に、先端にインサート用合成樹脂製キャップを装着した
当該インサートピンを打ち込むと共に、上記金型のブロ
ーピンの挿入口によって形作られたプリブロー成形体の
吹き込み部にはブローピンを打ち込んで空気を吹き込み
膨らませ、上記インサートピン及びブローピンが後退し
た後は、ブローピン側の吹き込み部を封止する無菌容器
の製造方法であるので、従来の様に、輸液を注入する前
に容器を水洗し、乾燥し、熱をかけて無菌処理する必要
がなく、また大型の水洗装置をわざわざ設置する必要も

部と上記ブローピンを打ち込む吹き込み部を作るための

ートピンの挿入口によって形作られたプリブロー成形体
の前記開口部内に、先端にインサート用合成樹脂製キャ
ップを装着した当該インサートピンを打ち込むと共に、
上記金型のブローピンの挿入口によって形作られたプリ
ブロー成形体の前記吹き込み部にはブローピンを打ち込
んで空気を吹き込み膨らませ、上記キャップと前記プリ
ブロー成形体の開口部とを一体化し、上記インサートピ
ン及びブローピンが後退した後は、ブローピン側の吹き
込み部を、輸液充填時に切断して輸液を充填し再びヒー
トシール可能に封止したことを特徴とする無菌容器の製
