Description

This application relates to an easy-to-use box for storing one roll of paper, making the most of the features of the paper roll.

The reason why roll paper is used in places other than toilets is that roll paper has excellent features. That is, it is economical because it has high water absorbency, it can be flushed down the sewer, which cannot be done with tissue paper, and it is possible to cut only the necessary amount.

The first idea is to provide a paper outlet (FIG. 1-2) on the surface of the lid (FIG. 1-1) of the box for storing the roll paper.

The second idea is to stick a blade plate (Fig. 2-4) for cutting paper along the outlet (2) and raise it vertically (Fig. 3-4).

The third idea is to stick the brake board shown in Fig. 4-(6) to the lid of the roll paper storage box (Fig. 4). The paperboard is lightly folded (5) at the dashed line and attached (6) to the lid so as to lightly press the blade plate (4). This plate (6) serves to prevent the drawn paper from going backwards.

A width (8) of several centimeters is produced at the tip of the backflow prevention plate (6) and the cutting edge (7). In other words, this width leaves a cut edge of the roll paper and exposes the face. Therefore, the next drawing of the paper can be easily done by pinching the exposed portion of the paper with fingers. This form continues until the roll paper is used up.

After the roll paper is pulled out from the storage box and cut, the cut edge of the paper to be used next remains on the lid, so that the next takeout is easy. The paper can be pulled out simply by picking it up with fingers, which is convenient.

Everything can be operated with one hand, from pulling the roll paper out of the storage box to cutting.

The size of the blade plate (4) attached to the lid of the storage box should be around 5 cm above the lid.

The height of the brake plate installed on the lid of the storage box should be about 2 cm.

The opening for taking out the roll paper provided on the lid should be about 8 mm wide at the corner of one side of the lid.

A plastic plate is preferable for the material of the blade plate. A sheet of polypropylene or polycarbonate is particularly preferable, and the thickness thereof may be 0.5 to 0.7 mm. Reinforcement paper may also be used.
