この筒体の後端側には補強部品2の内面に当接可能な鍔
部31が形成されていると共に、筒体の先端側には前記鋼
管柱1の内面に当接可能な当接部32が形成されており、 補強部品2の止着孔20に挿着した固定部品3を後退させ
た状態で、補強部品2を鋼管柱1内に挿入し、鋼管柱1
の通孔10と補強部品2の止着孔20とを位置合わせした
後、当該固定部品3を回転させて止着孔20の雌ネジ21に
捻じ込み挿着されている前記固定部品3の雄ネジ33を更
に前進させて、先端側の嵌合突起35を鋼管柱1の通孔10
に嵌合させる事により、当該固定部品3の鍔部31を補強
部品2の内面に当接させると共に、当接部32を、鋼管柱
1の内面に当接させることにより、鋼管柱1内の接合部
