The cross member 4 is formed in a trapezoidal shape with a substantially lower cross-section opening at the bottom, extending along the inclined portion 1b of the floor 1 to the vicinity of the upper end of the inclined portion 1b and having the inclined portion 1b.
And an inclined portion 4b which is bent near the upper end of the inclined portion 4a and which is inclined more steeply toward the back panel 3 than the inclined portion 4a.
A flat portion 4c connected to the upper end of the inclined portion 4b above the flat portion 1c of the floor 1 and extending horizontally toward the back panel 3;
And an inclined portion 4d provided at a downward slope from the vicinity of the end portion on the back panel 3 side, and is bent at the lower end of the inclined portion 4d and droops along the vertical wall portion 1d of the floor 1 to halfway in the height direction along the vertical wall portion 1d. The vertical wall portion 4e is provided. Thus, the vertical wall portion 4e of the cross member 4 is in contact with the surface of the vertical wall portion 1d of the floor 1 on the rear side of the cab 2.

Further, the lower end edge of the vertical wall portion 4e of the cross member 4 and the lower end edge of the vertical wall portion 3c of the back panel 3 are located at substantially the same height, and both edges are entirely covered by the sealer 7, so that the cab chamber is provided. In addition, it is possible to prevent intrusion of water into the vertical wall portions 3c and 4e and to prevent rusting at the lower edge portions.

However, in the conventional truck cab floor structure, the end of the horizontal flange 1e of the floor 1 cannot be covered by the sealer 7, which may cause rusting. When the fuel tank 8 is provided below the flange 1e, the flange 1e is bent horizontally so as not to damage the fuel tank 8 at the time of a collision of the vehicle.

In view of the above situation, the present invention eliminates the sheet metal edge exposed outside the cab chamber, prevents rust on the sheet metal edge at the rear end on the back panel side of the floor, and prevents the press step from increasing. It is another object of the present invention to provide a truck cab floor structure in which even if a fuel tank is provided under the floor, the fuel tank is not damaged by a vehicle collision.

According to the present invention , a fuel tank is provided at a lower position.
Back panel, floor, and cloth
The truck cab floor structure to which the members are fastened
A closed curved box structure is formed by the floor and the cross member so as to be positioned above the fuel tank, and the lower member forming the box structure is formed substantially flat.
The vertical wall portion extending upward by bending the back panel side end of the floor and the cross member is formed, and the upper end of the vertical wall portion of the floor and the cross member is placed in the cab chamber more than the vertical wall portion of the back panel. floor is positioned inside the cross member, the vertical wall portion of the back panel are joined by spot welding, the vertical wall lower end of the back panel that is exposed to the outside the cab compartment, the vehicle
It is covered with a sealer extending in the width direction .

Therefore, according to the present invention, the rusting can be reliably prevented by eliminating the sheet metal edge exposed to the outdoor.
Also, since the horizontal bending of the floor flange is not performed, the pressing process can be omitted, and even if the fuel tank is arranged below the floor, even if the vehicle collides because there is no downward flange of the floor above the fuel tank, the lower part of the floor can be used. There is no risk of damaging the fuel tank.

That is, the cross member 4 is formed in a single trapezoidal shape having a substantially upper cross-section opening at the top, extending along the inclined portion 1b of the floor 1 to a middle portion of the inclined portion 1b, and on the lower surface of the inclined portion 1b. An inclined portion 4f to be contacted, an inclined portion 4g bent at the upper end of the inclined portion 4f and formed to have a downward slope toward the back panel 3, and a lower end of the inclined portion 4g below the flat portion 1c of the floor 1. And a flat portion 4h that extends horizontally toward the back panel 3 and is bent at an angle of 90 degrees at an end of the flat portion 4h on the back panel 3 side and extends upward to have the upper end of the floor 1. A vertical wall portion 4i is provided which extends to near the upper end of the vertical wall portion 1f. Thus, the upper end side of the vertical wall portion 4i of the cross member 4 is connected to the vertical wall portion 1f of the floor 1 and the vertical wall portion 3 of the back panel 3.

The lower edge of the vertical wall 3c of the back panel 3 is covered with a sealer 7, and the upper edges of the vertical wall 1f of the floor 1 and the vertical wall 4i of the cross member 4 are placed in the cab chamber. Since it is located, it is possible to prevent water from entering the cab and to prevent rust at the lower edge of the vertical wall portion 3c of the back panel 3. Of course, the vertical wall 1 of the floor 1
Since the upper edges of the f and the vertical wall 4i of the cross member 4 are located in the cab chamber, no rust is generated on both upper edges.

Further, since the floor 1 does not have a vertical flange near the fuel tank 8, there is no danger that the flange will damage the fuel tank 8 even if the vehicle collides. Since it is unnecessary, the pressing step can be omitted, and the cost can be reduced.

According to the floor structure of the truck cab of the present invention, it is not necessary to provide a horizontal flange portion, so that rusting of the sheet metal edge portion at the rear end of the floor on the back panel side can be reliably prevented. In addition to being able to reduce the cost by omitting the pressing process at the time of manufacture, the strength is strong even in the event of a collision, and even if the fuel tank is below the floor, the fuel tank is damaged. Various excellent effects such as a low risk of occurrence can be obtained.
