However, in the former method, in addition to a step of previously manufacturing a thermoplastic resin molded article as a base material, a step of applying an adhesive to the surface of the thermoplastic resin molded article, a step of bonding a brushed sheet, It requires a series of bonding processes such as a drying process, which requires a long working time, resulting in poor productivity, and is not only an industrially advantageous manufacturing method in terms of cost, but also the obtained molded product Also, there has been a problem that the brushed sheet is peeled off from the adhesive layer due to a decrease in adhesive force during long-term use. On the other hand, the latter method is a method of manufacturing a product in a single step of bonding a brushed sheet to the surface at the same time as manufacturing a thermoplastic resin molded article as a substrate, without requiring a complicated bonding step, It is very advantageous both in terms of time and cost, and also because the ends of the pile yarns constituting the raised sheet are embedded in the base resin and are firmly integrated with the base resin by the anchor effect, Although it has many advantages, such as being difficult to peel off even after long-term use, this method causes the brushed sheet to be compressed by the mold surface when the resin and the sheet are pressed, causing the hair to fall and causing the product appearance There was a problem that was damaged.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Hereinafter, the present invention will be described specifically. In the present invention, the molding method itself for producing a molded product in which a brushed sheet is bonded to the surface of a base material made of a thermoplastic resin, a pair of male and female molds having a predetermined shape, a skin material is formed. The method is not particularly limited as long as it is a method of obtaining a molded product in which a skin material is bonded to the surface of the base material at the same time as forming a base material made of a thermoplastic resin by contacting and pressing with a molten resin. After that, both molds are sealed so as to have a predetermined product thickness, injection molding to inject molten resin into the sealed mold space, using a molten resin supply device that can advance and retreat between open molds. Supply the molten resin from outside the mold, close the mold after supplying the skin material on the resin, or supply the molten resin from outside the mold onto the skin material after supplying the skin material in advance, and then Compression molding to close the mold, the skin material consists of a pair of male and female Conventionally known various molding methods, such as injection compression molding, in which the molten thermoplastic resin is supplied from the back surface side of the skin material after supplying the molten thermoplastic resin to the chain between the molds or closing the mold while supplying the same, are applied as they are. However, the method of injection compression molding is most preferable in terms of the appearance of the obtained molded product, the adhesiveness of the brushed sheet, the size of the device accompanying the mold clamping pressure, and the like.

Hereinafter, the injection compression molding method will be described as a representative of these methods. FIGS. 1 to 3 schematically show this method in a schematic cross-sectional view of a mold. In this method, a brushed sheet obtained by tufting a pile yarn on a base cloth is attached to the above-mentioned skin material, and the base cloth side of the brushed sheet is used. It corresponds to the back side of the skin material, respectively. In this method, the brushed sheet (3) is supplied between an unclosed mold composed of a pair of male and female (1, 2) (FIG. 1). The sheet may be simply placed between the dies so that the sheet is placed, or the peripheral portion of the placed sheet may be attached to the parting surface of either the male or female mold by a suitable support such as a pin. Alternatively, it may be fixed partially or entirely by a support tool such as a pin provided on an independent support stand or an appropriate fixing frame, or closely attached to the mold surface by vacuum suction from one of the mold surfaces The method may be appropriately determined according to the properties of the brushed sheet and the desired product shape. Of course, regardless of the method, the raised sheet is supplied such that the base fabric side faces the molten resin.

After the raised sheet is supplied between the molds, a predetermined amount of molten resin (4) is supplied between the base fabric side of the sheet and the mold surface of one of the molds. (Fig. 2) The cavity clearance at the start of supply needs to be unclosed between the dies, that is, it must be wider than the target product thickness. However, a good product can be obtained even if the cavity clearance is too wide. In general, the gap between the dies at this time is the final product thickness (mm) +100 (m).
m) or less, preferably the final product thickness (mm) +50 (m
m) The molten resin is usually supplied between the molds from a molten resin supply port that opens on a mold surface that communicates with a molten resin passageway (10) provided in the mold.

After a predetermined amount of molten resin is supplied between the molds, the molds are closed and the mold is clamped until a predetermined product thickness is obtained. (Fig. 3) The mold clamping may be started after a predetermined amount of the molten resin is supplied between the molds, or may be performed in parallel with the supply of the molten resin. The mold clamping is completed simultaneously with the completion of the supply of the molten resin, or the supply of the molten resin is completed first while the supply of the molten resin and the mold clamping are performed in parallel, and subsequently the mold clamping is performed to complete the mold clamping. And the method is arbitrary. At this time, in some cases, the mold is temporarily opened slightly during the supply process of the molten resin or the mold clamping process after the supply of the molten resin, or the mold clamping is completed while changing the pressure holding conditions after the supply of the molten resin. You may. After completion of the mold clamping, the resin is cooled, the mold is opened, and the molded product is taken out. When the brushed sheet is adhered to the surface of the thermoplastic resin substrate on the surface of the thermoplastic resin substrate, the substrate (11) )).

According to such a method, the pile yarn end (5) on the back side of the base fabric of the brushed sheet is embedded in the molten resin on the surface of the base material, and the brushed sheet is firmly bonded to the base material surface by the anchor effect. An integrated molded product can be obtained. However, in the molded article thus obtained, the surface state is shown in a partially enlarged view of FIG. 4, and the pile yarn (6), which is the raised portion of the brushed sheet on the surface, is subjected to mold clamping during molding. Since the hair has fallen due to the compression, it is necessary to prevent the hair from falling and impair the good appearance and texture of the brushed sheet used as a raw material. The most important feature of the present invention is that the base fabric of the brushed sheet is peeled off from the molded article manufactured by such a method in the direction in which pile yarns are raised (FIG. 5). An object of the present invention is to obtain a decorative molded product having a good appearance and texture decorated with a sheet.

Here, the brushed sheet applied to the present invention is formed by tufting a pile yarn (6) on a base cloth (7), and a pile yarn is tufted as the base cloth. It is not particularly limited as long as it is a material, and various woven fabrics and knits made of natural or synthetic fibers, various synthetic resin films or sheets, and the like are used, and the base fabric may have a single layer structure. Then, as shown in FIG. 6, a two-layer structure of a woven or knitted fabric (8) and a synthetic resin film or sheet (9), or as shown in FIG. It may have a sandwich structure sandwiched between synthetic resin films or sheets (9). However, in the present invention, the pile yarns on the back surface of the base cloth of the raw material raised sheet are adhered to the molten resin in the forming process, and the base cloth is subsequently peeled off. It is preferable that the adhesion to the resin is poor and subsequent peeling is easy,
From such a viewpoint, a synthetic resin film or sheet is more preferably used than a woven or knitted fabric in which a molten resin easily enters between fibers, and in particular, a synthetic resin film or sheet that is non-adhesive or hardly adherent to a thermoplastic resin used. It is preferably used.

In the case of a two-layer structure composed of a woven or knitted fabric and a synthetic resin film or sheet in the construction of the base fabric, the lowermost surface of the base fabric is formed as a layer made of a woven or knitted fabric and its upper surface (the napping side). ) May be a film or sheet made of a synthetic resin, and the two layers may be simply overlapped without firmly adhering them and, in some cases, without performing a special adhering operation. Similarly, in the case of a three-layer structure in which a woven or knitted fabric is sandwiched between synthetic resin films or sheets, the uppermost layer and the woven or knitted fabric as the intermediate layer do not adhere firmly to both layers, and in some cases, It is preferable that they are merely superimposed without special bonding operation. However, in this case, the lowermost layer and the intermediate layer, the woven or knitted material, may be firmly bonded or may have low adhesiveness, and the lowermost layer of the synthetic resin film or sheet may be the base material. The adhesiveness with a thermoplastic resin may be excellent. In such a case, for example, in the case of the above-described two-layer structure, the woven fabric or knitted fabric at the pile yarn end and the lowermost layer of the base cloth adheres to the thermoplastic resin layer as the base material, but the upper layer of the base cloth A certain synthetic resin film or sheet can be easily peeled thereafter, and similarly in the case of a three-layer structure, it can be peeled between arbitrary layers by selecting the material and adhesiveness of each layer.

In any case, according to the present invention, in the forming process, the pile yarn end on the back side of the base cloth of the raw brushed sheet is adhered to the molten resin, and the base cloth is subsequently separated from the base resin. When the base cloth is composed of only one layer, it is necessary that the base cloth be peeled off as it is, but when the base cloth is composed of two or more layers as described above, the entire base cloth is not necessarily required. It is not necessary to be peeled, and it is sufficient that at least one of the layers constituting the base fabric is peeled from the other layers. This includes the case where only some of the layers constituting the base fabric are peeled off.

In the method of the present invention, when supplying such a raised sheet between molds, the back surface of the base fabric of the raised sheet is wetted in advance with a solvent insoluble in a thermoplastic resin. Is also effective. Here, wetting is not strictly meaning, regardless of whether the base fabric is fibrous or non-fibrous, not only when the voids between the fibers of the material fibers constituting the base fabric are filled with a solvent, This includes the case where the solvent is simply attached to the surface. Also,
In this case, there is no problem even if the pile yarn end of the portion that sticks out to the back surface of the base fabric and is adhered to the molten resin or the raised portion of the base fabric surface side is simultaneously moistened. The back surface of the base fabric is often wetted.

The wetting method is not particularly limited, and is usually carried out by immersing the entire brushed sheet or the back side of the base fabric in a solvent, applying a solvent to the back side of the base fabric of the brushed sheet, or spraying with a spray or the like. It can be carried out by any known method, but a coating or spraying method is generally used.

By wetting the back surface of the base fabric of the brushed sheet with a solvent, the pile yarn end protruding to the back side of the base fabric of the brushed sheet is embedded in the molten resin and adhered to the resin. Since the surface of the molten resin to be cooled is cooled by the heat of vaporization of the solvent to form a skin layer, even if the planar base fabric and the molten resin are not adhered or partially adhered, the adhesive strength as a whole is reduced. Because it is small, the base fabric can be peeled from the surface of the base material after molding. The solvent used for such a purpose is not particularly limited as long as it is insoluble in the supplied thermoplastic resin and has relatively high evaporability at the resin temperature of the molten resin. From the viewpoints of problems, environmental problems, and the like, an aqueous solvent such as water or a mixed solvent of water-alcohol (eg, ethanol) containing water as a main component is preferable, and water is particularly preferably used. When the back surface of the base fabric of the brushed sheet is wetted in advance with such an aqueous solvent, the material constituting the base fabric of the sheet may be a woven or knitted fabric, or may be a synthetic resin film or sheet. However, it is often applied to fabrics and knits that are easily compatible with aqueous solvents. In this case, the amount of the aqueous solvent used is not particularly limited, but is such that a large amount of the solvent is not contained in the pile yarn portion. It is to the extent that water drops do not fall.

In such a brushed sheet, when the structure of the base fabric is composed of one layer, the thickness is such that the pile yarn can be tufted, the shape as the brushed sheet can be maintained, and the brushed portion is formed at the time of peeling. To the extent that it is more easily torn, and is specifically determined according to individual material properties. When the structure of the base cloth is composed of two or more layers, the thickness of the layer portion to be peeled is set to such a degree that the layer portion is easily torn by the raised portion. For example, when the base fabric has a two-layer structure of a woven or knitted fabric and a synthetic resin film or sheet, and the tufting of the pile yarn is performed substantially by a woven or knitted fabric, the thickness of the synthetic resin film or sheet is determined by the thickness of the film or sheet. It is sufficient that the sheet can be peeled off while being easily torn by the raised portion.

According to the present invention, the base fabric of the brushed sheet is peeled from the molded product to which the brushed sheet thus obtained is pasted in the pile fiber raising direction. The peeling is as shown in FIG. This is performed while pulling up the base cloth in a direction opposite to the hair falling direction so as to cause the raised portion of the hair to fall. In this case, depending on the type of the base fabric to be peeled, or when the raised portion is in a loop shape, the peeling is performed while tearing the base fabric to be peeled at the base of the pile yarn as the raised portion. At this time, in order to prevent the raised portion caused by the peeling of the base fabric from falling down again, it is effective to apply an appropriate humidity or temperature to the raised portion prior to or during peeling.
