防止を目的として、乳牛の乳房及び乳頭部周辺を清拭し
てから搾乳している。このときの清拭の方法は、乾燥状
態の不織布、紙又はフキン等を予め40〜50℃のお湯
に浸して、これをもって乳牛の乳房乳頭周辺を拭くか、
乳牛の乳房に直接に殺菌液をスプレー散布するか、ある
いは清拭シートに殺菌液をスプレー散布した後にこの清
拭シートを用いて乳房周辺を拭くいずれかの方法が採用
されている。また、乳房を拭いた後には、清拭に用いた
ワイパーを破棄処分にするか、又はワイパーの素材によ
っては洗濯乾燥して再度使用する方法が取られている。
搾乳用の衛生用紙では、ペ−パ−ホルダ用吊り具に関
し、アタッチメントに吊着具を設けて、牧舎内の隣接す
る乳牛のスペ−スを区画する金網を有する棚等に容易に
引っ掛けられ、搾乳作業時にペ−パ−ボックスの汚れを
防止するペ−パ−ホルダ用吊り具(実公平6−2325
6号公報)が報告されているが、密封殺菌性の面で完全
ではなかった。また、お湯に浸す清拭の場合、バケツを
用いるのが普通であり、これでは異物や汚れは除去でき
ても細菌については十分ではない。さらにお湯拭きの方
法も、殺菌液スプレー方法もいずれも清拭作業が厄介で
ある上に搾乳の乳質の安全面で十分とは言えなかった。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】搾乳の直前に乳房周辺
を清拭して異物、汚れ、微生物の混入を防ぐことは商品
衛生上必要であるが、その都度ワイパーをお湯処理する
方法はバケツ内に落下菌の混入があり、お湯では殺菌能
力がないために徴生物の汚染防止として適当な方法とは
言えない。一方、殺菌液を乳房又はワイパーに直接スプ
レーする方法では、殺菌液のスプレー量が多いと乳牛の
乳房の肌荒れや炎症を招き、逆にスプレー量が少ないと
殺菌効果が得られない欠点があり、殺菌液の付着の量の
コントロールが困難であって、作業効率が決して良いと
は言えない問題を抱えている。上記問題点に鑑み、本発
明者らは、衛生的安全性の向上と作業性の向上の改善を
目指し、乳牛の乳房の清拭に際して異物、汚れ、徴生物
の混入防止に優れた技術を改良し、作業効率の向上する
使いやすいワイパーを開発するに至った。 【0004】 【課題を解決するための手段】本発明のウエッテトワイ
パ−は、基本的には未変性エタノール9〜15重量%、
乳酸又はクエン酸0.01〜0.1重量%及び精製水8
5%〜90重量%を配合することを必要成分とするもの
である。このワイパ−は、食品添加物として全く問題の
ない、未変性エタノールや乳酸、クエン酸及び精製水か
らなる殺菌液を、不織布、紙又はガ−ゼのような吸水性
シートに含浸せしめてウェットワイパーとして一枚づつ
取出し可能なように包装して、搾乳前の乳牛の必要個所
の清拭用に衛生的に安全で作業に便利な製品として提供
するものである。本発明では未変性エタノールは、9〜
15重量%用いるが、未変性エタノールが9重量%以下
では殺菌効果が低く、殺菌目的を達成できない。逆に1
5重量%以上では、乳牛の乳房や乳頭部を脱脂すること
となり、肌荒れを招くので適当でない。また、乳酸又は
クエン酸は、0.01〜0.1重量%使用するが、乳酸
又はクエン酸が0.01重量%以下ではPHの調整に不
足で、適当でなく、0.1重量%以上ではPHが低くな
り過ぎて同じく肌荒れを招くので好ましくない。本発明
では、未変性エタノールの濃度と乳酸又はクエン酸の濃
度があいまって相乗的に殺菌効果が得られ、肌に優しい
ウエットワイパ−となるのである。なお、含浸液のPH
は、3程度に調整することが好ましい。 【0005】吸水シートに対する上記含浸液の含浸量
は、吸水シート重量に対して100重量%〜300重量
%とする。含浸液量が、100重量%以下ではウェット
ワイパーとしての漏れが不足で清拭効果が不十分で殺菌
効果もよくなく、300重量%以上では過剰の漏れによ
って殺菌液が牛乳に混入したり、乳房が濡れ過ぎて炎症
になることもあり好ましくない。殺菌液を含浸した吸水
シートは、通常のウエットワイパ−と同様にZ折に折り
畳んでポップアップ可能な状態で気密包装する必要があ
るが、このとき予め形成した個体容器に入れるか又はフ
イルムによりピロー包装によって収納する。また、包装
