【発明の詳細な説明】
【0001】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、ズボンやスカート
等の衣服がずり落ちるのを防止するサスペンダーのバン
ドやベルト、或いは携帯電話機に取り付けられる紐やウ
インドブレーカー等の衣服の裾等に取り付けられる締め
付け用の紐に夫々装着されるものであり、衣服の腰周り
部分を挾持して衣服がずり落ちるのを防止したり、或い
は衣服の一部分を挾持して紐の遊端部を被服側へ止める
ようにしたクリップ構造の止め具の改良に関するもので
ある。

【従来の技術】従来、この種のクリップ構造の止め具1
0としては、例えば図19乃至図22に示す構造のもの
が知られている。
【0003】即ち、前記止め具10は、後端部側(図2
1の右側)に紐が挿通される紐通し穴11aを有すると
共に、前端部側(図21の左側)に板状の挾持部11b
を備え、中央部に上下方向へ弾性変形可能な弾性片11
cを形成した合成樹脂製の本体11と、本体11の上面
側に上下方向へ揺動自在に配置され、前端部側に本体1
1の挾持部11bとの間で衣服の一部分を挾持する板状
の挾持部12aを備えた合成樹脂製の揺動体12と、揺
動体12の上面側に配置され、本体11に回動自在且つ
傾倒自在に取り付けられた合成樹脂製の操作レバー13
とから成り、操作レバー13を図22に示す起立位置に
回動操作すると、本体11の挾持部11bと揺動体12
の挾持部12aとの間が開き、又、操作レバー13を図
21に示す傾倒位置に回動操作すると、本体11の挾持
部11bと揺動体12の挾持部12aとの間が閉じるよ
うに構成されている。
【0004】尚、図20及び図21に於いて、11dは
本体11の挾持部11bの上面に形成した滑り止め用突
起、11eは本体11の中央部側壁の内側面に形成した
軸受溝、12bは揺動体12の挾持部12aの下面に形
成した滑り止め用突起、13aは操作レバー13の後端
部側に形成されて本体11の軸受溝11eに回転自在に
嵌合される支持軸である。
【0005】而して、前記クリップ構造の止め具10に
於いて、操作レバー13を図21に示す傾倒位置に回動
操作すると、操作レバー13の後端部により揺動体12
の後端部側が本体11の弾性片11cの弾性力に抗して
本体11側へ押圧され、揺動体12は本体11に対して
略平行姿勢となる挾持位置を取ることになる。その結
果、止め具10は、本体11の挾持部11bと揺動体1
2の挾持部12aとの間が閉じた状態となり、衣服の一
部分を挾持することになる。又、操作レバー13を図2
2に示す起立位置に回動操作すると、操作レバー13の
後端部による揺動体12の押圧状態が解除され、揺動体
12は弾性片11cの弾性力により上方ヘ附勢されて本
体11に対して傾斜姿勢となる開放位置を取ることにな
る。その結果、止め具10は、本体11の挾持部11b
と揺動体12の挾持部12aとの間が開いた状態とな
り、衣服の一部分を開放することになる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】ところで、前記止め具
10は、本体11の弾性片11cが揺動体12の操作レ
バー13の回動支点(支持軸13a)から離れた部分を
押圧附勢する構造となっている為、弾性片11cの変形
量が大きくなるように設定しなければ、揺動体12を開
放位置へ確実且つ良好に押圧附勢することができない。
ところが、弾性片11cの変形量が大きくなるように設
定した場合、弾性片11cを何回も弾性変形させると、
弾性力が次第になくなり、揺動体12を開放位置へ押圧
附勢することができなくなる。その結果、従来の止め具
10に於いては、操作レバー13を起立位置に回動操作
しても、弾性片11cが揺動体12を開放位置まで押圧
附勢することができず、本体11の挾持部11bと揺動
体12の挾持部12aとの間隔が必然的に狭くなり、両
挾持部11b,12a間に衣服の一部分を介在させ難く
なると云う問題が発生することになる。特に、本体11
の弾性片11cは、細幅薄板状に形成されている為、前
記問題がより一層助長されることになる。
【0007】本発明は、このような問題点に鑑みて為さ
れたものであり、その目的は揺動体を開放位置へ確実且
つ良好に押圧附勢することができる止め具を提供するこ
とにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的を達成する為
に、本発明の止め具は、板状の挾持部及び弾性変形可能
な板状の弾性片を備え、後端部側がバンドや紐に取り付
けられる合成樹脂製の本体と、本体に上下方向へ揺動自
在に取り付けられ、本体の挾持部との間で衣服の一部を
挾持する挾持位置と本体の弾性片により上方ヘ附勢され
て衣服を放す開放位置とを取り得る揺動体と、本体に回
動自在且つ傾倒自在に取り付けられ、揺動体を揺動操作
する操作レバーとから成り、操作レバーを本体に対して
傾倒状態にしたときには揺動体が操作レバーにより本体
の弾性片の弾性力に抗して本体側へ押圧されて挾持位置
を取り、又、操作レバーを本体に対して起立状態にした
ときには操作レバーによる揺動体の押圧状態が解除され
て揺動体が弾性片の弾性力により開放位置を取るように
構成した止め具であって、前記弾性片を揺動体の回動中
心近傍に位置するように本体に設け、又、揺動体の回動
中心近傍位置で且つ揺動体に、当該揺動体が開放位置を
取るように本体の弾性片により押圧される突起を設けた
ことに特徴がある。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面
に基づいて詳細に説明する。図1乃至図15は本発明の
第1の実施の形態に係るクリップ構造の止め具1の一例
を示し、当該止め具1は、ズボンやスカート等の衣服が
ずり落ちるのを防止するサスペンダーに用いられるもの
であり、後端部側(図1乃至図3の右側)をサスペンダ
ーのバンド5やベルト5に装着し、前端部側(図1乃至
図3の左側)でズボンやスカートの腰回り部分を挾持す
るようにしたものである。
【0010】即ち、前記止め具1は、図1乃至図4に示
す如く、サスペンダーのバンド5やベルト5に取り付け
られる本体2と、本体2の上面側に位置して本体2に上
下方向(図2及び図3の上下方向)へ揺動自在に取り付
けられ、本体2との間で衣服の一部分を挾持する揺動体
3と、揺動体3の上面側に位置して本体2に回動自在且
つ形動自在に取り付けられ、揺動体3を揺動操作する操
作レバー4とから成り、操作レバー4を傾倒位置(図3
に示す位置)に回動操作すると、本体2の前端部と揺動
体3の前端部との間が閉じてズボンやスカートの腰回り
部分を挾持し、又、操作レバー4を起立位置(図4に示
す位置)に回動操作すると、本体2の前端部と揺動体3
の前端部との間が開いてズボンやスカートの腰回り部分
を放すように構成されている。
【0011】具体的には、前記本体2は、可撓性及び弾
性を有するナイロン樹脂やABS樹脂等の合成樹脂材に
より一体的に形成されて居り、図5乃至図8に示す如
く、上面に複数の滑り止め用突起2aを一体的に突出形
成した略四角板状の挾持部2bと、挾持部2bの後端に
対向状に連設された一対の側壁部2cと、両側壁部2c
の後端部間に起立姿勢で架設され、前後方向(図5乃至
図7の左右方向)へ弾性変形可能な板状の弾性片2d
と、両側壁部2cの後端に連設され、弾性片2dとの間
にサスペンダーのバンド5やベルト5が挿通されるスリ
ット状の取付け穴2eを形成する取付け部2fとを備え
ている。又、本体2の両側壁部2cの内側面には、後述
する揺動体3の支持軸3eが回転自在に嵌合される第1
軸受溝2gと操作レバー4の支持軸4cが遊嵌される第
2軸受溝2hとが夫々形成されている。第1軸受溝2g
は、上端側が開放された略U字形を呈して居り、弾性片
2dの近傍位置で且つ両側壁部2cの内側面に対向状に
形成されている。第2軸受溝2hは、第1軸受溝2gの
幅よりも広幅の下端側が開放された略逆U字形を呈して
居り、第1軸受溝2gの前側位置(図7に示す第1軸受
溝2gの左側位置)で且つ両側壁部2cの内側面に対向
状に形成されている。更に、本体2の弾性片2dは、図
8に示すように略四角板状を呈して居り、その両側の下
端部分のみが両側壁部2cの内側面に夫々連設されてい
る。従って、弾性片2dは、下端部を中心にして上端部
側が前後方向へ弾性変形可能となっている。又、弾性片
2dの上端部は、本体2の前方側へ若干折り曲げられて
居り、揺動体3の一部分に当接して揺動体3の支持軸が
第1軸受溝2gから抜けるのを防止する抜け止め部とな
っている(図4参照)。
【0012】前記揺動体3は、可撓性及び弾性を有する
ナイロン樹脂やABS樹脂等の合成樹脂材(本体2と同
じ材質)により一体的に形成されて居り、図9乃至図1
2に示す如く、本体2の挾持部2bに対向する略四角板
状の挾持部3aと、挾持部3aの後端に連設され、本体
2の側壁部2c間に収納されて本体2の弾性片2dによ
り上方ヘ附勢される揺動部3bとを備えている。
【0013】具体的には、挾持部3aは、本体2の挾持
部2bと略同じ大きさ及び形状に形成されて居り、挾持
部3aの下面側には、本体2の挾持部2bの滑り止め用
突起2aに噛合する複数の滑り止め用突起3cが一体的
に突出形成されていると共に、挾持部3aの上面側に
は、後述する操作レバー4が収納される収納溝3dが形
成されている。一方、揺動部3bは、本体2の両側壁部
2c間に形成された平面形状が略四角形の開口2iより
も若干小さめで且つ開口2iの形状と略同じ形状に形成
された平板部分3b1 と、平板部分3b1 の先端に上方
へ向って連設された板状の前側垂直部分3b2 と、平板
部分3b1 の後端に上方へ向って連設され、本体2の弾
性片2dに近接状態若しくは当接状態で対向する略板状
の後側垂直部分3b3 とから成る。又、後側垂直部分3
b3 の両側面には、本体2の第1軸受溝2gに回転自在
に嵌合される支持軸3eが形成されていると共に、後側
垂直部分3b3 の後面には、本体2の弾性片2dにより
押圧される突起3fが一体的に突出形成されている。更
に、突起3fは、揺動体3の回動中心(支持軸3eの中
心)の近傍位置で且つ揺動体3の回動中心(支持軸3e
の中心)よりも下方位置になるように後側垂直部分3b
3 の後面に形成されて居り、支持軸3eを本体2の第1
軸受溝2gに嵌合したときには弾性片2dに当接して弾
性片2dを後方(図3の右側方向)へ弾性変形させるよ
うになっている。従って、揺動体3は、突起3fが揺動
体3の回動中心よりも下方に位置し、且つ弾性片2dに
より押圧されていることとも相俟って、弾性片2dの弾
性力により附勢され、支持軸3eを支点にして挾持部3
aが本体2の挾持部2bから離間する方向へ揺動し、本
体2に対して傾斜姿勢となる開放位置を取ることができ
る。

成した支持軸3eを本体2の第1軸受溝2gに嵌合する
ことによって、本体2に上下方向へ揺動自在に取り付け
られて居り、本体2の挾持部2bとの間で衣服の一部を
挾持する挾持位置(図3に示す位置)と本体2の弾性片
2dにより上方ヘ附勢されて衣服を放す開放位置(図4
に示す位置)とを取り得るようになっている。

4bとを備えている。

壁部2c間並びに揺動部3bの両垂直部分3b2 ,3b
3 間に収納できる大きさの略ブロック状に形成されて居
り、その両側面には本体2の第2軸受溝2hに回転自在
に遊嵌される支持軸4cが一体的に突出形成されてい
る。この支持軸4cの先端部には、支持軸4cを第2軸
受溝2hへ簡単且つ容易に挿入できるように傾斜状のガ
イド面4c1 が形成されている。尚、作動部4aの大き
さ及び形状、作動部4aに形成した支持軸4cの位置及
び形状等は、操作レバー4を本体2に対して傾倒状態
(図3に示す状態)にしたときには揺動体3が作動部4
aにより本体2の弾性片2dの弾性力に抗して本体2側
へ押圧されて挾持位置を取り、又、操作レバー4を本体
2に対して起立状態(図4に示す状態)にしたときには
作動部4aによる揺動体3の押圧状態が解除されて揺動
体3が弾性片2dの弾性力により開放位置を取るように
夫々設定されている。一方、把持部4bは、揺動体3の
収納溝3dへ収納できる大きさの長方形の板状に形成さ
れて居り、その長さは揺動体3の収納溝3dへ収納した
ときにその一端が揺動体3の挾持部3aの前端から外方
へ突出するように選定されている。

に形成した支持軸4cを本体2の第2軸受溝2hに遊嵌
することによって、本体2に回動自在且つ傾倒自在に取
り付けられて居り、本体2に対して傾倒状態のときには
揺動体3の揺動部3bを弾性片2dの弾性力に抗して本
体2の開口2i内へ押圧して揺動体3を挾持位置に保持
し、又、本体2に対して起立状態のときには揺動体3の
揺動部3bの押圧状態が解除されて揺動体3が開放位置
を取れるようになっている。

は、支持軸4cから遠い位置にある作動部4aの下面側
4a1 が揺動部3bの平板部分3b1 の上面に当接する
と共に、作動部4aの支持軸4cが第2軸受溝2hの上
端に当接している為、揺動体3の揺動部3bが作動部4
aによって弾性片2dの弾性力に抗して本体2の開口2
i内へ完全に押し込まれた状態となっている。その結
果、揺動体3は、本体2に対して略平行姿勢となる挾持
位置に保持されることになる(図3参照)。又、操作レ
バー4が起立状態のときには、支持軸4cから近い位置
にある作動部4aの後面側4a2 が揺動部3bの平板部
分3b1 の上面に当接している為、作動部4aによる揺
動部3bの押圧状態が解除されることになる。その結
果、揺動体3は、弾性片2dの弾性力により附勢され、
支持軸3eを支点にして挾持部3aが本体2の挾持部2
bから離間する方向へ揺動し、本体2に対して傾斜姿勢
となる開放位置に保持されることになる(図4参照)。

は、先ず本体2の上面側に揺動体3を配置して挾持部2
b,3a同士を対向させ、本体2の側壁部2c間に揺動
体3の揺動部3bを収納すると共に、揺動体3の支持軸
3eを本体2の第1軸受溝2gに嵌合する。次に操作レ
バー4を揺動体3の上面側に配置して支持軸4cに形成
したガイド面4c1 を本体2の側壁部2cの内側縁に対
向させ、この状態で操作レバー4の作動部4aを本体2
側へ強制的に押し込む。そうすると、本体2の側壁部2
cが操作レバー4の支持軸4cにより押圧されて拡がる
方向へ弾性変形し、操作レバー4の支持軸4cが本体2
の第2軸受溝2hに嵌合されることになる。その結果、
操作レバー4は、本体2の第2軸受溝2hから抜け止め
され、本体2の側壁部2cに回動自在且つ傾倒自在に取
り付けられることになる。又、揺動体3は、本体2に回
動自在に取り付けられた操作レバー4により本体2から
抜け止めされ、本体2と操作レバー4との間に位置して
本体2の側壁部2cに上下方向へ揺動自在に取り付けら
れることになる。

いてズボンやスカートの腰回り部分を挾持する場合につ
いて説明する。

除されることになる。その結果、揺動体3は、弾性片2

揺動し、本体2に対して傾斜姿勢となる開放位置に保持
される。このとき、操作レバー4の支持軸4cが第2軸
受溝2hの上端に当接して揺動体3の揺動量が規制され
る為、揺動体3は弾性片2dの弾性力により上方へ附勢
されていることとも相俟って、開放位置に確実に保持さ
れる。

と揺動体3の挾持部3aとでズボンやスカートの腰回り
部分を確実且つ強固に挾持することになる。

いる為、弾性片2dの変形量が小さくても揺動体3を大
きく揺動させることができる。即ち、この止め具1は、
弾性片2dの変形量を小さく設定することができる。そ
の結果、弾性片2dを何回弾性変形させても、弾性力が
無くなると云うことがなく、揺動体3を開放位置へ常時
確実且つ良好に押圧附勢することができる。

形態に係るクリップ構造の止め具1を示し、当該止め具
1は、携帯電話機に取り付けられる紐6やウインドブレ
ーカー等の衣服の裾等に取り付けられる締め付け用の紐
6に夫々装着されるものであり、衣服の一部分を挾持し
て紐6の遊端部を被服側へ止めるようにしたものであ
る。即ち、この止め具1は、本体2と、本体2に上下方
向へ揺動自在に支持された揺動体3と、本体2に回動自
在且つ傾倒自在に支持され、揺動体3を揺動操作する操
作レバー4とから成り、本体2の後端部に略円形の紐通
し穴2jを形成したものである。尚、本体2は、後端部
分の形状が異なるだけであり、その他の部分は上記第1
の実施の形態に係る止め具1の本体2と同様構造に構成
されている。又、揺動体3及び操作レバー4は、上記第
1の実施の形態に係る揺動体3及び操作レバー4と全く
同一形状及び同一構造に構成されている。この止め具1
も、上記第1の実施の形態に係る止め具1と同様の作用
効果を奏することができる。

【発明の効果】上述の通り、本発明の止め具にあって
は、弾性片を揺動体の回動中心近傍に位置するように本
体に設け、又、揺動体の回動中心近傍位置で且つ揺動体
に、揺動体が開放位置を取るように本体の弾性片により
押圧される突起を設ける構成としている為、弾性片の変
形量が小さくても揺動体を大きく揺動させることができ
る。即ち、本発明の止め具は、弾性片の変形量を小さく
設定することができる。その結果、弾性片を何回弾性変
形させても、弾性力が無くなると云うことがなく、揺動
体を開放位置へ確実且つ良好に押圧附勢することができ
