Abstract
【課題】歯の清掃及び歯周病予防を目的とし、ブラシ部を噛む行為を繰り返すことで上下歯同時に清掃しながら歯茎マッサージが行える歯ブラシを提供する。【解決手段】歯ブラシは、口内に入るブラシ部２が下方に湾曲（１０５度〜１１０度）しており、握り部１を垂直に持ち、ブラシ部２を上下に噛む行為を繰り返すことで上下歯の表面、裏面、歯間、歯肉ポケットを同時に効果的に清掃し、併せて、歯肉マッサージ効果を生み、歯周病予防が可能となる。また、握り部１は左右に素早く細かく回しながら固定できるよう六角形となっている。【選択図】図２
Description
本考案は、歯垢除去と歯茎マッサージを兼ねた、歯ブラシに関するものである。
口腔衛生のために、従来は通常の歯ブラシを使用して、その後歯間ブラシを使用していた。歯間ブラシは歯の一本一本の隙間に突き刺すように前後運動を繰り返し、歯垢を掻き出すタイプが主であるが、手間がかかり、歯茎を傷つけやすい。また、手の障害者、高齢者等への口腔衛生に介助者の負担が大きい。
口腔衛生には通常の歯ブラシと歯間ブラシ使用は二度手間となっている。また、手の障害者、寝たきり療養者及び高齢者には負担が大きく介助者の支援も必要となっている。従って口腔衛生を自力で行い、且つ歯周病予防のための歯茎マッサージも同時に行え、前述の欠点を解決しようとするものである。
本考案は、歯ブラシ部分が軸の上下両面に取付けられたもので、ブラシ部分を上下歯に当て、カチカチと噛み合わせる動作を重ねることでブラシ部分が歯の隙間部分に様々な角度から入り込み、歯の表面、裏面、歯間、歯周ポケットを効果的に清掃しつつ歯茎のマッサージ効果も生まれる。
上述のように、本考案により上下歯同時に、通常の噛み合わせる行為により歯垢除去と歯茎マッサージ機能を揃え、手の障害者、寝たきり療養者及び高齢者にも介助者の負担軽減と併せて自力で比較的容易に口腔衛生が可能となる。
歯ブラシを垂直に手に持ち、ブラシ部分を口に入れ、左右の上下歯それぞれの奥と前方を前後に、時には斜めに移動させながらカチカチと噛み合わせる行為を繰り返すことでブラシ部分が歯の隙間部分に様々な角度から入り込み、歯の表面、裏面、歯間、歯周ポケットを効果的に清掃と歯茎のマッサージを行う。
図２の歯ブラシを片手で垂直に持ち、ブラシ部を口に入れ、左右の上下歯それぞれの奥と前方を前後に、時には斜めに移動させながらカチカチと噛み合わせる行為を繰り返す。
以下、添付図面に従って実施例を説明する。１は硬質ウレタン等適宜素材で出来ており、手で垂直に立てて、口中に入れやすい角度（１０５度〜１１０度）に湾曲しており、握り部は親指で固定し、口中で左右の歯に移動しやすいよう六角形になっている。２のブラシ部は上下歯用に設置されている。
３は真上から、４は斜め上方から見た図である。ブラシ部の中央部は上下歯の噛み合わせ厚みを軽減するため側縁部よりやや低くなっている。

本考案により上下歯同時に、通常の噛み合わせる行為により歯垢除去と歯茎マッサージ機能を揃えているため、手の障害者、突然の利き手不自由者、寝たきり療養者及び高齢者等にも介助者の負担軽減と併せて自力で比較的容易に口腔衛生が可能となり、広く人口に膾炙する。

- 口腔衛生のために歯間清掃と歯周病予防を目的とし、ブラシ部を噛む行為を繰り返すことで上下歯同時に清掃しながら歯垢を除去し、歯肉へのマッサージ刺激可能な歯ブラシを提供する。
