Description

The present invention relates to a shoe shine tool using an existing aerosol, and the aerosol is filled with a shoe shine stock solution containing silicon as a main component, which can quickly obtain gloss without the need for dry wiping, and a propellant for obtaining internal pressure. The basic structure is a structure in which a sponge mount with a sponge attached to the mouth crimped to seal the tip of the aerosol is attached, maximizing the features and properties of the shoe shine stock solution containing silicon as the main component. In order to make the best use of it, a fixed amount of valve member is incorporated in the aerosol so that it can be used for a long period of time by filling it with a sufficient amount of undiluted solution, and a constant and good gloss can be easily and quickly obtained, and the whole is rational. It is related to a shoe polisher with an aerosol that is easy to make and easy to use, has a simple structure, and has a low manufacturing cost.

Conventional techniques on the market include solid or kneaded wax, which can be colored and is filled in cans or tubes, which requires time-consuming dry wiping to obtain general luster, and a separate book. There is a shoe shine tool that eliminates the hassle of wiping with air and gives gloss just by applying it, which is a colorless shoe shine stock solution containing silicon as the main component, which makes it easy and quick to shine. A stock solution impregnated sponge shoe polisher that is impregnated on the sponge surface and closed on the storage cover, and a shoe polish stock solution containing a colorable liquid wax as the main component, which does not require dry wiping but can be dried over time to obtain luster, are made of plastic. There are both liquid wax shoe shine tools that are packed in a container, etc., and have an on-off valve and an applicator with a sponge at the tip. It can be used and the price is kept low, and as a result, it has been on the market for a long time. Looking at it in more detail, most shoe shines containing silicon as the main component are impregnated with the undiluted solution on both the upper and lower sides of the wide surface of the sponge, and then covered and stored by sandwiching it between the upper and lower sides with a lid-shaped plastic container. It is a double-sided undiluted solution impregnated sponge shoe polisher that obtains luster by wiping shoes with the undiluted sponge surface that appears after removing one of the containers when in use, and has been widely distributed in the market for a long period of time. In addition, the sponge of Jitsuto 3154160 is made into a cube, impregnated with the shoe shine stock solution containing silicon as the main component on all six sides, covered with a lid-shaped container so as to be sandwiched from either direction, and stored in the same way. A 6-sided undiluted sponge shoe polisher has also been devised that removes and wipes the shoes with the exposed sponge surface, but this does not seem to be found on the market. On the other hand, the liquid wax shoe polish, which uses a shoe polish stock solution containing a colorable liquid wax as the main component, is packed in a container such as plastic because the stock solution solidifies over time, and the lid part opens and closes. Cover the applicator with a valve and a sponge at the tip to keep it sealed, and when using it, open the on-off valve by pressing the applicator downward against the shoe surface, and the undiluted solution in the container is lowered by its own weight or external pressure. It is a shoe polish that drops and discharges on the surface of shoes in the direction, wipes it off appropriately with a sponge attached to the tip, and waits for the undiluted solution to dry to obtain luster. It has been on the market for many years. Regarding two more points, I have never seen them in the market, but one is Jitsuzensho 56-172359. This is an aerosol cap with a brush or sponge for polishing. The cap is removed and the undiluted solution is sprayed onto the target surface with the aerosol, and the brush or sponge attached to the cap mainly cleans the shoes. It seems to be a mechanism for polishing. However, the undiluted solution used seems to be a cleaning agent whose purpose is to remove stains. Although there are problems, it seems that it is out of the scope of the present invention, so it is not used as a background technology. The other, which I have never seen in the market, is actually 3029449, which is a liquid container with a coating device that polishes glasses and footwear and removes dirt from the tip of the liquid container. It seems that the undiluted solution is taken out and wiped by pressing it against the object. Looking at it in detail, a cylindrical member that can move only up and down so as to be sandwiched along the inside and outside of the cylinder of the vertical tubular member that is fitted and fixed to the mouth of the liquid container can be removed. Cover it from above so that it does not have a circular sponge of the same size on the circular plane at the top, cover it with a closing lid from above, and do not move the cylindrical member that can move up and down by external force during storage. It is the appearance that I made. Inside the cylindrical member that can move up and down, a metering pump that is a discharge pipe, or a member that pushes the aerosol valve and allows the undiluted solution to pass through, is attached to the sponge at the tip of the cylindrical member that can move up and down. It is a connected structure. It pushes the sponge against the glasses or footwear of the object to move the discharge tube up and down, and pushes the metering pump or aerosol valve so that the undiluted solution of the liquid container can be taken out to the sponge at the tip and soaked there. It is like a polishing tool that can wipe out the undiluted solution with a sponge. I understand the mechanism, but the type of undiluted solution used to polish a wide range of objects and purposes is unknown in this device. Since the properties and features of each of them differ only by the difference in the main components of the undiluted solution, it seems very ambiguous to devise without specifying the focus. In the shoe polisher integrated with the aerosol of the present invention, the target is shoes that require luster, and the purpose is to obtain a constant and good luster easily, quickly, and for a long period of time according to the properties and characteristics of the undiluted solution. Therefore, as a technique for that purpose, in order to distribute the present invention to the market, it depends on new means for solving the problems of shoe shine tools currently on the market and the properties and features of the main component of the undiluted solution. It is a cost-effective technology that is easier to make, easier to use, and has lower manufacturing costs. Therefore, the object and purpose are ambiguous, the content of the polish is unknown, and this device, which has no indication of a problem, is difficult to handle as a background technology. In addition, although the description of the details for the aerosol is small and it is registered as a utility model, it was judged that it cannot be treated as the background technology of the present invention.

The undiluted solution impregnated sponge shoe shine tool, which is actually widely distributed in the market and contains a sponge impregnated with a shoe shine undiluted solution containing silicon as the main component, sandwiched between lid-shaped containers from both directions, is included in the sponge surface. There is a limit to the amount of impregnation of the undiluted solution, and most of it is not included. If the undiluted solution is impregnated into the surface of the sponge beyond the limit of an appropriate amount, even if it is wiped lightly, more undiluted solution will be applied to the surface of the shoe, and it will be extra with tissue paper or a piece of cloth. If the undiluted solution is not wiped off, the surface of the shoe will become sticky with the oil component of silicon, which is the main component, and the effect as shoe shine cannot be achieved. From experience, the amount of silicon-based shoe shine stock solution required per pair is sufficient as a small amount of around 0.5cc. Most of the undiluted sponge shoe shines of the size generally sold for home use have an appropriate amount of undiluted impregnation of about 5 to 10 cc per side, in this case 10 to 20 pairs. If both sides of the sponge are impregnated, the stock solution will be used up after about 20 to 40 pairs of sponge. In reality, it is impossible to always apply a uniform amount to shoes, and the undiluted solution is applied in large amounts at first, and then gradually decreases. Initially, a large amount of undiluted solution impregnated in the sponge adheres to the shoe surface, and the oil component of the silicon makes the shoe surface sticky, and the effect of obtaining luster decreases as the undiluted solution impregnated later decreases. As a result, the period during which a satisfactory effect as a shoe polisher can be obtained becomes shorter than the predetermined period. Both are major challenges. There is a physical limit to including more of the undiluted solution in the voids of the sponge, and it is unlikely that the undiluted solution containing the undiluted solution is uniformly released, so it is difficult to solve the current problems. In addition, if the viscosity of the shoe shine stock solution containing silicon as the main component is low, in the case of a commonly used open-cell urethane foam sponge, if the impregnation amount is large, the stock solution will move downward due to its own weight, and the viscosity will increase. If it is large, it may not easily penetrate into the sponge due to the viscous force, which also causes a decrease in the impregnation amount of the undiluted solution. In addition, a cubic 6-sided shoe polisher has been devised with the same stock solution impregnated sponge shoe polisher, but it has the same problems as double-sided stock solution impregnated sponge shoe polisher, and requires more stock solution, depending on the number of faces that can be used. However, the number of times it is used increases, but the effect varies due to the decrease in the undiluted solution contained with use, and the problem of unstable shoe shine effect remains the same, and there is also a period during which a satisfactory effect as a shoe shine tool can be obtained. It must be taken into account that it will be shorter than specified at the same rate. Further, although the lid-shaped container is covered with the sponge from any direction and stored, it seems that it is not easy to hold only the container without holding the sponge and cover it with another surface. Moreover, it is difficult to easily think of a manufacturing process in which the surface of the sponge on the six sides of the cube is continuously and evenly impregnated with the stock solution in a constant amount. In mass production, it seems that the labor and cost of manufacturing will be proportional to the effect, which will affect the cost price, and it will not be easy to put it into practical use. In any case, the features and properties of the undiluted shoe shine solution containing silicon as the main component are not fully utilized, and the problems must be solved while making the best use of the features and properties. On the other hand, liquid wax shoe shine using a shoe shine stock solution containing a colorable liquid wax as the main component is different from the shoe shine stock solution containing silicon as the main component, and it is common in that it does not require dry wiping. The process and time to obtain the gloss effect after application is different, and the liquid is dried with the shoe shine stock solution containing liquid wax as the main component, as opposed to the shoe shine stock solution containing silicon as the main component, which gives gloss immediately after application. Due to the property of solidifying to obtain gloss, it is necessary to apply a large amount so as not to solidify in the middle of coating, and the gloss cannot be obtained unless it is wiped off before solidifying. Therefore, it is necessary to have a sufficient drying time until the gloss is obtained after applying a large amount of the undiluted solution and wiping it off, and the effect cannot be obtained immediately after applying. The time to dry also depends on the weather. In the present invention, it is necessary to easily and quickly obtain a constant and good shoe shining effect, and to secure a sufficient volume of the undiluted solution so that it can be used for a long period of time. Since the shoe shine effect depends on the drying time of the undiluted solution, the use of the shoe shine stock solution does not match the purpose of the present invention to obtain the effect quickly. In addition, the applicator with a sponge with an on-off valve that serves as the lid of the plastic container is pressed downward against the surface of the shoe and dropped and discharged by the weight of the undiluted solution, but the amount of undiluted solution discharged depends on how the applicator is pushed. Is not constant and tends to be applied in a rather rough manner, and there is a problem that coating spots are likely to appear. The above is the subject of the present invention.

Therefore, in the present invention, as a means for solving the problem, instead of pre-impregnating the sponge surface with the entire amount of the shoe shine stock solution containing silicon as the main component and wiping the shoes, an injection nozzle is attached to the center of the tip. Using an existing aerosol with a fixed injection button and a fixed amount of valve members inside, fill the shoe shine stock solution containing more silicon as the main component with the propellant required for internal pressure and store it in the aerosol in a sealed manner. It is. Then, if necessary, a certain amount of undiluted solution is always taken out on the surface of the shoe each time, and at the same time, it is wiped with a sponge. To briefly explain the structure, the sponge mount, which is attached by giving an appropriate inclination angle to the sponge so that it can be easily wiped, is fixed to the ring-shaped mouth with the aerosol tip sealed by fitting so as to be integrated. It is a shoe polisher with an aerosol that has a simple structure. Then, in order to accurately adhere the undiluted solution to the surface of the shoe and at the same time quickly wipe it with a sponge to obtain good gloss, a through hole is made in the sponge mount and sponge placed on the track where the undiluted solution is sprayed from the injection nozzle onto the shoe surface. It is possible to provide a sponge to restrain the left and right movement through the tip of the injection nozzle through the through hole, and then use a sponge to wipe out a fixed amount of undiluted solution that has been accurately adhered directly to the shoe surface through the through hole by injection. As a result, when you hold the aerosol in your hand and push the injection button with your fingertip toward the surface of the shoe that is the target of the sponge, the internal pressure is obtained and it is determined by the fixed amount of valve member in the aerosol from the injection nozzle. A certain amount of undiluted solution is accurately adhered to the shoe surface through the through hole, and at the same time, it is wiped with a sponge with an inclination angle that is easy to wipe, so that a good gloss can be obtained easily, quickly, and always at a constant level. You can do it. It can be used for a long period of time while maintaining a sufficient amount of undiluted solution, and it is reasonably simplified, easy to use, easy to manufacture, cost-effective, and has silicon as the main component. This is an aerosol-integrated shoe shine tool of the present invention that fully utilizes the properties and features of the shoe shine stock solution. The same method can be used when a shoe shine stock solution containing liquid wax as the main component is used as the stock solution to be filled in the aerosol, but the stock solution needs to be solidified by contact with the outside air and the injection amount must be increased. You have to be careful about the point. It is necessary to seal the injection nozzle and sponge that the undiluted solution comes into contact with the outside air during storage, and the adjustment in the aerosol is different because the properties of the undiluted solution and the injection amount are different. Then, it is necessary to quickly wipe off the undiluted solution before it solidifies, and to wait for it to dry to obtain gloss. However, in the present invention, a certain amount of undiluted solution can always be taken out as needed, so liquid wax. Even in a shoe shine stock solution containing the above as a main component, a stable coating amount without variation can always be obtained, so that it is possible to obtain a gloss without coating spots. The above is a means for solving the problems of the present invention.

In the present invention, by using a shoe shine stock solution containing silicon as the main component, a small amount can be applied thinly with a sponge or the like to quickly obtain a wonderful luster, and the silicon used in the present invention is an inert oily substance. The present invention is a shoe shine tool integrated with an existing aerosol, and is mainly implemented with reference to the three-dimensional configuration diagram and the three-dimensional assembly diagram of FIGS. 1 (1), (2) and 4 (2). The form of is described. The existing aerosol 1 incorporating a fixed amount of valve member 1c is filled with a propellant for obtaining internal pressure together with a shoe shine stock solution containing silicon as a main component, and the mounting cup member 1a crimped at the mouth of the aerosol 1 The injection button 2 is fitted to the stem member 1b protruding from the center from above. Next, the sponge mount 4 on which the sponge 5 for wiping the surface of the shoe 9 is attached to the sponge mount 4c is fixed together with the aerosol 1, so that the inner circle under the sponge mount 4 is located. A lid-shaped cylindrical portion 4b provided with a return 4g on the circumference is fitted so as to cover the crimped ring-shaped mounting cup member 1a at the mouth of the tip of the aerosol 1, and the shoe is fitted with a sponge 5. Fix 9 so that it will not come off easily when wiping. Fig. 3 (3) shows the return 4g provided on the lid-shaped cylindrical portion 4b of the sponge mounting base 4 so that the sponge mounting base 4 does not easily come off. Further, a through hole 4f is provided at the center of the circular surface of the lid-shaped cylindrical portion 4b on the lower side of the sponge mounting base 4 so that the injection button 2 and the stem member 1b can pass through at the time of fitting. Next, the sponge mount 4 and the sponge 5 attached to the sponge mount 4 press the injection button 2 to attach the undiluted solution in the aerosol 1 injected from the injection nozzle 3 to the surface of the shoe 9, and at the same time, wipe it off with the sponge 5. Therefore, a through hole 4a and a through hole 5a are provided in the sponge mounting base 4 and the sponge 5 placed on the orbit of the injected undiluted solution, respectively, to secure the orbit of the undiluted solution to the surface of the shoe 9. Then, the tip of the injection nozzle 3 is passed through the through hole 4a of the sponge mounting base, and the left and right movement of the injection nozzle 3 is restrained so that the injected undiluted solution always adheres accurately to the surface of the shoe 9. The through hole 5a provided in the sponge 5 is shown in FIG. 2 (2). When storing after a series of operations, cover the sponge 5 with the sponge protective cover 6 and store. As described above, it is a form for carrying out the aerosol-integrated shoe shine tool of the present invention.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. As shown in Fig. 1 (1) and Fig. 1 (2), a ring-shaped caulked lid is used to seal the mouth of the tip of the aerosol 1 filled with the undiluted shoe shine solution containing silicon as the main component together with the propellant. When the injection button 2 is fitted to the stem member 1b protruding from the center of a mounting cup 1a from above and the injection button 2 is pushed downward, the fixed amount of valve member 1c connected to the stem member is released and the undiluted solution is released. It is a mechanism that can be sprayed. Next, cover the lid-shaped cylindrical portion 4b on the lower side of the sponge mounting base 4 provided with the through hole 4f for passing the injection button 2 and the stem member 1b from above the ring-shaped mounting cup member 1a. Fit into. Further, in order to prevent the fitting portion from being easily disengaged, as shown in the cross-sectional view of the sponge mounting base 4 in FIG. A return 4g is provided on the entire circumference so that the sponge mounting base 4 can be easily fitted to the ring-shaped mounting cup 1a, and the return 4g is fixed so as not to be easily caught by the ring-shaped lower portion and not easily removed. Then, as shown in FIGS. 2 (2) and 3 (1), the sponge 5 is attached and fixed to the sponge mounting surface 4c of the sponge mounting base 4.

Then, as shown in FIG. 4 (1), the injection button 2 is pushed in the direction of reference numeral 7 to directly inject a fixed amount of undiluted solution in the direction of reference numeral 8 which is the surface of shoe 9, and at the same time, the shoe 9 From Fig. 1 (2) and Fig. 2 (2), in order to wipe off the undiluted solution adhering to the surface with sponge 5 and obtain gloss, the sponge mount 4 and sponge placed on the track of the undiluted solution injected from the injection nozzle 3 Through holes 4a and 5a are provided in 5 respectively, the left and right movements are restrained through the tip of the injection nozzle 3 in the through holes 4a of the sponge mounting base 4, and the injection button 2 is pushed once to inject from the injection nozzle 3. The fixed amount of undiluted solution can be accurately adhered to the surface of the target shoe 9 through the through hole 4a of the sponge mount 4 and the through hole 5a of the sponge 5, and then wiped with the sponge 5 as it is. A stretched luster is obtained.

The inclination angle 4d of the sponge mounting surface 4c to which the sponge 5 is attached to the vertical central axis 4e of the aerosol 1 in FIG. 3 (2) is shown in FIGS. 4 (1), 3 (2), and (3). As described above, there is an easy-to-use angle by referring to the three-dimensional view of the usage state of the present invention, the side view of the sponge mount 4, and the AA cross-sectional view. It will be decided arbitrarily whether to prioritize the use while holding the sword, or to seek a compromise between the two, so that the inclination angle 4d is appropriate. When not in use, store it with the sponge protective cover 6 by molding as shown in FIGS. 1 (1) and 1 (2). The above is an example of the aerosol-integrated shoe polisher of the present invention.

Next, the usage of the examples of the present invention will be shown. As shown in FIG. 2 (2), the injected undiluted solution directly adheres to the surface of the shoe 9 through the through hole 4a of the sponge mounting base 4 and the through hole 5a of the sponge 5 on the track of the undiluted solution. After that, the undiluted solution is lightly wiped with a sponge 5 given an inclination angle of 4e to quickly obtain luster. After completion, cover the sponge protective cover 6 and store as shown in Fig. 1 (2). The above is the usage of the embodiment of the aerosol-integrated shoe shine tool of the present invention.
