Abstract

1PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a large-scale photovoltaic power generation panel facility that can be installed on an expressway. SOLUTION: The structure of a large-scale photovoltaic power generation panel facility includes a pillar 3 erected on banks 6 on the left and right sides of an expressway and a central separation zone 5, a flat roof 1 provided on the pillar 3, and a flat roof 1. The photovoltaic power generation panel 2 installed on the roof is included. By providing the flat roof 1 on the expressway, the total extension distance of the expressway of about 10,000 km becomes the installation area of the photovoltaic power generation panel 2. In addition, the problem of inability to supply at night and in the rain can be solved by networking multiple large-scale photovoltaic power generation facilities. In addition, photovoltaic power generation is permanent and inexhaustible as long as the sun is present. In addition, once the commercialization of large-scale solar power generation on the highway begins, logging of forests will become useless from the viewpoint of nature conservation and economic efficiency. Description

Detailed explanation of the device

The ratio of electric energy in Japan is 27.8% for coal, 34.6% for LNG, 2.6% for oil, 8.7% for other thermal power, 6.5% for nuclear power, 7.4% for hydropower, and 7.4% for solar power. Wind power is 0.8%, geothermal power is 0.2%, and biomass is 2.7%. The low proportion of nuclear power is related to the impact of the TEPCO Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station accident (54 units in operation at that time) caused by the 3.11 Great East Japan Earthquake that occurred on March 11, 2011, and many nuclear power stations are still in operation. This is due to the fact that it is not in operation. By the way, when the ratio of electric energy mentioned above is totaled for fossil, nuclear power, solar power, and hydraulic power, fossil fuel is 56.0%, nuclear power is 6.5%, hydraulic power is 7.4%, and solar power is 7.4%. It has a very high dependence rate.

The problem is global warming. The cause of this global warming is the emission of carbon dioxide from fossil combustion. Therefore, the 21st Conference of the Parties to the Climate Change Framework Convention was held in December 2015, and the use of fossil fuels was banned in November 2016. This is the Paris Agreement.
In addition, the abolition of nuclear power, which is the ultimate desire of humankind due to the tragedy of the accident at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station of Tokyo Electric Power Company during the 3.11 Great East Japan Earthquake, was approved at the United Nations General Assembly in July 2017 and came into effect in January 2021.
This has led to a global ban on fossil fuels and nuclear power. Therefore, wind power and hydrogen have emerged as alternative energies. However, wind power has many failures during operation, and hydrogen is unknown in terms of the safety given to the human body and fish / plants after being decomposed by combustion. Both have problems that are difficult to solve. Therefore, photovoltaic power generation is likely to remain as an alternative energy.

The problem that the device tries to solve

There is also a problem with solar power generation. The first is to secure a large vacant lot for installing photovoltaic power generation panels. The second is the inability to supply electricity at night or in the rain. The third is the delay in the development of storage batteries. The fourth is a permanent and stable supply of electricity. The fifth is logging of forests, etc. to secure a place to install photovoltaic power generation panels.

Therefore, this proposal first made it possible to install a photovoltaic power generation panel in place of a large vacant lot by creating a flat roof on a highway with a total extension distance of about 10,000 km. Second, the solution to the inability to generate power at night or in the rain was made possible by networking a large-scale solar power generation facility installed on the highway with a similar large-scale solar power generation facility. The third solution is to work on the development of storage batteries with all our strength. Fourth, as long as there is the sun, solar power generation is permanent and inexhaustible, so there is no need to worry. Fifth, logging of flat land such as forests and gently sloping land for the installation of solar power generation panels will lead to destruction of nature, and it will be resolved by enacting ordinances as an act that goes against the reduction of carbon dioxide.
The photovoltaic power generation panel installed on the flat roof on the highway is fixed by bending the front of the panel toward the south after about 30 degrees.

Effect of the device

If a flat roof is installed on the highway and solar panels are installed on the roof on a large scale and they are networked among multiple large-scale solar power generation facilities, there is no need to rely on fossil fuels or nuclear power, and it is inexhaustible. You will be able to obtain electricity. It is possible to achieve a carbon-free society by 2050.
