Abstract

Description

This invention relates to the technical field of household goods, and in particular to pillowcases.

Pillowcases are used to encase the pillow core and protect it from getting dirty.

Mulberry silk pillowcases are moisture-wicking and soft to the touch. However, conventional mulberry silk pillowcases are usually made of a single layer of mulberry silk fabric, and the pillow insert is attached to the single layer mulberry silk pillowcase.

The applicant has found that the prior art has at least the following technical problems: In the mulberry silk pillowcases of the prior art, the oil from the user's hair or other dirt is likely to penetrate through the single-layer mulberry silk fabric into the pillow core, staining the pillow core, and the mulberry silk pillowcases have relatively poor stain resistance.

The purpose of this invention is to solve the problem that the mulberry silk pillowcases in the prior art have relatively poor stain resistance.
The purpose of this invention is to provide a pillowcase that solves the technical problem that dirt penetrates through the single-layer mulberry silk fabric into the pillow core, making it easy to stain the pillow core. As an optional embodiment, the soft filling layer 12 in this embodiment includes a tussah silk layer or a mulberry silk or cotton layer.

Preferably, the soft filling layer 12 includes a tussah silk layer, which has a soft feel and elasticity, and has good breathability and moisture absorption properties. As an optional embodiment, as shown in Figures 2, 3 and 4, the lower cover surface 2 has a cover opening 3, which is connected to the storage chamber 4, and the pillow core 6 can be attached to the storage chamber 4 through the cover opening 3, which is spaced apart from the edge of the upper cover surface 1. As shown in FIG. 2, in this embodiment, the cover opening 3 is rectangular with chamfered edges, and the cover opening 3 is not elongated as in the prior art, but is a hole provided in the center of the lower cover surface 2.

The cover opening 3 configured as above does not require the lower cover surface 22 to be provided in two parts, and the pillow core 6 can be easily attached, making it suitable for pillow cores 6 of any shape. Moreover, it is easy to attach and improves the breathability of the pillow cover.

In an optional embodiment, the lower cover surface 2 is made of an elastic material to facilitate easy attachment of the pillow core 6. For example, the lower cover surface 2 is made of a polyester and spandex blend.

The lower cover surface 2 made of the above material has a certain degree of elasticity and can be deformed when pulled by a person, and the size of the cover opening 3 changes accordingly, allowing the pillow core 6 to be easily inserted into the storage chamber 4 through the cover opening 3.

As an optional embodiment, the length of the cover opening 3 is less than the length of the lower cover surface 2, and the width of the cover opening 3 is less than the width of the lower cover surface 2, as shown in FIG. 2.

As shown in Figures 2 and 4, in order to prevent the pillow core 6 from escaping, the area of the cover opening 3 is set to be no larger than the area of the lower cover surface 2, and no larger than the area of the pillow core 6. In addition, since the lower cover surface 2 has a certain degree of elasticity, the pillow cover 6 can be attached inside the pillow cover even if the area of the cover opening 3 is smaller than the pillow cover 6.

The pillow cover of this embodiment has better moisture absorption, breathability and flexibility than a single-layer mulberry silk pillow cover, and the surface layer 11 of the mulberry silk comes into direct contact with the human body, preserving the feel of the mulberry silk. In addition, dirt such as the user's head oil is less likely to penetrate into the pillow core 6 through the overcover surface 1, improving the stain resistance of the pillow cover.

As shown in FIG. 4, when the pillow core 6 is inserted into the pillowcase, the upper cover surface 1 is located at the top of the pillow core 6 to contact the user's head. Specifically, the surface layer 11 contacts the skin of the human body. The surface layer 11 made of mulberry silk fabric feels good to the touch, and the friction between the human skin and the surface layer 11 is small, making it more comfortable to use. The soft filling layer 12 enhances the flexibility, breathability, and moisture absorption of the upper cover surface 1, and the sealing layer 13 cooperates with the surface layer 11 to prevent the soft filling layer 12 from escaping. Compared with a single-layer mulberry silk pillowcase, the pillowcase with the above structure can prevent dirt such as hair oil from entering the pillow core 6, improving the dirt resistance of the pillowcase.
