2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a stretch label, for example, a stretch film formed of a polyethylene resin and having a self-stretch property and formed in a cylindrical shape is known. Such a stretch label has an expanded diameter. PET
When fitted outside from above a container such as a bottle, the diameter expanded by self-stretching shrinks and can be attached to the body of the container or the like in close contact.

As the polyethylene resin used as such a stretch film, a relatively low-density polyethylene resin having a density of about 0.90 to 0.92 g / cm 3 is generally used. Is suitable as a material for a stretch film because it has excellent stretch recoverability after contracting after being stretched.

However, since stretch films made of polyethylene resin having such a density have low stiffness, handling them when forming them as stretch labels and mounting them in containers such as PET bottles is not easy, and it is difficult to perform mounting work. . Further, there is a drawback that the label surface is apt to sag or wrinkle even after being attached.

[0005] Further, when a food or drink, a medicine or the like is filled in a container to which such a stretch label is attached,
After the food and beverages and medicines are filled in the container, a hot water shower of usually 70 ° C to 90 ° C is applied from the outer surface of the container,
So-called low-temperature heat sterilization treatment may be performed, but the conventional stretch film has a weak stiffness, and the warm water shower during this low-temperature heat sterilization treatment tends to elongate or expand and sag or wrinkle on the surface, and the appearance is reduced. There has been a problem of lowering.

(Structure) The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problem. In the stretch label, a stretch film 1 having self-stretchability is formed in a cylindrical shape, and the stretch label is externally fitted to a container 3. Stretch film 1
Is mainly composed of polyethylene having a density of 0.925 to 0.934 g / cm 3 , and has a vertical direction when mounted on the container 3.
The refractive index of A is 1.520 to 1.535, and the refractive index in the circumferential direction B is 1.515 to 1.530. Here, the fact that the polyethylene having a density of 0.925 to 0.934 g / cm 3 is the main component means that the polyethylene having such a density is contained in a range of 50% by weight or more and 100% by weight or less. (Function) That is, the stretch film of the present invention has a density of 0.925 to 0.934 g / cm 3.
Since it is mainly composed of polyethylene, a stretch film with strong stiffness can be formed, and the mounting property when mounting on a container is good.

Further, since the stretch film 1 is formed so that the refractive index in the longitudinal direction A at the time of mounting on the container 3 is 1.520 to 1.535, even when the low temperature heat sterilization treatment is performed. The surface of the stretch label is less likely to wrinkle or sag.

Furthermore, since the stretch film 1 is formed so that the refractive index in the circumferential direction B when it is attached to the container 3 is 1.515 to 1.530, the label does not easily slip off from the container during the low-temperature heat sterilization treatment. .

The stretch film 1 has a density of 0.92.
A film obtained by mixing a polymer obtained by mixing 10 to 50% by weight of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer with a polyethylene resin of 5 to 0.934 g / cm 3 and subjecting it to a certain stretching treatment in the longitudinal direction and the width direction is obtained. It is formed to have a refractive index of. The density was measured according to JIS K7112, and the refractive index was measured using Abbe's refractometer according to JIS K7105.

[0014] If the density of the polyethylene resin is lower than the above range, the film becomes stiff and the mounting property to the container is deteriorated. On the other hand, if the density is higher than this range, the stretch label is used when mounting. The recoverability (recovery after stretching) of shrinking and returning to the original state after the expansion is deteriorated.

Next, the film is stretched at a temperature of about 90 ° C. by about 1.5 times in the longitudinal direction of the film and 1.3 times in the width direction to form a film. The film was fixed and subjected to a corona discharge treatment on one side to obtain a stretch film.
