持されるのでメモ台が揺動するおそれはない。本発明に
おいてはスライド板先端36aは常に軸受突部23の外
周を押圧しているので回動枠との間に遊びがなく操作中
も安定で且つ静粛である。なお、回動枠20は、取付基

うに基台内に内蔵したコイルスプリング40の回動力が
