A first step of cutting a copper plate of about 0.6 mm into a design mold, and forming a whole bowl-like shape having a concave portion on the back surface of the copper plate, and forming a large number of irregular uneven surfaces on the copper plate. 2nd step, a third step in which paper clay is stuck in a layered manner via an adhesive on the entire surface of the copper plate formed on the irregular irregular surface, and then the 3rd step of drying the paper clay. After patterning the entire surface of the paper clay with acrylic watercolor paint, and after drying the acrylic watercolor paint, apply a transparent acrylic resin several times over the pattern, and then irradiate ultraviolet rays in a drying box. A fourth step of drying and solidifying the acrylic resin; polishing the back surface of the copper plate with steel wool, spraying a rust preventive spray on the back surface, and bonding and fixing accessories such as broach pins to the back surface with an adhesive. Process, made through By, the above-mentioned problems are eliminated.

In this step, a large number of irregular uneven surfaces 2 are formed on the copper plate 1 by beating.

Is applied in a layer, and then the paper clay 4 is dried. The reason why the uneven surface 2 is formed on the copper plate 1 is to increase the contact area of the paper clay 4 with the copper plate 1 and to form the adhesive 3 in such a manner that the paper clay 4 bites the uneven surface 2 of the copper plate 1 in an uneven manner. Therefore, the adhesive strength is extremely higher than that of bonding to a bowl-shaped surface having no uneven surface 2, and the paper clay 4 does not peel off from the copper plate 1.
