Abstract
【課題】排便管理を必要とされる人の便の状態の把握を口頭の自己申告ではなく、普遍的な基準に基づいて的確に把握することができる排便を管理する装置を提供する。【解決手段】水洗用の便器の洗浄便座の内側の排便の状態がはっきり分かる場所にデジタルカメラ２を取り付けて便の状態を撮影し排便管理部門に、撮影画像を転送し、排便管理が必要な人の便の状態を便の撮影画像から把握する。【選択図】図２
Description
本考案は、水洗便所の便器に取り付けて排便の状態を撮影し、排便管理の必要な人の体の状態を画像から把握するデジタルカメラ及び画像の転送装置に関するものである。
介護の現場で排便の管理が必要な人へ便の状態の把握は、主に口頭での自己申告によっての把握が広く採用されている。
口頭での自己申告では、人によって便の量や状態の基準が違うことや、認知機能に問題がある場合等、正確な便の量、状態を把握できないことが少なくない。
本考案は、便器の洗浄便座の内側で、便の状態をはっきりと撮影できる場所にデジタルカメラを設置し、便を撮影し排便管理部門の下へ両像を転送する。
常日頃から、便の状態を個人の感覚でなく、普遍的な基準の下で画像による管理を行なうことで、介護される人の便秘や下痢便の状態が重度になる前に手を打つことが可能になり苦しみを低減することができたり、介護者においても、重度の便秘や下痢の人が減ることにより、排便管理の面での労力が軽減される。
介護の現場だけでなく、医療の現場においても使用される可能性がある。また、大便だけでなく、尿の回数とか色等も体の状況の判断に使われる可能性がある。
個室トイレのドアの前に、指紋認証ボタンを設けボタンを押して入ったところで、誰であるかを認証する。また、将来的には顔認証でも可能とする。
ボタンを押して入った人が便座に腰掛けたと同時に、排便管理カメラが作動し排便の動画画像を撮影する。水洗ボタンを押した時撮影は終了する。
排便の動画画像から最適な静止画像を選択し前記静止画像は排便管理部門に転送され、管理される。
排便画像を撮影するカメラは、使用するごとに洗浄が行なわれる。

- 水洗用の便器の洗浄便座の内側において排便の状態がはっきり分かる場所にデジタルカメラを取り付けて便の状態を撮影し排便管理が必要な人の便の状態を前記便の撮影画像から把握することを特徴とする排便を管理する装置。
