ルの面方向に沿う長孔を有する基部およびこの基部から
一体的に延設されて上記取付け孔を挿通する二股状の脚
部を有するクリップ部材と、 上記装着部材のねじ挿通孔と上記クリップ部材の基部の
長孔に挿入されて車体パネルの裏側に突出するねじ部材
と、 上記二股状の脚部間に配設されかつ上記ねじ部材と螺合
することにより上記脚部を上記車体パネルに押圧するナ
ット部材とを具備し、上記二股状の脚部に、上記ナット部材の両側部が係合す
るナットガイド部を上記基部の長孔と同方向に設け、上
記ナット部材が上記ナットガイド部に沿って移動可能に
支持された ことを特徴とする装着部材の取付け構造。
