【発明の効果】磁気記録層上に白色顔料層を設けた磁気
記録シートにおいて、本発明から明かなように該顔料層
に二酸化チタンとその結着剤としてエステル基が炭素数
3〜12のアルキルであるアクリル酸エステルとスチレ
ン共重合体エマルジョンを含有した白色顔料層を設ける
ことにより、磁気特性を損なわず、印刷による鮮明な可
視情報記録が図られ、更に水性アルミニウムペースト及
びステアリン酸亜鉛を併用することにより顕著な効果を
発揮し、実用的に優れた磁気記録シートが提供できた。
As is apparent from the present invention, in a magnetic recording sheet having a white pigment layer provided on a magnetic recording layer, titanium dioxide and an alkyl group having an ester group having 3 to 12 carbon atoms are used as a binder. (57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 紙支持体の片面に磁気記録層、次で白色
顔料層を設けて成る磁気記録シートにおいて、該顔料層
が二酸化チタンとその結着剤であるエステル基が炭素数
3〜12のアルキルであるアクリル酸エステルとスチレ
ンとの共重合体を主成分とする磁気記録シート。
