2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a method of finishing a stone surface of a wall surface, a method of pre-installing a panel and then attaching or attaching a main stone to the wall surface, a method of finishing by spray painting, a method of finishing with a sheet-like surface material. There are various methods, but in the current situation of a decrease in the number of workers and the overall cost of the building, the quality of the construction is poor due to the prolonged construction period of finishing work after wall panel construction, changes in environmental conditions such as weather, and workability. The situation has not been resolved due to problems such as stability.

[0003] In addition, as for finished panels which have been finished in advance, some panels such as units and PC curtain walls are integrated with the main stone, but the wall surfaces themselves are considerably expensive and are limited to use. There is not general. Under these circumstances, as a relatively inexpensive method, a panel in which a stone-like coating material is sprayed on a panel in advance in a factory has been proposed. In this case, the space required for drying the painted panel and the spraying of the stone-like coating material have been proposed. There is a problem in panel processing such as lot management at the time, and finished panels can not be used, so when spraying on site such as when unavoidably constructing on site or when mixing other materials, There are many problems such as color matching with finished panels and pattern matching.

In the prior art, in the stone-like finishing of a wall surface, finishing methods such as finished panels and on-site finishing are being established individually, but with the decreasing number of workmen. However, there are still problems such as quality control while cost reduction such as shortening of the construction period is required. In this invention, the interior and exterior wall material of stone-like finish with a high quality feeling is fully considered in consideration of designability, quality and cost reduction. It is an object to propose a finishing method.

In this finishing method, first, a finished panel of the present invention is prepared in advance in a factory, and the same construction as that of a normal design panel is performed. Making a non-standard-sized wall material, etc., and attaching a sheet-like surface material with an adhesive, etc., to make the factory construction site and the site construction site a uniform finish. At this time, the site construction site includes the gap between the sash and the eaves, the site where panel dimensions must be measured and installed at the site, and the places where construction panels cannot be made, such as verandas and parapets. It can also be used for parts, design pillars, etc., and also for design changes that can occur in the field, so that the walls and the like can be finished uniformly.

EXAMPLE In Example 1, AL having an outer wall surface of 100 m 2 was used.
In buildings Building of building construction site of the C structure, with built and the finished panel 80m 2 and finish not of ALC version of in the factory to a single building, to the point that is not the finish, scene And the difference in the finished state between the two was confirmed. Therefore, first, a sheet-like surface covering material used in the present invention was manufactured, and then a construction test was performed.
In the sheet-like covering material used in the examples, a sheet in which an acrylic resin paint was coated on both sides of a nonwoven fabric made of polyester by a knife coater was used as the base member 2. The decorative material portion 1 was formed by spraying the base material portion 2 with a paint according to the following Formulations 1 and 2 by spraying. The decorative material portion 1 has a stone-skin appearance. In addition, the size of the decorative material part of the sheet is 60 cm × 90 c.
m, and about 110 m 2 minutes were prepared, and about 80 m 2 of the prepared sheets were used and stuck to an ALC plate using an acrylic adhesive to prepare a stone-finished panel.

[0010] The prepared panel was built on site by a dry rocking method, and a panel without finishing was similarly built. Thereafter, about 20 m 2 of the unfinished panel was bonded on site using an acrylic adhesive using the sheet-like surface covering material that was left over in the preparation of the finished panel. After the completion of the construction, the finished wall was checked, and the difference between the finished panel and the panel adhered on site was not confirmed.

In Comparative Example 1 and Example 2, the same stone-like sheet and finished ALC plate as in Example 1 were used, and the construction time and finished state were confirmed. The construction corresponding to the example 2 is the construction of the building A, and the construction corresponding to the construction of the comparative example 1 is the construction of the building B. Although the two buildings selected for the test construction had an outer wall area of 200 m 2 and were generally simple flat walls, they were compared at an ALC house construction site where a part of the board had a curved surface construction. One building B performs sheet sticking on site, and another building A has a simple flat surface (about 170
m 2 ) was applied to the finished panels, and the remaining on-site adjustment panels, upper sashes, and curved portions were pasted on-site.

In a house similar to the construction site performed in Example 2, the building C had an ALC plate pre-constructed in the same manner as the building B, and was finished by spraying a stone-like paint at the site. In the other building D, as in Building A, finished panels were used, and the remaining parts were finished by spraying stone-like paint on site. The construction of Building C is Comparative Example 3, and the construction of Building D is Comparative Example 4.

As can be seen from the above results, even if a finished panel is used, even if a small amount of stone-like paint is sprayed on site, it takes many days in the drying process, and a panel without a normal finish is required. On the other hand, it was no different from painting on site. Despite the same color adjustment and pattern arrangement as the finished panel, the finished state has changed. However, in the case of rain on the C and D buildings during construction, the construction must be interrupted.

By applying the finished panel of the present invention and the construction method to the inner and outer wall materials of a building, unlike the conventional monochromatic flat painted panel and the finished panel in which the cost is neglected, there is a sense of quality. It is now possible to provide stone-like finishes at low cost, and even though the combination of construction work and on-site construction has not been devised, the finish of the factory and the finish on the site are uniform The present invention, which can be used in the present invention, eliminates discomfort in the finished state, shortens the construction period on site, and at the same time leads to improvement in quality.
