通路を有して前記弁室に収嵌された固定ディスクと、前
記操作部と係合され前記固定ディスクに対する重ね合わ
せ面に連通用路が形成され回動動作によって前記固定デ
ィスクの前記給水管部及び洗浄水管部と対応した前記各
通路を前記連通用路を介して連通及び非連通させる弁作
用を行う回動ディスクと、前記端壁と前記固定ディスク
との間に介装され前記給水管部及び洗浄水管部の各縁部
に密着し漏水を防止すると共に前記固定ディスクを弾性
的に保持するシール用の弾性部材とを、具備したことを
