(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 連結帯の長手方向に一定の間隔をおいて
ネジを保持して成る連結ネジを、ネジ締め機本体の先端
にネジのねじ込み方向に相対的に移動可能に装着したノ
ーズ部の先端近傍にノーズ部を横切るように設けられた
連結ネジ用案内通路に挿通させ、上記ノーズ部のネジ締
め機本体に対する相対移動に連動させて上記連結ネジの
先頭ネジをノーズ部の略中心部に開閉自在に設けられた
1対のチャック爪の間に供給し、供給されたネジをドラ
イバビットで打ち込む連結ネジ用ネジ締め機において、 上記ノーズ部には、上記ノーズ部のネジ締め機本体に対
する相対移動に連動して先頭ネジ供給時にチャック爪の
ネジ供給側の開放部を閉じるガイド部材と、上記ガイド
部材の閉じ動作と連動して先頭ネジの次位のネジを先頭
ネジから離反する方向に移動させる干渉部材とを備えた
ことを特徴とする連結ネジ用ネジ締め機におけるネジの
ガイド装置。
1.
