Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a roof panel mounted on a steel truss. 2. Description of the Related Art A roof panel having a structure in which a main house and a field board are previously integrated and attached to a building body at a site has been known. In such a structure, when attaching the roof panel to a steel truss, the frame for connecting each purlin is made of iron, and this frame is directly mounted on the truss and fixed, or the entire purlin is used as an iron purlin. It is conceivable to fix the end of the iron purlin to the truss. [0003] In the above-described roof panel structure, when an iron frame is directly fixed to a roof truss, the iron frame has a structure corresponding to the interval between the roof trusses. At the same time, the cross section must be large enough to be fixed to the iron truss in consideration of the jointability with the bolt, and there is a disadvantage that the whole becomes large and the weight becomes large. On the other hand, the same applies to the case where the purlin is directly fixed. In consideration of joining with bolts, this purlin also needs to be all iron purlins, and its cross section also needs to be large, so that the weight is also heavy. There are disadvantages. An object of the present invention is to provide a roof panel to be attached to an iron truss, which is lightweight and has excellent handleability. [0005] [Means for Solving the Problems] To solve the above problems, in this invention, between the rear surface of the mutually parallel purlins arranged side by side in the roof slope direction and connected by an iron steel purlins ties, said Attach a field board directly to the top of the main building,
An iron purlin is used as an attachment part to a truss of some purlins, and the entire other purlin is a wooden purlin , and the iron purlin connecting material is
If the whole is a smaller section than the main building that became a wooden purlin
In particular, an end of the iron purlin is fixed to an iron truss with a bolt. According to the above construction, since the purlin connecting material simply connects each purlin, it is sufficient to use a small cross section, and a part of the purlin is fixed to the roof truss as an iron purlin. Therefore, the other purlin materials are preferably wooden purlins, so that a light weight and excellent in handleability can be obtained as a whole. FIG. 3 shows a structure of a frame portion of a roof panel connecting a purlin connecting material and an iron purlin. In the drawing, reference numerals 1 and 1 denote a pair of parallel purlin connecting members made of a light-section steel (C channel) having a small cross section, and a pair of parallel small cross sections extending between upper surfaces of the purlin connecting members 1 and 1. Are welded. The iron purlins 2 and 2 are also made of a light-weight steel having the same small cross section as the purlin connecting members 1 and 1. Further, on the upper surfaces of the iron purlins 2, 2, two vertical fixing pieces 3, 3,... Are attached at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the purlin connecting members 1, 1, respectively. With respect to the iron frame 4 having the above configuration,
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4, both ends of the wooden purlins 4, 4 are fixed to the fixing pieces 3, 3 of each purlin connecting material 1, 1 by bolts. Wooden purlins 5 and 5 having a small cross section are attached to the upper surfaces of the iron purlins 2 and 2 so as to have the same height. A field board 6 is directly attached by nailing from above and straddling between the upper surfaces of the wooden purlins 4 and 5, and a rubber roofing 7 is further provided on the upper surface thereof.
Is attached in advance. The base plate 6 protrudes further to the eaves side than the wooden purlins 4 and 5, and an eaves back purlin 8 is attached in advance to an intermediate portion on the back surface of the protruding portion. It is fixed by nailing or the like. In addition, a drainer 1
0 is attached in advance so as to project obliquely downward. FIG. 5 shows a structure for attaching the roof panel 17 to a roof truss. The upper surface of the upper chord member 12 of the triangular roof truss 11 is formed with a plurality of panel supports along the roof inclination direction. Are fixed in advance by welding, and the iron purlin 2 and the wooden purlins 4 and 5 are brought into contact with the panel receiving piece 13 from the upper side in the roof tilt direction, and the iron purlins 2 and 2 are fixed. , And fixed to the panel receiving piece 13 by bolts 19. Also,
Arms 14 projecting in the direction of the eaves are attached to the roof truss 11 in advance.
It comes into contact with the end plate 15 at the tip and is joined by bolts 16. An eaves back purlin 8 provided in the middle of the protruding portion is mounted on the arm 14 and is supported by being nailed to the plate 20 of the arm 14. According to the present invention, the purlin material is entirely made of
Because it is connected with a purlin connecting material with a smaller cross section than the main purse consisting of the roof, it is different from simply integrating the main floor with a base plate attached to the upper surface, and the strength becomes higher as a whole and the purlin is connected. The timber needs to be small enough to connect each purlin to each other , and to a truss with only some purlins .
Since the mounting part of the truss is an iron purlin and the entire other purlin is a wooden purlin, a part of the main purlin is fixed to the roof truss, so that a light weight and excellent handleability can be obtained as a whole. In addition, it can be manufactured at a lower cost as compared with the case where all the iron purlins are used.
