Electric heaters have heaters and heater panels installed between rails or sleepers to melt snow. In the hot air type, hot air generated by a hot air generator such as a boiler is blown out from a blowout port attached around a branch via a duct to melt snow. In the hot water type, hot water is sprinkled with a sprinkler to melt snow. These snow-melting devices exhibit a snow-melting effect against snowfall or snow brought in by bringing snow accumulated on a track portion by a snow plow attached to the leading end of a tracked vehicle.

When it is sandwiched between the tongue rail and the tongue rail, the tongue rail is not converted. According to the snow melting device, in the case of falling snow and ice, it will melt if there is some time to spare,
If it is necessary to change points in a short time after passing the vehicle, it may cause a change. In addition, stepping stones cannot be melted and must be removed by some method. Since the tong rail is moved on the floor board on the sleeper and turns, if the stepping stone falls on the floor board between the basic rail and the tongue rail, it causes non-conversion. Conventionally, when such a situation occurs, an attendant rushes to the site to remove the situation.

It is conceivable to provide a nozzle and blow off and remove foreign matter. However, since this gap is not very large, and because it is an open state that requires a blowing operation and requires a considerable amount of air, how to supply sufficient air to the air injection nozzle Is a problem. The present invention employs a configuration using an air injection nozzle, so that sufficient air can be supplied and foreign matter between the basic rail and the tongue rail is prevented so that the turnout device cannot be changed by falling snow and ice or flying stones. It is an object of the present invention to provide a foreign matter removing device capable of removing the foreign matter.

Foreign matter between the basic rail and the tongue rail is blown off and removed by the flow. The supply of pressurized air to the piping unit is performed through air supply passages penetrating the basic rail at multiple locations,
There is no shortage of the supplied air amount, and a sufficient amount of air is injected to reliably remove the foreign matter at the track branching portion. When the air supply passage is provided through the inside of the mounting screw, it is not necessary to separately provide a through hole for the air supply passage in the basic rail.

Are provided for the basic rails 7 on both sides (localization side and opposite side), respectively. The mounting state of the piping units 1 and 2 with respect to the rails is as shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B by taking the piping unit 1 as an example. That is, an insertion hole 27 for inserting the mounting screw 14 is formed in each abdomen 7a of the basic rail 7, and the nut 25 is inserted into the mounting screw 14 inserted therethrough.
Are screwed together and fixed, and the protruding end of the mounting screw 14 is connected to the four branched ends of the pipe 23.
The piping unit 1 and the nozzle part 3 are connected to the abdomen 7a of the basic rail 7.
And the abdomen 8a of the tongue rail 8 fits without any trouble. The state shown by the imaginary line in the figure is a state in which the tongue rail 8 is open, and the state is switched over to the position shown by the solid line by the point switching device and moves on the floor plate 9. The two tong rails 8 are connected at regular intervals by a switch rod (not shown) near their ends, and are driven and moved in that state. When one tong rail 8 is open, the other tong rail 8 is opened. 8 is closed.

In response to the switching valve operation signal, the electromagnetic switching valve 6 is switched from the shut-off state, and compressed air from the compressed air reservoir 21 is supplied to the piping unit 1 or 2 on the side where the tongue rail 8 is separated from the basic rail 7, and the nozzle Inject air for several seconds (controlled by a timer) from the respective air outlets 17 or 18 of the part 3 or 4,

However, if the falling snow and ice are large, even if the snow and ice are moved to the ballast position, there is a possibility that the switching of points may become an obstacle. Therefore, it is more preferable to provide a flat plate between the sleepers 30. The installation state of the flat board is such that the upper surface of each sleeper 30 is connected by a flat surface, or the upper surface of the floor plate 9 is connected by a flat surface. When such a flat plate is provided, the ballast portion is covered and the upper surface becomes smooth, and foreign matter is easily moved by the blast air. Extruded.

Also, this device has the advantage that it only requires drilling holes on the rail for mounting the piping unit and can be easily installed with almost no modification of the track, and there is almost no interference with existing snow melting equipment from its installed state. is there. And, in particular,
Since the supply of the compressed air to the piping unit is performed through the air supply passage penetrating the basic rail at a plurality of locations, a sufficient amount of air to be supplied for removing foreign matters is secured.

However, in some cases, a heating means for heating at a stage before air is blown out may be provided to blow hot air. In addition, the piping unit provided with the nozzle described above is used for hot water injection or hot air injection of the snow melting device, and is used for concentrated snow melting between the basic rail and the tongue rail which is the most important point where the point cannot be changed. In addition, since foreign matter such as flying stones can be removed, the problem that points cannot be changed due to foreign matter can be solved. Further, since the apparatus of the present invention uses compressed air, there is no possibility of freezing after the operation as in the water spray type snow melting apparatus. Further, when the air supply passage is provided through the inside of the mounting screw, the through hole for the air supply passage does not need to be separately provided in the basic rail, so that the strength of the basic rail is not unnecessarily reduced.
