2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, at least two or more rectangular units each having a rectangular shape in a plan view have been included, and these rectangular units have been interconnected through thin portions to form a rectangular shape as a whole in plan view. There is a floor panel for the formed raised floor. In this floor panel for a free access floor, the floor panel was laid on a floor base material such as a slab, and the floor panels were interconnected by a ring-shaped corner engaging tool. Here, when floor panels are connected to each other with a ring-shaped corner engaging tool, if adjacent floor panels are in contact with each other, a squeak sound is generated when walking, so that a ring-shaped corner engaging tool is used. When the floor panels are connected to each other, a slight clearance (e.g.

[0003] However, in the construction, when laying the floor panels, a method of connecting the floor panels with the corner engaging tool while simultaneously taking a clearance between the floor panels is adopted. Since it takes a lot of time and work time, it is usual to lay the floor panels together without contacting them with clearance, and then connect the floor panels with each other while inserting the corner engaging tools. Then
In the case of such a construction method, in a state where the floor panels are laid side by side with each other, the above-described clearance is generated between adjacent floor panels in a state where the corner engaging tool is inserted and connected later. It is difficult to insert the engagement tool, and if it is forcibly inserted, the floor panel may rise so as to swell without clearance.

Thus, the floor panels 3 are laid out in front, rear, right and left, and the ring-shaped engaging members 4 are arranged at the portions where the corners of the four floor panels 3 face each other. The four floor panels 3 are connected to each other by a ring-shaped engaging member 4 by fitting into a fitting groove 5 provided in a corner of one floor panel 3. In the state in which the four floor panels 3 are connected to each other by the engaging members 4, only the small projections 6 of the adjacent floor panels 3 are substantially in point-like contact with the side projections 8 on the side surfaces of the adjacent floor panel 3. A slight clearance is generated in portions other than the point-like contact portions (a clearance between the opposing side protrusions 8 is equal to the protrusion length of the small protrusion 6 in the embodiment, and a side surface is formed in portions other than the side protrusions 8). The length obtained by adding the protrusion length of the small protrusion 6 to the length twice as long as the protrusion 8 Projecting dimension of the small projections 6 clearance occurs) so that has been set.

With such a configuration, in the present invention, when the floor panels 3 are constructed, many floor panels 3 are first laid on the floor slab (that is, the adjacent floor panels 3 are connected to each other in FIG. 10). So that it is laid so that only the small projections 6 are brought into substantially point-like contact with each other),
Then, as shown in FIG. 9, a ring-shaped engaging member 4 is arranged at a portion where the corner portions of the four floor panels 3 face each other, and the ring-shaped engaging members 4 are respectively connected to the corners of the four floor panels 3. And the fitting 4 can be easily and accurately fitted into the fitting groove 5. Here, the fitting 4 is such that a part of the ring-shaped main body 25 is fitted into the arc-shaped fitting groove 5a and the fitting projection 26 is fitted into the fitting hole groove 5b for each floor panel 3. In addition, downwardly concave flexible portions 27 provided at four places of the ring-shaped main body 25 are arranged between the adjacent floor panels 3.

On the other hand, when the floor panels 3 are connected to each other by the engagement members 4 as described above, the side projections 8 provided on the side surfaces of the adjacent floor panels 3 as shown in FIG. No contact is made because there is a minute clearance, but it is opposed through the slight clearance, and a wire receiving portion for receiving an information wire is formed by the side projections 8. Therefore, the information wires can be routed in the wire receiving portion formed by the narrow groove portion 7 between the unit bodies 1 of the floor panel 3 and the side projections 8 between the adjacent floor panels 3. Things. In this case, in the ring-shaped engaging member 4, the information wire is wired in the flexible portion 27 that is recessed downward.

Then, when walking on the floor finishing material 30,
Since the floor panels 3 connected to each other by the engaging members 4 are only in contact with each other at only the substantially point-like contact portions formed by the small projections 6,
The generation of squeak noise is suppressed as compared with the case where adjacent floor panels 3 abut against each other by surface contact. By the way, as in the above embodiment, the floor panel 3 has a square shape in plan view, and one small projection 6 is provided on each of four side surfaces of the floor panel 3 at a position shifted laterally from the lateral center of each side surface. In the case where the small projections 6 on the opposing side surfaces are arranged at rotationally symmetric positions, the number of the small projections 6 is reduced, and even if the floor panel 3 is abutted from any direction, the small projections 6 are placed on the adjacent floor panel. The small protrusions 6 can be secured to the side projections 8 in a substantially point-like manner, and a small clearance corresponding to the length of the small projections 6 can be secured between the side projections 8, thereby improving workability. FIGS. 13A, 13B, 13C, and 13D are schematic diagrams for explaining that the floor panels 3 are butted from different directions. In FIG. 13, when the four side surfaces of the floor panel 3 are A, B, C, and D, respectively, for convenience, the small projections 6 are adjacent to each other under the same conditions even if the mating directions are variously changed and the mating side surfaces are changed. Floor panel 3
A small clearance between the side projections 8 by the length of the small projections 6 can be secured.

FIG. 13 shows an example in which a small projection 6 is provided at the center of the lateral projection 8 in the lateral width direction.
(B) As shown in the schematic diagrams of (c) and (d), the small projections 6 may be provided so as to be offset to one side in the lateral width direction of the side projections 8. When one small protrusion 6 is provided on each side as described above, a slight clearance corresponding to the length of the small protrusion 6 can be secured between the side protrusions 8 under the same conditions even if the abutting direction is changed. The number of the small projections 6 can be minimized, and the mold structure can be simplified. However, the number of the small projections 6 may be two on each side of the floor panel 3. In this case, the number of the small protrusions 6 increases, but as shown in FIGS. 15A, 15B, 15C, and 15D, the protrusions of the small protrusions 6 A slight clearance for the length can be secured.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, as described above, at least two or more rectangular units having a rectangular shape in plan view are included, and these rectangular units are thin. A floor panel formed as a whole in a rectangular shape in plan view by being connected to each other through a portion, and a ring-shaped corner engaging tool is fitted to corner portions at four corners of the upper surface of the floor panel in rectangular shape in plan view. Providing mating grooves to connect the units to each other
The thin part becomes a narrow groove for laying information wires,
Adjacent floor panels are connected by corner engaging tools
Information wires of approximately the same width as the narrow groove between the floor panels that fit
Side projections to form an electric wire receiving part for crawling
On the side of the floor panel and the floor adjacent to the side of the side projection
A small projection for making a substantially point-like contact with the panel is formed, and only the small-point portion having a substantially point-like shape is brought into substantially point-like contact with an adjacent floor panel only in a state of being connected by the ring-shaped corner engaging tool. Since the projection size of the small projection is set on the floor slab, the floor panels having a rectangular shape in a plan view and connected to each other via a thin portion are laid on the floor slab. By laying so as to make contact in a point-like manner, a slight clearance occurs between the adjacent floor panels in parts other than the small protrusions,
By connecting the floor panels with each other with the corner engaging tool while the floor panels are laid, a state where a slight clearance remains between the adjacent floor panels in a portion other than the substantially point-like contact portion in the small projection portion. The connection can be easily and accurately performed by the engagement tool, and the construction can be easily performed. Moreover, since adjacent floor panels are not in surface contact but in substantially point-like contact, creaking is unlikely to occur when walking, and the floor panels are laid on a floor slab or the like. In this case, the floor panel can be deformed by the thin-walled portion to absorb irregularities of the floor slab, and even a floor panel having a relatively large area does not hinder construction. In addition, the thin part
