When the fine dust is directly collected at a source using a dry (bug filter) dust collector, the above-mentioned sparks are also sucked together, so that the dust collector often ignites and causes a fire. There was a problem that occurred, and the loss due to burnout of the dust collector was large and very dangerous.

FIG. 4 shows an example of a conventional apparatus for explaining the process of igniting a dust collector by the above-mentioned spark and leading to a fire. In the figure, reference numeral 11 denotes a buffing or grinding wheel, and 12 denotes this grinding wheel. A dust collecting hood 13 covers the dust collecting hood 12 and a pipe connecting the dust collecting hood 12 and the dust collector 14.
Reference numeral 4 includes a baffle plate 14a, a filter 14b, a dust suction fan, and a motor 14c.

[0005] When the work 15 is pressed against the grindstone 11 serving as a dust generation source of the apparatus constructed as described above, a spark 11a is generated together with the fine dust.
No matter how much the amount a is, it disappears on the way if the pipe 13 is 1 to 2 m, and does not directly reach the dust collector 14 and cause ignition.

However, as shown in the drawing, if fine dust 16 generated by the work accumulates in the dust collecting hood 12 or the curved portion and the connection portion of the pipe 13, it is ignited by the spark 11a and causes a fire.

Since air flows in the pipe 13 at a speed of 10 m / sec or more, the ignited dust 16 burns violently, becomes a large spark, enters the dust collector 14, ignites the accumulated dust 17, and then flows the air. The dust 17 ignited together with the dust forms a spark and soars, spreads over time and burns to the filter 14b.
4 will cause a fire.

However, in any of the above-mentioned pre-dust boxes for dust collectors, a non-combustible filter is mounted inside a pre-tank body, and sparks, sparks, or high-heat dusts sent together with the dusts. Is trapped when passing through this non-combustible filter to prevent the occurrence of fire.As a result, pressure loss occurs, and if the filter is continued to be used, the filter is clogged and the resistance further increases. There was a problem that increased.

In addition, the above-described non-combustible filter has a structure in which a large number of non-combustible small particles such as gravel are filled in a punched wire mesh or a filter frame on which a punch plate is stretched. There is also a problem that the dust accumulated on the conductive filter burns, and a problem that the filter itself is expensive and increases the overall cost of the dust collector.

Therefore, the technical problem of the present invention is to provide a pre-tank body having a relatively simple structure without using a high-cost incombustible filter, so that sparks, sparks, Another object of the present invention is to provide a pre-dust box for a dust collector which is designed to catch high-heat dust, extinguish the fire reliably, and protect the dust collector from fire.

According to the means of the first aspect described in the above (1), the dust sucked into the pre-tank body from the dust suction port on the lower side is transferred along the inner wall of the pre-tank body having a substantially cylindrical cross section. Since it is configured as an inverted cyclone that gradually rises while turning and sucks the dust from the suction port on the upper side toward the dust collector, a longer fire extinguishing time can be taken compared to the size of the pre-tank body . Dust that rises while turning along the inner wall of the pre-tank body should be provided on the way.
It hits the inner wall of the pre-tank body violently and repeatedly, hitting the baffle plate in the shape of a donut disk with a large vent hole opened in the center, so it exhibited an excellent fire-extinguishing function and was sucked into the pre-tank together with dust. It is possible to surely extinguish a spark of fire and prevent a fire from occurring.

Furthermore, according to the means described in (1), a plurality of donut-shaped baffle plate attached to the inside of a substantially cylindrical Puretanku body, and the distance that sucked dust is pivoted, the inner wall surface The number of collisions with the baffle plate can be increased proportionally, and the inside diameter of the ventilation hole provided in the baffle plate is made larger on the lower side and smaller on the upper side, so that when the airflow rises, the upper baffle plate In order to suppress the rise of the sparks, it is possible to effectively extinguish the sparks and protect the dust collector from fire.

According further to the means described in (1), in relationship to form a top of the baffle plate to the tapered cylindrical air flow rising along the inner wall surface of the Puretanku body hit the baffle plate As it turns downward, the rise of sparks is reliably suppressed, enabling effective fire extinguishing,
In the uppermost part, the wind speed of the air flow decreases and dust tends to accumulate, but the slope of the tapered baffle plate prevents the accumulation of dust, and the dust naturally slides below the pre-tank body. Make it possible to drop.

According to the means according to the second aspect described in the above (2) , the dust falling on the baffle plate is collected in the bucket through the discharge hole opened in the bottom plate, so that the re-scattering of the dust and the fire Generation can be prevented as much as possible, and the processing of the collected dust can be performed easily.

In the illustrated embodiment, the number of steps of the baffle plate formed in a substantially donut shape is two. However, the number of steps may be appropriately increased or decreased according to the length of the pre-tank body 1. Therefore, it is needless to say that the present invention is not limited to the two-stage structure shown in the drawings.

Since the pre-dust box for a dust collector according to the present invention is configured as described above, the dust sucked into the pre-tank body 1 from the dust suction port 4 by the suction operation of the dust collector is sucked through the dust suction port 4 and the dust collector. Since the mouth 5 protrudes in the tangential direction of the peripheral surface of the pre-tank body 1 having a cylindrical cross-section, it flows into the pre-tank body 1 from the tangential direction and turns along the inner wall surface of the pre-tank body 1. Since it gradually rises, a longer fire extinguishing time can be taken compared to the size of the pre-tank body 1.

The dust swirling in the pre-tank body 1 successively hits the first baffle plate 6 and the second baffle plate 7 during the ascent and repeatedly violently collides against the inner wall surface. Combined with the ability to take out the fire extinguishing time, it is possible to extinguish the sparks rising with the dust.

Further , the inside diameter of the ventilation hole 7H of the second baffle plate 7 is made smaller than the inside diameter of the ventilation hole 6H of the first baffle plate 6, so that when the airflow rises, the sparks strike the second baffle plate 7 in the upper stage. With such a configuration, the fire can be effectively extinguished to prevent the rise of sparks, and since the third baffle plate 8 is formed in a tapered cylindrical shape, the wind speed decreases and dust is easily deposited. Dust can be slid down from the upper surface of the third baffle plate 8 to prevent its accumulation.

As described above, according to the pre-dust box for a dust collector according to the present invention, even if a non-combustible filter is not provided inside the pre-tank body, the same fire extinguishing as in the case of using the non-combustible filter is performed. The pre-tank body that can be manufactured at a low cost with a relatively simple structure that does not use a nonflammable filter because it can effectively eliminate the sparks that are drawn into the dust collector by riding the dust flow. Can be used to protect the dust collector from fire.
