Abstract
【課題】クロスカッター先端部にカッター刃出口は１ヶ所であるが着脱反転に依り２種類の切口となるクロス切断の補助器を提供する。【解決手段】２種類の合計４枚の素材に依り薄切口６と厚切口のカッター刃出口をつくり、カッターホルダーに着脱できる様にリベットと可動ネジにより固定し、作業中カッターホルダーから抜け落ちない様刃の出量調節とを共用する締付ネジ９を設け、ホルダー先端のカッター刃出口の両側がそれぞれの先端切口となる。【選択図】図１
Description
本考案は壁紙切断カッター先端に二種類の切口ガイドを設けたクロス切断を補助する地ベラ不要で着脱できる補助器具である。
施工道具の多種化によりその選別と施工に時間が掛りすぎる。
クロス貼り施工時のクロス切断においては両手使用が必要であり厚ベラ薄ベラの２種類が必要である。従って地ベラとカッターを合体させることにより、前途の欠点を解決しようとするものである。
本考案は、１つのカッター刃出口にカッターホルダーの着脱反転により厚切口と薄切口の２種類のクロス切断を可能にしたものである。
上述の様に、本考案の両切口を備えたホルダーケースは地ベラと合体させたもので道具の縮小と減量減数に依り施工時間と道具選別による時間の短縮となる。
以下の添付図に従って一実施例を説明する。
１は耐久性の適宜素材にてクロスに着色しないもの。
２はここからカッターホルダーを差込み先端の５、６、７よりクロスの厚さに依り適宜にカッター刃先をだしクロスをかっとする差込口であり３はカッターの先端から滑り抜けるのを防止する針金の差込穴で４はよごれやのりづまりの除去の為の開閉ネジ５は厚切り用の本体と同じ厚さの補助板であり６はそのまま薄切口７の角度はカッター刃の折れ目と同じ角度で８はカッターホルダーのカッター刃の移動の為の空間で刃が短くなった時に前へ進める。９はすべり止メ固定ネジ。

- クロスカッター先端に１ヶ所のカッター刃出口でカッターホルダーの差替反転に依り薄切口と厚切口の２種類の切口を設けた地ベラ不要の着脱できるクロス切断の補助器である。
