り、この異物侵入防止部材としては、軸受が取付けられ
ている部材の軸受の上方の部分を折曲して庇を形成した
り、別部材を貼り付けて庇を形成したりすることによっ
て構成していた。しかしながら近年機械の省スペース化
が進んで、前記のようにして庇を形成するスペースを設
けることが困難になってきており、特に別部材を貼り付
けた場合には、時間の経過によって庇が剥離したり、ス
ペースが充分にとれないことから、駆動系の着脱作業が
煩雑となることもあって、その際剥離することがあると
いう問題がある。

示すように、軸受嵌入孔3と同様の形状の軸受嵌入孔4
が設けられている複写機等の取付板5に、取付部2を両
軸受嵌入孔3,4が一致するように添着し、この軸受嵌
入孔3,4に軸受6の受軸部7を嵌入し、この軸受6に
複写機等の駆動系の軸8を嵌入し、クリップリング9で
係止する(図3)。図4に示す第2実施例は、第1実施
例の庇部1の3側縁から副庇片10を垂設したものであ
る。また図5,6に示す第3実施例は、第1実施例の取
付部2の軸受嵌入孔3の両側部に横方向に折曲部11を設
けたものである。

意することによって、異なる機種の複写機等に適用する
ことができるという効果がある。請求項2に記載の発明
は、請求項1に記載の発明において、取付部の軸受嵌入
孔の両側部を横方向に折曲していて、折曲部による弾性
によって軸受のスラスト方向のがたを抑制することがで
きるので、時間の経過に伴って落下物の飛沫が蓄積され
て摺動部に侵入することがあっても、それによる軸受の
振動を抑制することができるという効果がある。
