(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 昇温、乾燥、調湿、冷却の4工程によっ
て木材を乾燥処理する方法であって、乾燥室(1)を前
部処理室(2)と後部処理室(3)に区分し、前部処理
室(2)では熱発生装置によって室内を必要な温度に上
昇して昇温並びに乾燥処理を行い、後部処理室(3)で
は前部処理室(2)から排出される排出熱を熱源として
利用して調湿並びに冷却処理を行い、全乾燥処理工程の
半分を処理した時点で前部処理室(2)において処理さ
れた木材を後部処理室(3)に移動すると共に後部処理
室(3)において処理された木材を乾燥室(1)から取
出し、さらに上記前部処理室(2)に新たな木材を搬入
することを特徴とする木材乾燥方法。

共に、乾燥室(1)内に搬入する台車の正面部分に間仕
切板(25)を設け、前部及び後部処理室(2,3)に
各1台ずつの台車が搬入されたときに上記間仕切板(2
5)が上記中央隔壁(4)の通孔(7)に位置し、該部
分に設けたパッキン(20)が当該間仕切板(25)に
密着して前部及び後部処理室(2,3)を遮断すること
を特徴とする木材乾燥装置。
