Description
The present invention relates to a grating material for a groove lid, which has both drainage and non-slip properties.
In particular, the present invention relates to a grating material for a groove lid having both drainage and non-slip properties in a place such as a food manufacturing factory where a large amount of water is handled.
Conventionally, a metal grating material for a groove lid has been used as a groove lid of a drainage groove. As these grating materials for groove lids, a sturdy metal grid-like grating material is generally used to prevent pedestrians from falling.
However, in places where a large amount of cleaning water is handled, such as inside a food manufacturing factory, since the conventional grating material for the groove lid is made of metal, the operator puts his foot on the grating material for the groove lid. There were many accidents of slipping and falling, and there was a safety issue.
For the purpose of improving the anti-slip of the grating material for the groove lid, for example, a method of providing unevenness on the upper surface of the metal lattice (Patent Document 1) or attaching a covering material with a perforated protrusion to a part of the metal lattice (Patent Document 1). Patent Document 2) has been proposed.
On the other hand, it has been proposed to improve the hygiene and non-slip properties around water in kitchens and the like where a large amount of water is used by using a specially shaped stainless steel plate for the groove lid (Patent Document 3). ..
Even if the upper surface of the metal lattice is provided with irregularities as shown in
Further, as shown in Patent Document 2, by attaching a covering material having a perforated protrusion on the upper surface of the metal lattice to the upper surface of the grating material for the groove lid, although the anti-slip effect is obtained, such a hole is formed on the entire surface of the lattice. It was difficult to put it into practical use because it took a lot of time and cost to attach the covering material with the opening protrusion.
Further, as shown in Patent Document 3, by providing a drainage hole and a specific hanging portion as the grating material for the groove lid, the drainage property is improved, but the anti-slip effect is poor.
An object of the present invention is to improve the drawbacks of the prior art and to provide a grating material for a groove lid having both drainage and non-slip properties in a place where a large amount of water is handled such as a food manufacturing factory.
The present invention solves the problem.
The first invention is a grating material for a groove lid made of a steel plate, which has a plurality of rectangularly perforated elongated water passage portions and perforated protrusions on the upper surface of the steel plate. The grating material for the groove lid is characterized in that the opening protrusions are arranged at positions corresponding to the vertices of the hexagon.
The groove lid according to
As a third device, the ratio of the total perforated area (S2) of the elongated water passage portion perforated in a rectangular shape on the upper surface of the steel sheet to the total area (S1) of the upper surface of the steel sheet is 10% to 40. The groove lid grating material according to the first invention or the second invention, which is characterized by being%.
According to the present invention, by providing a plurality of elongated hole-shaped water passage portions on the upper surface of the grating material for a groove lid made of a steel plate, it is possible to easily drain water even in a place where a large amount of water is handled. Become.
In addition, a reliable anti-slip effect can be obtained by the perforated protrusions arranged on the upper surface of the steel sheet in a special arrangement.
Hereinafter, the details of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to this drawing.
In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of elongated hole-shaped water passage portions and perforated protrusions are arranged on the upper surface of the steel plate in a rectangular shape.
The plurality of elongated pore-shaped water passage portions have a function of draining water to a drainage ditch in a grating material for a groove lid installed in a place such as a food manufacturing factory where a large amount of water is handled.
The shape of the elongated water passage portion is perforated in a rectangular shape due to the drainage property and the workability at the time of manufacturing the grating material for the groove lid.
The size of the rectangle is not particularly limited and can be designed according to the place of use and the amount of drainage.
The material and thickness of the steel sheet used in the present invention are not particularly limited, but a stainless steel sheet is desirable as the material from the viewpoint of durability and workability of the perforated protrusions. As the material of the stainless steel plate, SUS443J1 or the like is more preferable.
The thickness of the steel sheet is usually 3 mm to 4 mm, but it is more preferably 1 mm to 1.5 mm from the viewpoint of workability.
The groove lid grating material of the present invention may be provided with a reinforcing material such as a rib material on the back surface of the groove lid grating material, if necessary, for the purpose of increasing the durability of the steel plate against a load.
FIG. 2 shows the arrangement of a plurality of rectangular perforated water passage portions and perforated protrusions arranged on the upper surface of the steel plate of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 2, in the grating material for a groove lid of the present invention, a plurality of elongated hole-shaped water passage portions and perforated protrusions are alternately arranged on the entire surface of the upper surface of the steel plate.
In the present invention, the ratio (S2 / S1 × 100) of the total opening area s (S2) of the elongated water passage portion shown in FIG. 2 to the total area (S1) of the groove lid grating material is 10%. It is desirable that it is ~ 40%.
When the total ratio of the opening areas is 40% or more, the water permeability is increased, but the strength of the groove lid grating material is lowered, and the durability is deteriorated due to dents and the like.
If it is 10% or less, the water permeability is lowered, and the object of the present invention may not be sufficiently achieved.
The preferred ratio is 15% to 30%.
FIG. 3 is a partially enlarged view for explaining the positional relationship between the plurality of elongated water passage portions and the perforated protrusions shown in FIG. 2.
In the present invention, it is important that the position of the perforated protrusion is arranged at a position corresponding to each apex of the hexagon.
The broken line in FIG. 3 is an auxiliary line for understanding the mutual arrangement of the perforated protrusions.
By arranging the position of the perforated protrusion at the position corresponding to each apex of the hexagon, a worker walking above the grating for the groove lid exhibits a sufficient anti-slip effect regardless of the direction of walking. It becomes possible.
In the present invention, in addition to the arrangement of the perforated protrusions, it is more preferable that the perforated protrusions are arranged at positions corresponding to the center points of the hexagon.
By arranging the hexagon at a position corresponding to the center point, the anti-slip effect is more effectively exhibited.
FIG. 4 is an enlarged view showing an example of the shape of the perforated protrusion of the present invention.
FIG. 4A is the shape of the perforated protrusion, and the shape may be circular, elliptical, or triangular.
FIG. 4B in FIG. 4 shows the cross-sectional shape of the perforated protrusion.
The grating material for a groove lid of the present invention exhibits its performance when used in a place where a large amount of water is handled, such as a food factory, but is not limited to these, and is used by superimposing it on the upper surface of a normal grating material. By doing so, it is possible to exhibit excellent drainage and anti-slip effect.
