Description

【0001】

When attaching the fastening device 40 to the lining plate 10, the bolt 50 is inserted from above into the hole 13 of the lower surface plate 11 of the lining plate 10, and the clamp 70 and the screw fitting 60 are attached to the shaft portion of the bolt 50 projecting downward. Place in order. At this time, a washer 61 is arranged between the 50 bolts and the lower plate 11. More preferably, a spring washer is used. The spring washer applies a constant spring action to the bolt 50 head and the lower plate 11 at the time of bolt fastening to prevent loosening, thereby preventing the fastening device 40 from tilting or shifting when an external force is applied to the bolt 50. In addition, fatigue caused in the shaft portion of the bolt 50 due to these factors can be reduced.
The arrangement of the washer 61 is particularly effective when the arrangement hole 13 of the bolt 50 is large.
The screw 60 and the clamp 70 are configured to rotate integrally.
At this time, a buffer 80 to be described later may be arranged on a shaft portion of the bolt 50 between the lower surface plate 11 of the lining plate 10 and the clamp 70.
The attachment of the fastening device 40 to the lining plate 10 is preferably performed before placing on the receiving plate 20.
[0015]
<D> Clamp FIG. 2A shows a plan view of the clamp 70, and FIGS. 2B and 2C show a side view and a bottom view of the clamp 70, respectively.
The clamp 70 has a base 71 for forming a bolt hole 75, an arm 72 extending in a direction away from the bolt hole 75 of the base 71, and a pressing surface located at the tip of the arm 72 and pressing the lower surface of the receiving plate 20. 73, and a stopper 74 protruding toward the lining plate 10 is disposed on the pressing surface 73.
[0016]
The pressing surface 73 is formed in a direction perpendicular to the bolt hole 75, that is, a surface facing the lower surface of the receiving plate 20, and the pressing surface 73 is formed to be a wide surface so as to sufficiently transmit the tightening force. preferable. The pressing surface 73 may be configured to expand in a rotational direction around the bolt hole 75 as shown in FIG. 2A, for example.
[0017]
The stopper 74 has a form that projects from a part of the pressing surface 73 in a direction substantially orthogonal to the pressing surface 73.
The stopper 74 is provided upright at the end of the pressing surface 73 on the opposite side to the direction A (FIG. 2A) in which the clamp 70 rotates when the bolt 50 is tightened. This is because the stopper 74 comes into contact with the side surface of the receiving plate 20 by the rotation of the clamp 70, thereby determining the position of the pressing surface 73.
The shape and height of the stopper 74 are not particularly limited as long as the rotation of the clamp 70 can be stopped.
[0018]
The arm portion 72 is a portion that continuously connects the pressing surface 73 and the base portion 71, and mutually transmits a force. The arm portion 72 is formed, for example, in a T-shaped cross section so as to be able to resist the force exerted on the pressing surface 73 and the base portion 71 to prevent deformation.
[0019]
The bolt hole 75 is configured to allow the shaft portion of the bolt 50 to be inserted. For example, two types of cross-sectional shapes are formed in the direction of the bolt hole 75 (FIG. 2B), and the upper portion 751 of the bolt hole is substantially bolted 50. The lower part of the bolt hole 752 can be formed in a shaft shape to suppress the rotation of the screw fitting 60.
Further, a thread groove of the bolt 50 may be formed in the bolt hole 75 so as to serve also as a screw fastener 60 described later.
[0020]
In addition, a rising portion 76 erected toward the lining plate 10 may be provided on the base 71 in the direction opposite to the direction in which the arm 72 extends. This is for preventing the concentration of the force applied to the base 71, especially the end of the bolt hole 75 by the clamp 70 pressing the receiving plate 20, and the height h is set to about the thickness of the receiving plate 20.
The clamp 70 may take any form in which a casting or a steel plate is combined and welded.
[0021]
<E> Bolts A known bolt 50 can be used as the bolt 50, and a bolt 50 having a necessary axial force necessary for the fastening device 40 to sandwich the lining plate 10 and the receiving plate 20 is selected.
[0022]
<F> Screw fastener The screw fastener 60 is a member that is screwed into the shaft portion of the bolt 50, and works in combination with the bolt 50 to apply a tightening force to the fastening device 40 or to release the force.
For example, various nuts can be used for the screwing tool 60, but it is preferable to use the screwing tool 60 that rotates when a torque of a predetermined magnitude or more is generated. The screw fastener 60 includes a leveling torque type detent nut having a function of preventing a bolt from being loosened and falling off, for example, by partially deforming a thread groove. In addition, as long as a certain resistance is applied with the tightening, this may be adopted.
It is to be noted that the screw 60 is not limited to a single piece, and the clamp 70 may be subjected to screw processing to form the screw 70 as the clamp 70.
[0023]
<G> The washer 61 is disposed on the shaft of the bolt 50 between the lower plate 11 of the lining plate 10 and the 50 bolts inserted from above, and prevents the bolt 50 from falling off.
As the washer 61, a known one can be used, and a spring washer is preferably used. As a result, the fastening device 40 can be prevented from being tilted or displaced, and can also be prevented from being fatigued at the shaft portion of the bolt 50.
[0024]
<H> Buffer body The buffer body 80 is disposed on the bolt shaft between the lower surface plate 11 of the lining plate 10 and the clamp 70 when the fastening device 40 is attached to the lining plate 10, and is fixed between the two. For example, an elastic member such as rubber or a spring is used.
[0025]
When placing the lining plate 10 on the receiving plate 20, the buffer body 80 has a certain gap between the clamp 70 and the lining plate 10 lower surface plate 11 so that the fastening device 40 can easily clamp the receiving plate 20. It also serves to prevent the clamp 70 from rotating when transporting the lining plate 10. Thereby, the lining plate 10 can be fixed to the receiving plate 20 quickly and safely.
In addition, the buffer body 80 does not necessarily need to be arranged.
[0026]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the fastening device 40 for the lining plate 10 of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0027]
<A> Arrangement of the lining plate The lining plate 10 is placed on the upper surface (the receiving plate 20) of the frame having the H-section steel or the like as a beam. At this time, it is preferable that the fastening device 40 be disposed in advance at the end of the lower surface plate 11 of the lining plate 10 (FIG. 3A). In this case, the clamp 70 may be freely rotated so as not to hinder the placement of the lining plate 10, and for example, a buffer 80 (see FIG. 1) may be arranged.
[0028]
<B> A jig such as a ratchet is inserted from the operation hole 14 of the fastening lining plate 10 of the fastening device, and the bolt 50 is fastened.
When the bolt 50 is turned and tightened, for example, in the direction B in FIG. 3B, the clamp 70 rotates in the same direction together with the screw fitting 60 as the bolt 50 rotates. At this time, if there is an attachment or a protrusion on the lower surface of the lining plate 10, the stopper 74 is caught on the portion, and when a normal nut is used for the screw fastener 60, the stopper is tightened at that location. The fastening to the receiving plate 20 may not be performed. Therefore, when a screw fastener 60 that requires a certain torque for tightening is used, such as a leveling torque type detent nut, the co-rotating clamp 70 ignores these slight resistances and continues to rotate. The risk of being tightened in different places is reduced.
When the clamp 70 rotates as it is, the pressing surface 73 first enters the lower surface of the receiving plate 20. At this time, it is preferable that the front end 731 of the pressing surface is formed in a tapered shape so that the pressing surface 73 is not caught on the receiving plate 20.
Upon further rotation, the stopper 74 contacts the side surface of the receiving plate 20, and the clamp 70 stops rotating. The position where the stopper 74 is in contact with the receiving plate 20, that is, the position where the pressing plate 20 is effective to press the lower surface of the receiving plate 20 is effective.
[0029]
Here, when the overlapping portion width of the lining plate 10 and the receiving plate 20 is wide (L1 in FIG. 3B), the clamp 70 comes into contact with the receiving plate 20 at a small rotation angle (θ1). And stop. Conversely, when the overlapping portion width is narrow (L2 in (FIG. 3C)), the clamp 70 rotates largely (θ2) and stops. As described above, the clamp 70 arbitrarily determines the optimum pressing position of the pressing surface 73 according to the overlap width of the receiving plate 20 and the lining plate 10. Further, as shown in FIG. 3A, the wider the distance L from the axis of the bolt 50 to the stopper 74 and the larger the clamp 70, the smaller the rotation angle θ.
When the bolt 50 is continued to be tightened even after the rotation is stopped by the stopper 74, the clamp 70 is raised in the direction C (FIG. 1), and the pressing surface 73 comes into contact with the lower surface of the receiving plate 20.
[0030]
<C> Fixing to the receiving plate by tightening When the bolt 50 is continuously tightened, a force is applied to the lower surface of the receiving plate 20 to push it upward from the pressing surface 73, and the rubber pad on the upper surface of the receiving plate 20 is compressed. That is, the lining plate 10 is pressed against the receiving plate 20 with the rubber pad 30 interposed therebetween.
The clamp 70 having the pressing surface 73 holds the receiving plate 20 between the lower plate 11 and the lining plate 10 via the bolt 50.
[0031]
In order to prevent flapping of the lining plate 10 after fastening, tighten the bolt 50 with care, and use a pre-belling torque type detent nut or a spring washer to prevent the fastening device 40 from being loosened. It is preferable to take measures.
In order to prevent the fastening device 40 from being detached from the lining plate 10, the fastening device 40 and the lining plate 10 may be connected by a chain or the like (not shown).
[0032]
<D> When releasing the fastening between the lining plate 10 and the receiving plate 20 of the fastening device, the bolt 50 is rotated in a direction opposite to the direction of the fastening (direction B) to receive the pressing surface 73. By removing from below the plate 20, the fastening can be released. The bolt 50 can be loosened by bringing the stopper 74 into contact with the opposite side of the receiving plate 20.
[0033]
【The invention's effect】
The lining plate fastening device of the present invention is as described above, so that the following effects can be obtained.
<A> Since the present invention uses a clamp in which a stopper and a holding surface are integrated, the number of components is small, the structure is simple, and it is easy to attach to a lining plate and assemble it.
<B> The present invention is economical because the stopper is provided upright on the pressing surface of the clamp, so there is no need to attach a separate stopper to the lining plate in advance.
In addition, such a structure allows the presser surface to be positioned at an optimal position arbitrarily even if the width of the overlapping portion of the receiving plate and the lining plate is changed, so that it can be diverted at other sites. Works.
Further, since the fastening work can be performed from the upper surface of the lining plate, the work efficiency is good and the workability is excellent.
<C> According to the present invention, a clamp disposed on the lower surface of the lining plate is rotated by an operation from the upper surface of the lining plate, and a stopper is brought into contact with a side surface of the receiving plate to determine a pressing position of the clamp. There is no need to dive below the board, and workability is excellent.
