2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when ALC boards, ceramic siding boards, sandwich panels, etc. are used as members of a wall structure, these panels have been previously pre-built and then finished. When the wall surface is made of stone or stone-like finish, a method of attaching or attaching a main stone to the surface of the panel using metal fittings, a method of spray-painting to make a stone-like finish, and a method of finishing stone-like finish A method of attaching and finishing a sheet-like surface material having the same.
On the other hand, in the environment surrounding the construction industry, there has been a demand to reduce the cost of painting or plastering craftsmen, and to reduce costs related to the entire construction work. Further, in the above-described method of on-site construction, the quality of the obtained product may not be uniform and good due to the weather or the skill of the workman. Also, when performing these site construction,
Scaffolding was required, and curing was required to prevent contamination.

[0003] In addition, as for finished panels which have been finished in advance, some panels such as units and PC curtain walls are integrated with the main stone, but the wall surfaces themselves are considerably expensive and are limited to use. There is not general. Under these circumstances, as a relatively inexpensive method, a panel in which a stone-like coating material has been sprayed on a panel in advance in a factory has been proposed, but even in this case, a fixed-form painted panel is used when other members are involved. It was necessary to cut the painted panel, which sometimes caused problems at the ends. In addition, it was very difficult to perform cutting other than straight lines at the construction site.

In the prior art, when the wall surface is made of stone or stone-like finish, a composite panel with stone, a stone-like painted panel, a sheet having a stone-like finish surface, Individual technologies have been established for the purpose of shortening the construction period, reducing costs, and improving quality, such as composite panels. However, there is an inconvenience in performing the finishing work on the entire building using one of the panels alone. In other words, complicated steps are required in the vicinity of the accessory and in connection with other members, and the quality of the panel may be impaired.

A finishing method according to the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problems includes a finished panel in which the surface of a panel used for an inner and outer wall is painted, and a panel in which the surface of the panel is painted. The wall surface is finished by using a sheet-like surface covering material with the same painted decorative surface at a single site.

[0006] In this finishing method, first, a panel which has been painted and finished at a factory is prepared, and the same construction as a normal design panel is performed. We make a non-standard-sized wall material and paste a sheet-like surface material with an adhesive or the like to make the factory construction site and the site construction site a uniform finish. At this time, the site construction site, the gap between the sash and eaves,
Starting from the point where the panel dimensions must be measured and built on site,
For example, it can be used for a veranda section, a parapet section, a design column section and the like, and also for a design change that can occur in the field, so that the wall surface and the like can be finished uniformly.

Example 1 In Example 1, at a construction site of a wooden building having an outer wall surface of 100 m 2 and a building building of 2 × 4 structure, the finished panel 80 m 2 in the factory and a ceramic siding that had not been finished were used. Boards were built in a single building, and sheets that had not been finished were pasted on site to confirm the difference in the finished state of the two. Therefore, first, a finished panel and a sheet-like surface covering material used in the present invention were manufactured, and then a construction test was performed. The finished panel was produced by curing a predetermined portion and a kiguchi portion of the ceramic siding, and then applying the coating according to the following formulation 1 and 2 on a line that can be sprayed. After removing the cured part, it was dried to obtain a finished panel with a stone-like coating.

In the sheet-like surface covering material used in the examples, a sheet in which an acrylic resin paint was coated on both sides of a polyester nonwoven fabric with a knife coater was used as a base material. The cosmetic material part is based on the following formulation 1 with respect to the base material part.
And, the paint according to Working Formulation 2 was formed by spraying. Spraying of the paint was carried out using a painting line that produced finished panels. The decorative material portion 1 has a stone-skin appearance. In addition, the size of the decorative material part of the sheet is set to 60 cm × 90 cm, and is created for about 20 m 2
Prepared for sticking to irregular-sized panels on site.

The prepared panel was built on site by a dry rocking method, and a panel without finishing was similarly built. Thereafter, the unfinished panel was bonded to the unfinished panel for about 20 m 2 minutes using an acrylic adhesive at the site using a sheet-like surface covering material. After the completion of the construction, the finished wall was checked, and the difference between the finished panel and the panel adhered on site was not confirmed.

In Comparative Example 1 and Example 2, using the same stone-like sheet and the ALC plate as in Example 1, the finished panel was used, and the construction time and finished state were confirmed. The construction corresponding to the example 2 is the construction of the building A, and the construction corresponding to the construction of the comparative example 1 is the construction of the building B. Although the two buildings selected for the test construction had an outer wall area of 200 m 2 and were generally simple flat walls, they were compared at an ALC house construction site where a part of the board had a curved surface construction. 1 building B

In a house similar to the construction site performed in Example 2, one building C was finished by spraying a stone-like paint on the site where an ALC plate had been previously constructed in the same manner as the building B. In the other building D, as in Building A, finished panels were used, and the remaining parts were finished by spraying stone-like paint on site. The construction of Building C is Comparative Example 3, and the construction of Building D is Comparative Example 4.

As can be seen from the above results, even if a finished panel is used, even if a small amount of stone-like paint is sprayed on site, it takes a long time in the drying process to produce a panel without a normal finish. On the other hand, it was no different from painting on site. Despite the same color adjustment and pattern arrangement as the finished panel, the finished state has changed. However, in the case of rain on the C and D buildings during construction, the construction must be interrupted.

By applying the finished panel of the present invention and the construction method to the inner and outer wall materials of a building, unlike the conventional monochromatic flat painted panel and the finished panel in which the cost is neglected, there is a sense of quality. It is now possible to provide stone-like finishes at low cost, and even though the combination of construction work and on-site construction has not been devised, the finish of the factory and the finish on the site are uniform The present invention, which can be used in the present invention, eliminates discomfort in the finished state, shortens the construction period on site, and at the same time leads to improvement in quality.
