However, the above-mentioned conventional configuration has a problem that odor is easily generated outside the apparatus. The reason is that the pressure of the steam inside the evaporating section 1 increases, and the odor contained in the steam easily leaks out of the apparatus from the packing 6 of the lid 5. The reasons for the high internal pressure are as follows. (1) A large amount of water vapor is generated when drying is performed rapidly to shorten the processing speed. If this is not discharged to the outside of the apparatus smoothly, the pressure in the evaporating section 1 increases, and the vapor and odor easily leak out of the apparatus from the packing 6 between the lid 5 and the condensing section 4. In order to minimize the resistance of the exhaust path, the amount of exhaust is reduced by returning water vapor to water by condensation. However, debris of the material to be dried is scattered by a stirring means provided for rapid drying, and further conveyed upward by convection by a steam fan, and conveyed to a condensing part. Then, a liquid film is formed, and it becomes difficult for steam to flow to the deodorizing section 18. Therefore, the internal pressures of the evaporator 1 and the condenser 4 increase.

(2) Since the temperature is 100 ° C. or higher, buoyancy causes a rise in pressure, and odor from the packing 6 easily leaks out of the apparatus.

Further, when the scattered matter obstructs the exhaust, in order to prevent the odor from leaking out of the apparatus, the flow direction of the exhaust gas from the opening at the end of the exhaust path is generated by the blower for cooling the condenser. A configuration that is substantially the same as the flow direction of the cooling air flow, or a configuration that includes a water vapor suction unit that uses a part of the suction force of the cooling blower is conceivable.

When the object to be dried is stirred by the stirring blade, the object to be dried is crushed, and the scattered powder adheres to the condensing part. The scattered powder flows into the drainage path together with the condensed water. However, since the organic matter in the drainage is increasing, the BOD value is likely to result in sewer pollution.

In the present invention, the scattered powder tries to pass through the filter together with the condensed water, but the scattered powder is trapped. Even if a liquid film is formed on this filter, it does not hinder the passage of the condensate. On the other hand, the steam that has not been completely condensed is freely discharged from an opening provided in the center of the upper part of the filter in the condensing part and flows to the deodorizing part. With such a configuration, the internal pressure of the evaporating section does not abnormally increase, and the leakage of the odor from the packing is reduced.

In the present invention, the pressure in the condenser is reduced by utilizing a cooling fan for cooling the condenser. That is, the exhaust opening of the deodorizing section is sucked using the negative pressure of the cooling fan, and the pressure of the condensing section is set to a negative pressure. In this case, the cooling fan must be rotated during heating. The vapor that has not been completely condensed is sucked in the deodorizing direction and discharged after purification. Therefore, the odor leaking from the packing is reduced.

Next, the operation of the above embodiment will be described.
First, the lid 5 is opened, and the material to be dried 2 is put therein, and the lid 5 is closed. Hereinafter, the heating operation is started. The heater 9 and the steam fan 8 are energized to generate hot air and start heating the object 2 to be dried. At the same time or when the temperature of the object 2 to be dried is measured, the operations of the cooling fan 13 and the drive unit 12 are started. Drive unit 12
Is used to stir the object 2 to be dried with the stirring blade 11, but the stirring means may be a rotary blade such as a mixer or the evaporator may be rotated. The temperature of the material to be dried 2 gradually rises, and steam starts to be generated. For uniform drying, it is preferable to heat for a long time with a low-power heating source. However, power loss due to heat radiation during this period is prevented by the heat insulating unit 3 and the thermal efficiency is high. When the temperature of the temperature detector 10 exceeds 100 ° C., the inside of the evaporator 1 is filled with water vapor.
And the steam must be dry and steamy. The dried steam is agitated by the steam fan 8 to effectively dry the object 2 to be dried.

The water vapor generated by the heating flows out of the evaporator 1 to the condenser 4 where it is cooled and condensed. The generated odor and the scattered powder pass through the filter 15 together with the condensed water and flow out of the drainage pipe 14 to the outside of the apparatus. When the drain receiver 16 is provided on the downstream side of the drain pipe 14, it is preferable that the condensed water be removed and discarded when accumulated. The configuration of the present invention that stirs the heated steam and also stirs the object to be dried has the advantage that heat is effectively transmitted to the object to be dried and the drying time is shortened. Accordingly, there arises a problem that scattered powder is generated and flows to the condensing section together with the water vapor, thereby clogging the drainage section. Such a problem can be avoided by the following configuration.

The scattered solid matter to be dried adheres to the wall of the condensing part wetted by the condensed water and flows down to the bottom of the condensing part together with the condensed water. Condensed water from which solids are separated on the side surface of the cylindrical filter 15 which stands so as to surround the bottom opening of the condensing section flows into the filter. Further, the waste water passes through a drain pipe 14 and accumulates in a drain receiver 16 downward. The water vapor containing the odor component that has not been completely condensed in the condenser 4 enters the inside of the filter through the opening 23 at the upper part of the cylindrical filter 15, the opening at the lower part of the filter, the drain pipe 14, the exhaust pipe 17 branched from the drain pipe 14, The gas passes through the deodorizing catalyst section 18 and is exhausted from the exhaust opening 22. Since the solid content due to the scattered powder accumulates in the bottom space of the condensing section where a large area can be obtained, the upper opening 23 of the filter 15 is hardly buried with the scattered powder. Further, the scattered powder is effectively captured by the wet condensing part and accumulates in a wide space, so that the exhaust path including the drain part and the catalyst part is not easily clogged.
Since the heat insulating part 3 prevents the temperature of the condenser part 4 from rising, it effectively condenses water vapor and reduces the amount of water vapor to be exhausted. Therefore, since the amount of water vapor passing through the catalyst section 18 is small, even when activated carbon or an oxidation catalyst is used, water poisoning does not occur, and the deodorizing performance is improved .

Furthermore, a description will be given of another embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 shows the relationship between the cooling fan 13 and the catalyst section 18 in cross section. The cooling fan 13 is a propeller, a sirocco type or the like. Exhaust opening 2 of exhaust pipe 21 of catalyst unit 18
As shown in FIG. 2- a, the opening 2 is inclined and opened to the rear of the fan (in the suction direction). The angle A between the opening surface and the flow direction is in the range of 0 to 90 degrees. If it is from 0 degrees to -90 degrees, the internal pressure of the evaporator 1 rises due to the dynamic pressure of the wind, which has the opposite effect. Also, as shown in FIG. 2B, it may be provided so as to be inclined in the flow direction even on the blowing side. Angle A in this case
Is in the range of 0 to 90 degrees. If the angle changes from 0 degrees to -90 degrees, the effect is still opposite. Although the air volume is small but a high sirocco fan of pressure is advantageous FIG 2 -a which is open to the suction side, in the case of using the air volume is large propeller fan small pressure Figure 2-b which opens into balloon is advantageous. In this case, the water vapor in the condensing section 4 is exhausted by the induction by the wind speed. In any case, since the internal pressures of the evaporating section 1 and the condensing section 4 are reduced, the leakage of odor from the packing 6 is small.

As is apparent from the above description,
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION This invention can avoid the bad effect by the clogging of the steam discharge path of the scattered solid matter which arises when garbage and foodstuff are quickly dried by stirring or hot air convection. That is, an increase in the internal pressure of the evaporating section due to the water vapor generated during the heating and drying can be reduced, thereby exhibiting an effect that the odor hardly leaks. In addition, a large-volume storage portion for the scattered solids is formed at the bottom of the condensing portion, and the exhaust path is not blocked even when a large amount of scattered powder is generated.

Further, since the scattered solids are effectively trapped in the wet condensed portion, re-scattering is less likely to occur, and clogging of the exhaust catalyst is minimized, so that the purification performance is easily maintained. Further, since the condensed water removes the solid content, the condensed water becomes wastewater having a low BOD, and is less harmful to the environment.
