2. Description of the Related Art A so-called "therapeutic kit" in which a drug container and its solution container are accommodated in a coupling mechanism and a solution can be started as required has been already provided in various forms, particularly for infusion. However, in these kits, the combination of the drug container and the solution container cannot be changed at a stage close to the use site as desired. The reason is that both are already assembled in a state of being housed in the coupling mechanism. Therefore, a situation may occur in which the kit of the required combination is not present in the existing product, or even if the kit is not available at the time of use, even if the kit is not available.

It expands when accommodated in the enlarged diameter portion provided on the inner wall of the downstream region, and between the inside of the expandable leg and the outside of the outer tube in the double tube portion provided at the downstream end of the syringe barrel. This is a multi-tubular coupling mechanism in which a configuration in which the held lock is released is added to the basic mode. When the injection cylinder further descends in the connection inner cylinder after the lock in the suitable mode 1 is released, the convex portion near the inner middle step of the expandable leg and the diameter reduction near the middle step of the outer tube outer wall in the double pipe section of the injection cylinder are reduced. This is a multi-cylinder connection mechanism in which a configuration in which a step is engaged is added to the basic aspect. As a preferred aspect 3, the shape of the inner wall near the inner pipe downstream end in the double pipe portion at the downstream end of the injection cylinder is the puncture needle upstream section A multiplex structure that forms a watertight structure with the outer wall and a mechanism in which the shape of the outer wall near the downstream end of the outer tube in the double pipe portion forms an airtight structure with the inside near the downstream end of the expanding leg is added to the basic mode. A preferred embodiment 4 of the tubular connecting mechanism is a multi-cylinder connecting mechanism including a medicine container mounting member, a connecting inner tube, a connecting outer tube, an injection tube containing a solution, a stopper, and a hollow puncture needle member. , A hakama formed by extending the puncture needle from near the middle stage to the upstream side A hollow puncture needle member in which at least one expandable leg extending from the skirt tube portion to the upstream side is annularly connected near the upstream end thereof, and an inner diameter capable of accommodating the expandable leg in its expanded state. The present invention is a multi-cylinder connection mechanism obtained by adding a configuration including a connection inner cylinder having an enlarged portion on an inner wall near an upstream end thereof to a basic aspect, and the present invention further includes a medicine container mounting member, a connection inner cylinder, and a connection. In a multi-cylinder connection mechanism including an outer cylinder, a syringe containing a solution, a stopper, and a hollow puncture needle member, one or more expandable legs formed by extending from near the middle stage of the puncture needle to the upstream side. The part is connected annularly near its upstream end and has a double-ended hollow puncture needle member having pointed ends at both ends, and is fitted in a watertight and hardly movable manner in a double tube opening provided at the downstream end of the syringe barrel. The upstream end is an enlarged inner diameter portion capable of accommodating the plug and the expanding leg in the expanded state. A multi-cylinder type connecting mechanism constituted by a connecting inner cylinder provided on the nearby inner wall can be adopted. [Description Based on Drawings] The present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. In the following drawings, unless otherwise specified, the medicine container side will be described as downstream and the injection cylinder side as upstream for convenience. It should be noted that the positional relationship between the medicine container and the plunger is reversed (inverted) after (l) in FIG.

FIG. 1 shows a medicine container A according to a specification in which a multi-cylinder coupling mechanism of the present invention further incorporates a coronal lid with an annular lock mechanism.
FIG. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a state of being externally fitted to the mouth of FIG. In FIG. 1, A is a container (hereinafter, may be referred to as a “drug container”) containing a drug or the like used for treatment or the like,
A stopper A1 made of an elastic material is fitted and fixed in the mouth. However, when the multi-cylinder coupling mechanism of the present invention further incorporates an annular lock mechanism, the mounting member is an integral structure of the crown lid, that is, the crown lid body 11 (annular portion of the crown lid) and the top plate 32. There is no necessity, and it goes without saying that a configuration in which the mounting ring 11 and the septum plate (bottom plate) 32, which are components of the connecting inner cylinder 3, are divided into two parts. However, here, for convenience, the case where both are formed as an integral structure will be described as a basic mode.

A convex portion 45 is provided on the inner wall near the upstream end of the expandable sliding leg 43, and the convex portion 45 is a downstream end of the outer tube 52 in the downstream end double tube portion of the injection cylinder 5 fitted therein. It abuts on an inclined portion (upward opening) 57 provided on the outer wall in the vicinity to prevent the injection cylinder 5 from lowering alone. That is, the shape of the convex portion 45 is a sawtooth shape, and has a slope that opens to the upstream side. The inclination of the convex portion 45 on the upstream side serves to prohibit the lowering of the syringe barrel 5 as long as the inclined portion 57 can be kept in a state of receiving the inclined portion 57 from the downstream side. If the expandable sliding leg 43 expands, the convex portion 45 loses the prohibiting action, and the injection cylinder 5 can be further lowered in the connecting inner cylinder 3.

According to the present invention, the multi-cylinder type connecting mechanism can be set in a state where all the various functions can be exhibited simply by mounting the mounting member on the opening of the medicine container and performing necessary operations. .Relationships between holding members, mounting members, connecting inner cylinders, injection cylinders, connecting outer cylinders, and holding projections, flanges, projections, depressions, and the like provided on them with tightening rings added as necessary. Can be reliably operated in a predetermined operation sequence and operation timing. Since the injection cylinder also functions as a dissolving solution container, a drug solution containing a desired type of drug at a predetermined concentration can be obtained by routine operation. That is, a syringe containing a desired type of dissolving solution by a predetermined volume and a desired type of drug container are connected by a multi-cylinder connecting mechanism of the present invention to form a kit. A dissolved or dispersed injection is obtained. -Combinations that do not exist in existing commercial products-types and amounts of drugs and types and amounts of lysing solutions-can also be created. Combinations arising from storage conditions, handling restrictions and other constraints among non-commercially available combinations have the potential to be realized by the coupling mechanism of the present invention.
