Description of the Related Art Conventionally, this type of drying apparatus has been used in a process for drying foods such as cereals or shiitake mushrooms containing water, or a process for producing a ceramic molded product. It is well known that towels after use, tableware after washing, or small items used for drying daily miscellaneous goods such as umbrellas and shoes used in rainy weather, etc. In many cases, sterilization treatment and deodorization treatment are necessary for hygiene, and if the treatment time is relatively long, bacteria and the like may propagate during the drying treatment due to humidity and temperature conditions in the drying room. In recent years, there has been a strong demand for a device that can efficiently perform not only the drying process but also a sterilizing process and a deodorizing process at the same time. For example, a drying device provided with a germicidal lamp and a drying device provided with an ozone generator are provided. Equipment and the like have been developed and used.

Since the sterilization process is performed by irradiating the ultraviolet rays to the articles in the drying chamber from a specific direction, the entire articles cannot be sterilized uniformly. On the other hand, the drying device equipped with an ozone generator injects ozone into the drying chamber. To perform sterilization and deodorization treatment,
Although the entire article is fumigated, the effect of the simple injection of ozone depends greatly on the surface condition of the article and the surrounding environmental conditions, so that uniform sterilization cannot be expected, and the sterilizing and deodorizing effect is extremely unstable. In addition to being inefficient and requiring a high concentration of ozone to achieve an effect, ozone leaking during the drying process and ozone remaining in the drying chamber at the end of the drying process adversely affect the human body. And other problems.

However, the bactericidal power of ozone is determined by a decomposition reaction as shown in the following equation (1). Oxygen (O) in the nascent stage is generated by causing a strong oxidation reaction, and this decomposition reaction occurs even at room temperature, but can be further strengthened under high humidity and high temperature conditions. Injection of ozone by the means 4 is started when the humidity in the drying chamber 2 rises to a certain humidity, and continuously or intermittently during the high humidity period W3 while the certain humidity is maintained through the high humidity state. In this way, the ozone is sterilized and deodorized with the optimum concentration of ozone during the high humidity period W3, which is a high temperature and high humidity state.

である。As described above, according to the present invention, the ozone injection by the ozone injection means 4 is started in a state where the humidity is sufficiently present, and the ozone injection is performed at a high temperature at which the sterilizing effect of ozone is maximized.
By sterilizing and deodorizing with ozone at an optimum concentration in a high humidity period W3 in a high humidity state, a sterilizing effect generated by an ozone decomposition reaction and a hydroxyl radical generation reaction is used to the utmost, and a low concentration of ozone is extremely low. This enables effective sterilization and deodorization in a short time.

At the end of the process, the gas is completely decomposed, or is forcibly cleaned and exhausted in the gas exhaust portion 3b of the hot air supply means 3, so that adverse effects on the human body can be avoided.

The entire amount of gas passes through the discharge space 10c between the discharge spaces 10b, and the ozone (O 3 ) and the nascent oxygen (O) generated in the discharge space 10c are immediately dried through the heating device 7. Since it is sent into the chamber 2, nascent oxygen (O) having a strong bactericidal power can be used very effectively.

明である。The present invention is constructed as described above,
In the process of drying the article after washing by the hot air supply means, the humidity in the drying chamber is monitored by a humidity detector, and the ozone injection by the ozone injection means is started when the humidity in the drying chamber rises to a certain level. At the same time, it is continuously or intermittently continued until a state where a certain humidity is maintained through a high humidity state, and sterilization and deodorization treatment is performed at an optimum ozone concentration at a high temperature and a high humidity state, thereby achieving a low concentration of a low concentration. It realizes sterilization and deodorization treatment with ozone in a very short time, and since the injection of ozone is stopped before the drying treatment of the article is completed, there is no fear that ozone will remain in the drying chamber. This is a revolutionary and extremely significant invention.
