そのように構成された本考案を使用する時は、紐掛け溝の溝口にマスクの片方の耳掛け紐を添わせ、マスク側へ軽く引っ張ると、耳掛け紐はスッと紐掛け溝の内部空間に沈み込み、溝口側を除く周囲を覆い被され、且つ内壁面の滑りにくい性質も合わさって、身体・頭部の動作や強風等によって落脱する心配もない。

マスク掛け止めホルダー（１）は、以上のような構成であり、以下その具体的な使用法を説明する。
本考案を使用する時は、図１の溝口（４）に耳掛け紐（Ｂ）を添わせ、図２のように耳（Ｃ）の後背側へ引っかけて装着する。その際上部に設けたズレ防止凸部（６）を耳（Ｃ）の内側の奥部に引っかけることでより安定感が増す。もう一方の耳掛け紐（Ｂ）を持ち、装着した耳（Ｃ）の反対側の耳（Ｃ）に耳掛け紐（Ｂ）を引っかけマスクを装着する。シリコーンゴムのような柔らかい素材のため、耳（Ｃ）への負担も少なく邪魔にならない。マスク（Ａ）を外す際は、装着していない側の耳掛け紐（Ｂ）を持ち、耳（Ｃ）から外し、図３のように顔脇に垂らしたままにしても落脱しない。また図４のように耳掛け紐（Ｂ）をフック（５）に掛け、マスク（Ａ）を二つ折にして顔脇に収納することで、いつでもマスク（Ａ）を装着したいときに耳掛け紐（Ｂ）を反対の耳（Ｃ）に掛ければ、着脱が容易に行える。顔表面の温度上昇を防ぐことができ収納場所も不要で、耳掛け紐（Ｂ）での操作なので、マスク（Ａ）の表面を触らず感染防止の観点からも有効である。In the posterior dorsal root area of one ear (C), it is used by wearing it with a width of several millimeters along the root line and covering from the upper end to the lower end on the earlobe side, and is flexible like a silicone rubber material.
