[0003] In the case of FIG. 8, since the method is such that the glass tube is heated and melted and embossed, dimensional accuracy is not obtained, and therefore, a portion to be fitted to a mating part (a needle hub, a female luer connector, etc.). It was necessary to improve the dimensional accuracy by polishing with a grindstone or the like. The polishing is difficult to automate, and it is necessary to individually check all the performances. Therefore, the productivity is extremely low and the cost is high. Also,
In the case of FIG. 9, since metal aluminum is used as the caulking tool, fine powder of aluminum is generated when the luer tip member is wound around the mouth of the glass tube, contaminating the sterile room, and the chemical solution as foreign matter. There is a drawback that it may be mixed into the inside, and that it is necessary to separate and discard. Also, in the case of FIG. 10, since the dimensional accuracy of the outer diameter of the flange at the mouth of the glass tube is required, the polishing is performed, and a luer tip made of hard plastic (polycarbonate, etc.) is forcibly pressed. Therefore, cracks often occur in the press-fit portion of the rubber stopper, which is a problem.
In addition, since the position of the tip of the glass syringe outer cylinder is located on the center line of the glass tube due to the processing of the glass, a syringe having a capacity of 20 ml or more generally has a problem that it is difficult to penetrate the injection needle when injecting into a human body. there were.

As shown in (1), a cap-shaped member 3 on which a packing 4 is attached on the inner side of the top surface is prepared by mounting the tip member 2 shallowly on the cap-shaped member, and the cap member 3 is pressed down by applying it to the chemical solution discharge port 11 of the syringe outer cylinder 1. And the cap-shaped member 3 is the syringe barrel 1
6 moves downward along the liquid discharge port 11 and stops at a position as shown in FIG. At this time, the packing 4 is bitten between the cap-shaped member 3 and the chemical solution discharge port 11. When the downward movement of the cap-like member 3 stops, the tip member 2 slides down along the outer wall of the skirt 32 of the cap-like member 3 and deforms the cap-like member 3 inward, thereby causing the engaging claw 36 to move. It is firmly attached to the chemical solution discharge port 11. The downward movement of the tip member 2 stops at a position where the top surface 21 of the tip member 2 collides with the cap-like member 3 and the packing 4 as shown in FIG. It engages with the lower cut 37 at the lower end, and is attached to the chemical liquid discharge port 11 of the syringe outer cylinder 1 in a liquid-tight manner.

As is apparent from the above description, the prefilled syringe of the present invention uses a cap-shaped member to attach the chemical liquid discharge port to the chemical liquid discharge port of the glass syringe outer cylinder. Since the rubber packing is swaged and the chip member is mounted on it, the dimensional accuracy may be higher than the conventional one, the number of parts is small, it is easy to assemble, and it is suitable for mass production. It is possible to provide a prefilled syringe provided with a syringe barrel at a low cost, and since the injection needle mounting portion can be decentered, a prefilled syringe having a large-capacity glass syringe barrel can be produced. Since the shape of the injection needle mounting part can be selected to any shape, it can be applied to a syringe barrel with a large capacity, etc. It has the advantage.
