2. Description of the Related Art Patches such as tapes, cataplasms and plasters can prevent separation of drugs due to metabolism in the liver, are less likely to cause gastrointestinal disorders, or have a longer duration than oral administration. This is advantageous in that the effect can be expected. Therefore, a wide range of drugs are being used in patches, but many drugs are often unstable in the presence of moisture. Therefore, recently, in order to utilize the advantages of the above-mentioned patch, in order to ensure the stability of the patch containing a drug unstable to water, a method of enclosing a desiccant together with the patch in an aluminum bag has been adopted. Have been.

However, in such a method in which a desiccant is enclosed together, the moisture-proof property is often insufficient, and it is not reliable to maintain the stability of the drug. Further, if the desiccant is enclosed together, it is not preferable in terms of transportation, such as a bulky package, and the production process becomes complicated since the desiccant is charged each time. Then, the same problem as that of the desiccant has been encountered for the deodorant and the oxygen scavenger.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention is to secure the stability of water-unstable drugs by ensuring the reliable moisture-proofing, deodorizing and antioxidant effects of the patch. In addition, it is an object of the present invention to obtain a release paper for a patch which is easy to manufacture and transport without reducing the decomposition of the drug and maintaining the quality, and not bulky as a packaging form.
In order to achieve such an object, a release paper for a patch which is stuck to the plaster layer of the patch and peeled off at the time of use, between a backing sheet having water permeability and a peelable film. A desiccant and activated carbon were sealed using an adhesive to form a sandwich. Further, a film of paper, woven fabric or non-woven fabric is impregnated with a desiccant, or a desiccant is sealed in the gaps between the fibers, and the film is coated with a silicon coat on the surface in contact with the plaster layer. Further, a desiccant was sealed in a plastic film, hard rubber or pulp film, and a silicone coat was applied to a surface of the film in contact with the plaster layer. And
A silicon coat was applied to the surface of the aluminum film in contact with the plaster layer, and a desiccant or activated carbon kneaded into a plastic film was coated on the opposite surface.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. As shown in FIG. 1, a release paper 2 is attached to a patch 1. The patch 1 is made of a suitable support 3 such as cloth or non-woven fabric.
Is a configuration in which a plaster layer 4 is formed on the inner surface. The plaster layer 4 contains a medicine such as a base and an adhesive, and a plaster. The release paper 2
A desiccant 7 and activated carbon 8 are sealed between a water-permeable backing sheet 5 and a releasable film 6 using an adhesive such as synthetic glue to form a sandwich. As the film 6 having releasability, all materials usually used as release paper can be used. For example, paper, glassine paper, woven fabric,
In addition to a nonwoven fabric, a plastic film such as polyethylene (PE) or polyethylene terephthalate (PET), a peelable film such as hard rubber, or aluminum is used. In particular, if a silicon coat is applied to the surface in contact with the plaster layer 4, the peelability is good and it is convenient. For the mount 5, for example, a water-permeable packaging material such as a plastic film such as polyethylene (PE) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is used in addition to paper, glassine paper, woven fabric, and nonwoven fabric. As the desiccant 7, for example, silica gel, calcium chloride, silica-alumina gel, or the like in the form of powder or a thin plate can be used.

FIG. 2 shows that a film 6 made of paper, woven fabric, non-woven fabric or the like is directly impregnated with a desiccant 7 or is filled in the interstices of the fibers.
2 shows an embodiment of the release paper 2 in which a silicon coat 9 is applied to the surface in contact with the release paper 2. FIG. 3 shows polyethylene (PE),
A desiccant 7 is encapsulated in a film 6 made of a plastic film such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), hard rubber, or pulp, and a plaster layer 4 of the film 6 is formed.
2 shows an embodiment of the release paper 2 in which a silicon coat 9 is applied to the surface in contact with the release paper 2. FIG. 4 shows an aluminum film 1
In the embodiment of the release paper 2, a silicone coat 9 is applied to the surface in contact with the plaster layer 4, and a desiccant 7 or activated carbon 8 kneaded in polyethylene or the like is coated (applied) on the opposite surface. Is shown. Instead of the drying agent 7 and the activated carbon 8 as described above, or together with these, a deoxidizing agent such as activated iron oxide can be used. In any case, any one of a desiccant, activated carbon, or a deoxidizer, or any combination thereof is mixed, used in combination, encapsulated, impregnated, or applied to hold them on the release paper 2. It is a thing.

Then, the adhesive layer 4 of the adhesive patch 1 and the film 6 of the release paper 2 are adhered together so that the adhesive layer 4 is peeled off in use. Use by attaching to the skin. However, in the above, since the desiccant or the like is held on the release paper, the effect can be exerted at a constant site always close to the medicine of the plaster layer. Not very good moisture-proof, or deodorant, anti-oxidant effect,
In particular, the combined use of a desiccant and activated carbon has a remarkably excellent effect of reducing the amount of decomposed products of the drug, which has the advantage that the plaster layer 4 can contain a drug that is unstable in water.

According to the present invention, the stability of the drug can be improved by holding the desiccant on the release paper. And since a small packaging is attained without being bulky also in a packaging form, it is very convenient for manufacture and transportation. When activated carbon is held on the release paper in addition to the desiccant, the deodorizing effect and the antioxidant effect can be achieved. Furthermore,
When activated carbon is held in combination with the desiccant, there is an advantage that the decomposition of the drug can be further reduced and the stability of the preparation is enhanced.
