(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 クランク軸の軸心間を三角形に配置して
それらのクランク軸をフレームに水平方向に回転自由に
支持して、何れかのクランク軸をモータ駆動装置により
回転駆動するように設けると共に、各クランク軸のクラ
ンクアームから突設されたクランクピンに移動板を垂直
状に取り付け、該移動板には平板状の刃物が刃先を水平
にして取り付けられる刃物取付部材を上下方向に微移動
自在に設けると共に、該刃物取付部材を常にバネで下方
側に付勢されるようになし、被切截物をバネ弾力により
押圧する押え部材を前記刃物の側方に接近させて設け、
前記刃物の長手方向に対して被切截物を水平方向に間欠
的に送り込むコンベア装置の搬送方向を平面から見て所
定角度をもって交差するように配置し、前記モータ駆動
装置によりクランク軸を駆動回転させることにより、前
記コンベア装置の搬送面上に弾接される刃先を一方向に
直線的に移動させる軌跡を有する平行運動を刃物に付与
し、前記コンベア装置により送られて間欠停止する被切
截物を押え部材で押圧して前記刃物により斜めに切截加
工するように構成したことを特徴とするフードスライサ
