If the goal is to manufacture at a very low cost and in a very short time, in other words, rather than the demands on accuracy such as the shape and dimensions of the molded product,
In the case where priority is given to production volume, delivery time, cost reduction, etc., it is extremely difficult to cope with the above-mentioned conventional manufacturing method or manufacturing apparatus, and it is necessary to consider introducing a so-called mass production system.

This lawn protector, when parked in a lawn parking lot, lays a lawn protector consisting of a honeycomb structure molded product A on one side, parks on it, and the tires of the car directly It is designed to protect the lawn in the parking lot and prevent it from being pushed. In the case of molded products with a honeycomb structure used for such applications, the requirements for molded products are firstly a huge amount of molded products procurement and the promotion of manufacturing speed are greater than the requirements for accuracy improvement such as shape and dimensions for molded products. There is no doubt that priority is given, and it is difficult to respond to such a demand by a conventional injection molding method. In other words, in order to change the manufacturing method or manufacturing apparatus of the honeycomb structured molded article to a method capable of meeting the above-mentioned requirements, the conventional injection molding method is discarded, and a continuous manufacturing method such as an extrusion method is adopted. There is a need to.

In other words, it is possible to strongly restrict this in the horizontal direction in response to the tendency that the individual tends to be inclined obliquely downward, and the mold can always be held in the horizontal posture. The adverse effect of the mold being inclined obliquely downward is that when the injected solid solution is not completely solidified, solidification starts with the top surface of the molded product not horizontal and the shape of the molded product And when the mold is pulled downward from the molded product, the directions of the friction surfaces sliding with each other do not match the vertical direction, so that it is difficult to perform a smooth removal operation. It is. All of these problems can be solved very easily by keeping the central axes of the dies during the extraction process individually and horizontally throughout the movement.

By operating the illustrated manufacturing apparatus, an endless track type matrix including a plurality of molds 1 starts operating along a circulation stroke. By the extrusion type solid solution injection device 3 provided on the upstream side of the forward passage 2a, the solid solution (for example, vinyl chloride resin solution) is individually injected into the mold 1 passing through the installation point of the device 3 from the upper end opening. An injection is performed. Subsequently, a pressurizing device 4 provided immediately downstream of the solid solution injection device 3
Thereby, the solid solution (synthetic resin solution) before the solidification is started is uniformly pressed from the top via the pressing roller 4a.
In this case, the degree of pressurization is determined by the top A1 formed as a strip-shaped flat plate on the top surface of each of a large number of cylindrical honeycomb molded parts formed in the voids provided in the mold 1. , All the honeycomb molded products can be integrally connected, and can be handled as a continuous molded product (a configuration in which the molded product in FIG. 2 is connected upside down), and the connecting plate (top portion) is as thin as possible. The pressure is such that A1 can be obtained, and the thickness of the top portion A1 as a connecting plate can be arbitrarily adjusted by a handle provided in the pressurizing device 4.

The effect of releasing the activated mold 1 from the molded article A is described as the effect when the solid solution state of the synthetic resin solution is fluid at an initial relatively high temperature and the solid solution state is slightly solidified. It is performed in two stages, the action when the state is progressing. First, in the first step, the projecting pin 16 in contact with the synthetic resin solution is used.
Is pulled downward by the elastic force of the coil spring 15 and the weight of the lifting plate 1-3. Next, in the second stage, the holding roller 1 provided separately for the formwork 1-1 which is regulated by the guide rail and continues to descend in the direction of the arrow P (see FIG. 4).
8 stops the lowering of the elevating plate 1-3, so that the protruding pins 16 protrude relatively to the top surface of the mold 1-1, so that the molded product fitted in the mold 1-1. A is forcibly pulled out of the mold 1-1. As described above, the extraction process of the mold 1 is divided into two stages, and is performed in parallel with the progress of solidification of the synthetic resin solution in combination with an appropriate action in each stage. Is automatically performed.

That is, as shown in FIG. 5, FIG. 7, and FIG. 8, a pair of holding rollers 18 'are arranged at the intermediate position in the length (progression) direction on the lower surface of the elevating plate 1-3 at intervals in the width direction. The horizontal rail 19 is supported near the position where the inner and outer guide rails 8a and 8b are disposed.
Laying through. On the other hand, the coil spring 15 around the limiting bolt 14 is omitted, and the protruding pin 16 is arranged to push up the position of the cylindrical wall A2 of the molded product A 'from below. This is because, when the molded product A 'is pushed up by the protruding pins 16, even if the pushing-up force is increased, the molded product A' is pushed up at a portion having a large strength so as not to damage the molded product A '. The holding roller 18 'is provided at a middle position on the lower surface of the elevating plate 1-3 in the descending passage 2b of the mold 1'.
This is so that when the holding roller 18 'comes off from the rail laid below, the mold 1 can smoothly descend without sliding contact with peripheral members.
