なる。Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a borescope applied to a high-temperature internal inspection of an engine, a mechanical device, a boiler or the like after the operation is completed. [0002] In order to visually inspect the inside of a narrow machine or the like,
A borescope composed of an illumination fiber for guiding light and a scope fiber for guiding an internal image is used.
FIG. 5 is a sectional view of the tip of a conventional borescope. 6 is a scope fiber, 7 is an illumination fiber, and the outside of these fibers 6 and 7 is covered with a covering material 13.
The conventional covering material 13 has no heat resistance. [0003] In the conventional borescope technology having the above-described structure, a machine having a high temperature,
When the internal inspection of the boiler and the like was carried out, there was a possibility that heat would cause the coating of the borescope to melt or burn. An object of the present invention is to provide a borescope capable of inspecting the inside of a machine in a high-temperature environment at a high temperature, excluding the above-mentioned drawbacks of a conventional borescope. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to provide a borescope having excellent heat resistance and capable of solving the above-mentioned problems, except for the drawbacks found in the conventional borescope, the present invention provides a borescope having a cooling inside the scope. A configuration is adopted in which a gas flow path is provided and a coating covering the outer surface of the scope is made of a porous material, and the cooling gas flowing through the cooling gas flow path is released through the coating made of the porous material. [0006] The cooling gas used in the borescope of the present invention is not particularly limited, and a gas from an appropriate cooling gas source may be used according to a high temperature environment in which the borescope is used. There is no particular limitation on the porous material used for the borescope of the present invention, and an appropriate material may be adopted according to the high-temperature environment in which the borescope is used. [0007] The borescope according to the present invention has the above-described configuration, and the cooling gas generated by an appropriate cooling gas source is caused to flow through the cooling gas flow path of the borescope, so that the cooling gas is distributed over the entire borescope. Send in. The cooling gas thus introduced is released from the porous material coating covering the outer surface of the scope, and cools the entire borescope. Therefore, according to the cooling borescope of the present invention, it is possible to inspect the inside of a machine at a high temperature in a high temperature environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a cooling borescope according to the present invention will be specifically described based on the illustrated embodiment. FIG. 1 shows an overall configuration of a borescope device using a cooling borescope according to one embodiment of the present invention.
In FIG. 1, a cooling gas source 4 generates a cooling gas for cooling a scope, and a fiber light source generator 3 generates light for illumination. The borescope is guided into a high-temperature machine while cooling the cooling fiber section 1 with the cooling gas generated by the cooling gas source 4, and observation is performed by the scope section 2 while being illuminated by illumination from the tip of the borescope. The configuration of the cooling fiber unit 1 is shown in FIGS. First, FIG. 2 is an enlarged external view of the distal end portion of the cooling fiber section 1. FIG. The cooling fiber unit 1 converts the light generated by the fiber light source generator 3 into a light source fiber 7.
The observation object is observed with the scope fiber 6 according to the light. The cooling gas hole coating 8 is a pipe for guiding the cooling gas to the tip. FIG. 3 shows the internal structure of the fiber section 1. The cooling gas hole coating 8 is provided with a large number of cooling gas holes 9, and the cooling gas flowing through the cooling fiber section 1 is cooled by the cooling gas. It flows out of the fiber porous coating material 5 through the cooling gas holes 9 of the gas hole coating 8. The fiber porous coating material 5 is a coating made of a porous material, and flows while cooling the scope fiber 6 and the light source fiber 7 as described above, and the cooling gas holes 9 of the cooling gas hole coating 8. The cooling gas introduced into the interior of the fiber porous coating material 5 is discharged from the surface. FIG. 4 is a sectional view of the fiber tip 10 shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, a cooling gas passage 11 is formed between the outside of the scope fiber 6 and the light source fiber 7 and the inside of the cooling gas hole coating 8, and the cooling gas passes through the cooling gas passage 11. The fibers 6 and 7 flow while cooling. The cooling gas flowing through the cooling gas passage 11 while cooling the fibers 6 and 7 flows out from the cooling gas holes 9 of the cooling gas hole coating 8 to the inside of the fiber porous coating material 5 as described above. After that, the fiber is released out of the fiber through the fiber porous coating material 5. 12 is
The state of release of the cooling gas from the fiber porous coating material 5 is shown. As described above, in the cooling borescope of the present invention, the cooling gas flowing through the cooling gas flow path provided inside the scope is bored through the porous material coating covering the outer surface of the scope. Since the discharge is performed from the inside of the scope to the entire scope, use of the borescope makes it possible to inspect the inside of a high-temperature environment such as a machine or a boiler that has become hot.
