2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when thawing food using a high-frequency heating device, the high-frequency generator is operated intermittently,
In some cases, the high-frequency output was gradually reduced.
When the food is thawed and the thawed part and the unthawed part occur in the food due to the shape of the food or the unevenness of the electric wave heating, the part in which the degree of radio wave absorption is thawed is one digit to two digits.
This is for the purpose of improving the size of the beam, which is larger than the frozen portion, which is further accelerated, resulting in the generation of a boiled portion and an unthawed portion. In addition, as in the conventional example (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 56-112472), there has been a method in which the above-mentioned inconvenience is solved by alternate heating of high-frequency heating and heater heating. In FIG. 3, 1 is a heating chamber, 2 is a high-frequency generator for supplying high-frequency energy into the heating chamber 1, 3 is a sheathed heater, and 4 is a turntable.

However, in the above configuration, the sheathed heater 3 is provided in the heating chamber 1.
In some cases, the sheath heater 3 itself is difficult to cool down, and when the thawing heating is completed and the food is to be taken out, there is a risk of touching the high temperature portion.

Therefore, the present invention provides a high-frequency heating apparatus that performs good-quality thawing heating while using high-frequency heating and heater heating, and is equipped with a highly safe heater configuration and a well-developed thawing heating sequence. To provide.

Therefore, according to the present invention, a tubular heater having a fast rise is used as a heater for heating the heater, and the tubular heater is provided at the rear of the heating chamber and outside the heating chamber so as to prevent direct contact. At the same time, heater heating is placed in the middle of the thawing heating sequence, and at the end of thawing heating, the temperature near the heater is to be lowered.

According to the high frequency heating apparatus of the present invention, when the food is completely frozen, the thawing is advanced to the inside of the food by high-power high frequency heating, and when the surface temperature of the food becomes close to 0 ° C. In addition to switching to low-power or high-frequency heating with intermittent control, the food is heated from above by a heater to melt the entire food surface, prevent local concentration of radio waves, and achieve uniform thawing.

[0007] In addition, a tubular heater, which rises quickly, is used as a heater to melt the surface of food in a short time, immediately stop heating the heater, and install the tubular heater itself at the rear of the heating chamber and outside the heating chamber. Since the heat is radiated through the punching part, there is no danger of touching the high temperature part when taking out the food at the end of the thawing heating.

As shown in FIG. 1, 5 is a heating chamber, 6 is a high-frequency generator for supplying high-frequency energy into the heating chamber 5, and a radio wave emitted from the high-frequency generator 6 passes through a waveguide 7 and passes through a stirrer While being agitated at 8, it is put into the heating chamber 5 through the opening 9. Reference numeral 10 denotes an opening cover made of a material having low radio wave loss. Reference numerals 11 and 12 denote tubular heaters, each having a configuration in which a coiled heater is covered with a crystallized glass tube or a quartz tube. The tubular heaters 11 and 12 are respectively provided behind the heating chamber 5 and outside the heating chamber 5, and are covered with a metallic reflector 13. It has 14 shapes. 15 is a turntable, 16, 1
Reference numeral 7 denotes an upper surface heater formed by winding a heater coil around mica provided in close contact with the upper wall of the heating chamber. Reference numerals 18 and 19 denote surface heaters having the same configuration.

Reference numeral 20 denotes a door for opening and closing the front opening of the heating chamber 5, and reference numeral 21 denotes an outer box. In the above configuration, when the food 22 is placed on the turntable 15 and thawed, as shown in FIG. 2, high-frequency heating is first performed at a high output of, for example, about 600 W and the surface temperature of the food is reduced to about −2 ° C. And raise the food center temperature at a stretch. After that, the high-frequency output is reduced to about 200 to 300 W, the heating is gradually performed, and the control is switched to the intermittent control near the food surface temperature reaching 0 ° C. This is because, as described above, the radio wave absorption between the thawed portion and the frozen portion has an extremely large difference, so that continuous high-frequency heating at a high output tends to cause boiling or the like. In the present invention, the heater is intermittently or continuously heated at this timing so that the whole surface of the food is melted. This is because when the entire surface is melted, radio waves are uniformly absorbed.

In addition, since it is more effective to perform this operation in a short time, in the present invention, the heater is constituted by a radiation-type tubular heater which rises quickly. In the present invention, the timing of heating the heater is brought to the head of the stage 3. One of the reasons is that when the surface of the food is melted by heating the stage 1 from the initial stage of the thawing heating, radio waves are emitted from the food. This is because it is absorbed only on the surface, and it becomes impossible to heat the radio wave to the center of the food. Another reason is that if the heating of the heater is completed in a short time at the head of the stage 3, the time T H-OFF can be taken before the thawing is completed, so the temperature around the heater drops when taking out food. Because it will be safe.

Further, according to the present invention, the punching holes 1 are provided so that the heaters 11 and 12 are not directly exposed in the heating chamber 5.
4. In the case of the punching hole structure, the surface area is large and the heat capacity is small, so that the temperature falls in a short time. Also, since the punching hole 14 is provided at the rear of the heating chamber, as shown in FIG. Since the temperature is low, there is no problem with safety. In the present invention, since a turntable is provided,
Even if the heaters 11 and 12 are provided behind the heating chamber 5, uneven heating due to heating of the food by the heater does not occur.
