Description

The present invention is an original acrylic jigsaw puzzle developed to meet customer needs by freely designing the size and shape of jigsaw puzzle pieces.

To date, there has been no original acrylic jigsaw puzzle that combines free-sized pieces and free-form pieces.

Some customers like jigsaw puzzles very much, but they don't like cutting their faces. This also causes a slight reduction in demand for original jigsaw puzzles.

We wanted to make original jigsaw puzzles at wedding receptions, but there were many customers who had given up even if they wanted to order without the same number of blades as the number of participants.

In producing original jigsaw puzzles, in order to respond to the diverse needs of customers with paper-based jigsaw puzzles, it is necessary to make a blade shape that meets the needs of each, and this is an almost unsolvable problem. Therefore, by printing on the acrylic plate and laser cutting, it becomes possible to meet various customer needs and to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks.

The present invention prints print data received from a customer on an acrylic plate, and laser-cuts the acrylic plate based on the laser cut data according to the customer's request. This makes it possible to produce original jigsaw puzzles that meet a variety of customer needs and solve problems.

There are two possible states of the acrylic plate before laser cutting. One is a state in which the label paper is printed with favorite print data, and the label paper is attached to a predetermined acrylic plate (reference numeral 1 in FIG. 1). The other state is a state where the acrylic plate is directly printed (reference numeral 3 in FIG. 1).

The problem is solved by laser-cutting the acrylic version of the original jigsaw puzzle pasted by one of the methods of 0007 into a desired shape to create a jigsaw puzzle.

Until now it was not possible to produce large original jigsaw puzzles, but by freely laser-cutting acrylic plates, original jigsaw puzzles can be produced infinitely. As a result, the demand for original jigsaw puzzles is widened and it becomes possible to meet the diverse demands of customers.

The image provided by the customer is printed on label paper (reference numeral 1) and attached to an acrylic plate (reference numeral 2). Or it prints directly on an acrylic board (code | symbol 3).
