BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a knitted lace in which loops of adjacent wales formed by a chain stitch or the like are appropriately connected to form a through hole having a predetermined shape.

2. Description of the Related Art Since the opening lace has a through-hole, the shape of the lace is easily deformed during cutting or sewing. Conventionally, a bonding material such as a net is separately provided on the back of the lace. Adhesion suppresses such deformation.

Therefore, not only is a bonding material required separately, but also an operation of matching the color of the bonding material and the lace ground and an operation of bonding the bonding material to the lace ground are required. Has the disadvantage of complicating it, and furthermore, when bonding the bonding material to the lace ground, if their dimensions and shapes do not match,
There is also the disadvantage that either material is partially wasted. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and by devising a connection structure between adjacent wales, it is possible to effectively suppress deformation of the shape of the lace ground without separately bonding the bonding material to the lace ground. The purpose is to provide a knitting lace that can be performed.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a wale formed by knitting a series of warp yarns, and loops of adjacent wales are formed by weft yarns. A knitted lace having various sizes of through-holes for forming a lace pattern formed by appropriately connecting the knitted laces to the weft, a pattern yarn forming a predetermined pattern, and a loop of the adjacent wale. With a constant or substantially constant pitch, a net is formed on the back surface of the lace ground by the insert yarn , and the weft is formed from the front side of the lace ground.
The present invention is to provide a knitted lace provided with a yarn, the pattern yarn, and the insertion yarn arranged in this order .

The loops of adjacent wales are appropriately connected by weft to form through-holes of various sizes that exhibit a lace pattern, regardless of the size of the through-holes. An insertion yarn different from the yarn forming the through-hole by appropriately connecting the loops connects the loops of adjacent wales at a constant or substantially constant pitch to prevent deformation of the shape of the lace ground. In this configuration, when the weft, the pattern yarn, and the insertion yarn are arranged in this order from the front side of the lace ground, a lace pattern appears on the surface of the lace ground, a pattern pattern is formed on the inner side thereof, and the back side of the lace ground is formed. A net is formed by the insertion yarn.

According to the knitted lace of the present invention, the deformation of the shape of the lace ground can be effectively suppressed without separately bonding the bonding material to the lace ground. Furthermore, the deformation of the lace ground shape can be effectively suppressed without impairing the feeling of unevenness of the lace pattern, and a loop is formed, especially when the lace pattern side is facing outward and it is used directly on the skin. Since the skin touches a relatively flat surface where the thread and the insertion thread in the overlapping portion are arranged so as to overlap with each other, the touch is less likely to be impaired.

FIG. 1 is a structural diagram of a knitted lace (Russell lace) in which loops 2 of adjacent wales 1 are appropriately connected to form through holes 3 and 4 of a predetermined shape. Insertion thread 5 connecting two at a constant pitch
However, it is knitted separately from the weft 7 which connects the loops 2 of the adjacent wales 1 as needed. The wale 1
Are formed by knitting a series of warp yarns 6 into a chain stitch, and connecting loops 2 formed in adjacent chain stitches with a series of weft yarns 7 at an appropriate pitch to produce a lace pattern. A lace ground 8 having the through holes 3 and 4 on the surface side is formed. The insertion thread 5 is
Regardless of the size of the through holes 3 and 4, the loops 2 of the adjacent chain stitches are connected in a zigzag manner at a constant pitch, and as shown in FIG. Weft 7 connecting loops 2 as appropriate
And the warp 6 forming the loop 2 is knitted between them to form a net fabric which replaces the conventionally bonded bonding material. Weft 7 of the lace ground 8
A pattern thread 9 is woven between the and the insertion thread 5 to form a predetermined pattern.
