの挟み込み操作
がボルトの押し込みと回転で完了することにより設置時
の作業が簡略化される。
【0008】挟持部材を回転させた後の、下面板と挟持
部材によるフランジの挟み込み時の圧縮力はコイルスプ
リングの復元力に等しいが、この力はナットのコイルス
プリング側への締め付けの程度によって任意に調節さ
れ、挟持部材を回転させてフランジを挟み込む操作とは
無関係に覆工板の固定に十分な力をナットの締め付けに
よって導入できる。

の低下はナットの締め付け量を大きくすることにより補
える。

【実施例】この発明は図1に示すように下面板11を貫通
し、下面板11から下方へ突出するボルト2の軸部21に、
受け部材9のフランジ91を下面板11と共に挟み込む挟持
部材3が接続した覆工板1を受け部材9のフランジ91に
仮固定するものである。上面板12にはボルト2の押し込
み操作のための操作孔13が明けられる。
【0011】挟持部材3はそれに溶接され、ボルト2の
下端に螺合するナット6によってボルト2の回転と共に
回転し、その向きは図3に示すようにボルト2の頭部22
に入れられる切込み等の目印によって操作孔13から確認
される。

21にはナット4が螺合し、このナット4と、下面板11の
上面との間の、ボルト2の軸部21回りにナット4と下面
板11の双方に係止するコイルスプリング5が配置され

込み時に下面板11の底面に突き当たり、コイルスプリン
グ5への復元力導入時の挟持部材3自身の傾斜を防止す

りボルト2が下面板11から上面板12側へ付勢されること
により挟持片32が下面板11と共にフランジ91を挟み込
む。

上、フランジ91と重ならない方向を向いた状態で受け部
材9上に設置され、設置後に操作孔13からボルト2の頭
部22が押し込まれ、回転させられて挟持片32がフランジ

回転操作時にはボルト2を手放した時に挟持片32がフラ
ンジ91に接触できる程度の復元力がコイルスプリング5
に予め与えられる。

触し、下面板11の底面に固定された回り止め7にスペー
サ31が係止することにより挟持部材3の回転が阻止さ
れ、同時にナット4の回転に伴うボルト2の回転も阻止
される。

移動しない程度の復元力が与えられる。

となく、挟持部材を受け部材側に向ける操作を完了させ
ることができる。
