Abstract

9The present invention provides a disposable cooling underwear that is simple in structure and inexpensive and utilizes the heat of vaporization. SOLUTION: The underwear itself is sewn with non-woven fabric and easily transpires when sweating, but by providing a water-absorbing pad 6 that retains moisture on the back side, the water-absorbing pad can be moderately moistened before use to prevent sweating. The heat of vaporization can be used even in the front, and when sweating, the water-absorbing pad absorbs sweat and keeps it moist at all times, so the cooling effect of the heat of vaporization can be maintained for a long time. The air-conditioned clothes 14 are equipped with a cooling fan 15, and evaporate perspiration dries quickly, and the water soaked into the water-absorbing pad quickly disappears, so water must be constantly supplied. If water is supplied to the water-absorbing pad by a method using the phenomenon, it can be provided as a light, less uncomfortable, and inexpensive underwear. [Selection drawing] Fig. 9

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to underwear worn under work clothes as a countermeasure against heat stroke during indoor and outdoor work.

Conventional cooling clothes include vest-type clothes that cool various parts by circulating water through ice packs and pipes. In addition, there are also cool contact underwear that uses the heat of vaporization by sewing hydrophilic and hydrophobic fabrics on the material itself.

特開2008-7877号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2008-7877 特許第6338095号Patent No. 6338095 特許第6338095号Patent No. 6338095

The ice pack type cooling suit has the drawback that the ice pack is heavy, the workability is poor, and the cooling time is short. In addition, the bag that stores the ice pack is made of a vinyl material, so it is easy to sweat, and there is no place for the sweat to escape, which prevents the sweat from evaporating. Sweat that has nowhere to escape increases the discomfort index, making it easier for discomfort and heatstroke to occur. In addition, the water circulation type cooling suit requires a water tank, a pump, a battery, and the like, and is heavy when worn, placing a burden on the body. Furthermore, since the water pipes for cooling are stretched around the body, there is a drawback that it restricts the movement of the body and makes the work difficult. In contact-cooling underwear, due to the characteristics of the fabric, sweat is absorbed and dissipated quickly, so it dries easily and it is difficult to use the heat of vaporization. Therefore, a disposable cooling underwear that can be worn in layers, is light and easy to move in, has a simple structure, and utilizes the heat of vaporization is invented according to the present invention.

(c) To provide a disposable cooling undergarment utilizing heat of vaporization, which, when used, soaks a water-absorbing pad in water to soak it in water, then appropriately drains the water, wears it, evaporates the retained water before sweating, and evaporates the water by absorbing the sweat when it is dry.
(d) To provide a disposable cooling undergarment utilizing heat of vaporization, which requires wind to utilize the heat of vaporization, and is based on combined use of a fan-type cooling suit or a Peltier-type cooling unit.

In order to solve the above problem, a pocket for inserting a water-absorbing pad is arranged around the shoulder blade of the back of the underwear made of non-woven fabric, the water-absorbing pad is moderately moistened with water, and the air from the fan is made to efficiently touch the water-absorbing pad.
