However, the conventional device as described above has a problem that the terminal cover must be attached to the terminal portion with both hands. That is, when the operator attaches the terminal cover to the terminal portion, the operator must simultaneously hold the driver, the mounting screws, and the terminal cover. The work was performed by holding the screwdriver with one hand, grasping the mounting screw with the other hand, and pressing the terminal cover with the lower part of the hand. This work is performed at two places on the input side and the output side of the terminal section by one electric device, but it is impossible to work on these two places at the same time because both hands are required. For this reason, it took time to attach the terminal cover.

In this configuration, the fitting portion on the terminal cover side forms a convex portion, and a guide groove larger than the convex portion is formed on the side surface of the interphase wall from the end of the interphase wall to the base of the interphase wall. It may be formed. When the terminal cover is attached to the terminal portion, the terminal cover is made oblique or curved, the convex portion, which is the fitting portion, is inserted into the guide groove, and the convex portion is advanced along the guide groove. The fitting portion is fitted into the concave portion. Thus, the holding portion of the terminal cover can be easily sandwiched between the interphase walls.

Further, in such a configuration, the inner wall of the guide groove on the fitting portion side may be formed with a slope or a curved surface. Thereby, when the convex portion of the terminal cover is moved out of the guide groove and transferred to the concave portion of the fitting portion on the interphase wall side, the convex portion of the terminal cover smoothly moves from the guide groove because the inner wall surface of the guide groove is curved. You will escape. In such a configuration, the guide groove side of the fitting portion may be formed with a slope or a curved surface. Accordingly, when the terminal cover is pressed toward the terminal screw when the terminal cover is removed from the terminal portion, the fitting portion between the terminal cover holding portion and the terminal portion inter-wall can be smoothly removed.

The shape of the protruding portion 23 in FIG. 6 does not necessarily have to be cylindrical. The shape of the protrusion 23 may be arbitrary as long as the protrusion length d is secured around the driver through hole 7. FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing a terminal structure of an electric device according to still another embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 11 is a perspective view of a main part showing a configuration in which a terminal cover in FIG. 10 is removed, and FIG. It is the perspective view which took out and showed only the terminal cover of FIG. In FIG. 11, a notch 40 is formed at an end of the interphase wall 38 of the terminal portion 110, and two concave portions 36 are formed on the side surface of the interphase wall 38 (one is not visible, but is located on the other side of the interphase wall 38). ) Is formed. Further, two guide grooves 41 are formed on the side surface of the interphase wall 38. On the other hand, in FIG. 12, the terminal cover 65 is formed with two convex portions 37 on the inner wall surface of the holding portion 35 (one is not visible, but is located on the near side of the inner wall surface of the holding portion 35). 11 and 12,
The center portion of the first plate portion 65A of the terminal cover 65 is an interphase wall 38.
The protrusion 37 of the terminal cover 65 and the recess 36 of the interphase wall 38 form a fitting portion, and are formed so as to fit into each other. Further, the guide groove 41 of the interphase wall 38 is formed larger than the projection 37.

When attaching the terminal cover 65 to the terminal portion 110, the terminal cover 6 shown in FIGS.
The projection 37 is inserted into the guide groove 41 by tilting 5. The protrusion 37 of the terminal cover 65 is advanced along the guide groove 41, and the terminal cover 65 is lowered until the first plate portion 65 </ b> A enters the cutout portion 40. Therefore, the terminal cover 65 is rotated in the direction D about the axis C in FIG. By this rotation, the first plate portion 65A of the cover 65 fits into the notch portion 40, and the convex portion 37 and the concave portion 36, which are fitting portions, fit together, and the cover 65 is held by the terminal portion 110.

In the configuration shown in FIG. 10, the terminal cover 65 can be fitted with one hand for mounting the terminal cover 65, and mounting screws are not required. Therefore, both the good workability and the reduction in the number of terminal parts are exactly the same as the advantages in the embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 5. The guide groove 41 in FIG. 11 is not necessarily required. The terminal cover 65 fits into the terminal portion 110 due to the deformation of the terminal cover 65 itself. However, by providing the guide groove 41, the terminal cover 65 can be attached with a very weak force. In addition, by forming the inner wall of the guide groove 41 with a curved surface as shown in FIG. 11, when the protrusion 37 of the terminal cover 65 comes out of the guide groove 41 and is transferred to the recess 36 on the side of the interphase wall 38, the guide is provided. Since the inner wall surface of the groove 41 is curved, the convex portion 37 of the terminal cover 65 comes out of the guide groove 41 smoothly. The inner wall of the guide groove 41 may be a simple slope instead of a curved surface.

11 and 12, a surface 36A of the recess 36 on the side of the interphase wall 38 on the guide groove 41 side is formed as a slope. On the other hand, the surface 37A of the convex portion 37 of the terminal cover 65 on the guide groove 41 side is also formed as a slope. Thereby, when the second plate portion 65B of the terminal cover 65 is pressed toward the terminal screw 16 when the terminal cover 65 is detached from the terminal portion 110, the convex portion 37 and the concave portion 36 come off smoothly. The surface 37A of the convex portion 37 and the surface 3A of the concave portion 36
6A may be a curved surface instead of a slope. Further, as the fitting portion, a convex portion may be formed on the inter-phase wall 38 side, and a concave portion may be formed on the terminal cover 65 side.

In this configuration, the fitting portion on the terminal cover side forms a convex portion, and a guide groove larger than the convex portion is formed on the side surface of the interphase wall from the end of the interphase wall to the base of the interphase wall. It is formed. Thereby, the holding portion of the terminal cover can be easily sandwiched between the interphase walls, and the attachment of the terminal cover becomes very easy. In such a configuration, the inner wall of the guide groove on the fitting portion side is formed with a slope or a curved surface. As a result, the protrusion of the terminal cover comes out of the guide groove smoothly when the terminal cover is attached,
The fitting part is not damaged.
