Description
The present invention relates to a testing apparatus used for clinical diagnosis using an immunochromatography method. Specifically, the present invention relates to an inspection apparatus that can prevent infection and contamination by a specimen and can simplify packaging.
In recent years, many clinical tests using immunochromatography have been adopted in clinical tests for diagnosing the health condition of patients. The immunochromatography method (1) requires no special measuring equipment and can be judged visually. (2) The inspection takes only a few minutes, and (3) the operation for the inspection is simple. It has excellent features such as requiring no special technology. Due to these characteristics, the immunochromatography method is mainly used for virus inspection such as influenza and bacterial infection inspection in the medical field, and enables rapid treatment start and accurate treatment after inspection diagnosis.
When this type of test apparatus is used, a predetermined amount of sample liquid in which the sample is dispersed is dropped from a sample liquid addition hole provided on the surface of a housing in which an immunochromatographic test strip is accommodated. The dropped sample solution moves in the test strip by capillary action, and the test result is displayed at the signal detection site. This test result can be visually recognized from the judgment window of the housing provided at a position facing the signal detection site. As described above, a plurality of openings such as a sample solution addition hole and a determination window are provided in a housing of an inspection apparatus using an immunochromatography method. For this reason, if the sample liquid contains highly infectious viruses or bacteria, it will contact the used test strip through the opening of the testing device, or excess sample liquid will flow out of the opening. By doing so, there was a risk of microbial contamination.
Therefore, as a test apparatus with a low risk of touching an infectious sample,
However, in the housing described in
The present invention has been devised in view of the above points, and its purpose is to provide an inspection apparatus capable of preventing microbial contamination from a used inspection apparatus in an inspection apparatus using an immunochromatography method. There is to do.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, an inspection apparatus according to the present invention has a housing having at least one opening on the surface and accommodating a test strip for immunochromatography inside, and a housing so as to cover the opening. And an adhesive film piece that can be detachably attached to the surface.
Since the inspection device of the present invention has a removable adhesive film piece, after performing the inspection, the adhesive film piece is affixed to the surface of the housing to cover the openings such as the sample solution addition hole and the judgment window. can do. Thereby, since the opening part which the test strip containing a sample solution is exposed is covered, microbial contamination through an opening part can be prevented, and the used apparatus for a test | inspection can be handled safely.
Further, the housing of the inspection device of the present invention is composed of a bottom case and a peripheral wall continuous upward from the entire circumference of the bottom surface, and a lower case in which a test strip is installed on the bottom surface, and a top surface and a lower surface from the entire periphery of the top surface. An upper case having the opening on the top surface, the upper case being fitted inside the peripheral wall of the lower case, and the end surface of the peripheral wall of the lower case being the upper case It is also preferable that the adhesive film piece is attached to the end surface of the peripheral wall of the lower case so as to cover the opening. In the present specification, “up and down” refers to the up and down direction in a state where the inspection apparatus is placed on a desk or the like.
A housing of this inspection device is composed of an upper case and a lower case, and an upper case formed from the top is fitted into an inner portion surrounded by a peripheral wall of the lower case, which is slightly smaller than the lower case. Here, since the end surface of the peripheral wall of the lower case is configured to be located above the top surface of the upper case, the surface of the housing includes a portion composed of the top surface of the upper case and the peripheral wall of the lower case. There is a convex outer edge portion composed of an end face. Therefore, when the adhesive film piece is affixed to the surface of the housing after the inspection, the sample liquid is adhered to the convex outer edge portion, that is, the end surface portion of the peripheral wall of the lower case. Openings such as addition holes and determination windows can be covered. This covers the opening where the test strip containing the sample solution is exposed and the mating part of the upper and lower cases, preventing microbial contamination through the opening and the gap between the cases and being used. Can be handled more safely. In addition, even before the inspection is performed, it is possible to prevent moisture and dust from entering the inside of the housing by sticking the adhesive film piece to the end surface portion of the peripheral wall of the lower case of the housing in the same manner as after the inspection. , Can prevent deterioration and deterioration of the test strip.
Further, the housing of the inspection device according to the present invention comprises a bottom case and a peripheral wall continuous upward from the entire circumference of the bottom surface, a lower case in which a test strip is installed on the bottom surface, and a lower surface from the entire circumference of the top surface and the top surface. An upper case having an opening on the top surface, and the upper case and the lower case are fitted in a liquid-tight manner at the ends of the peripheral walls. It is also preferable that it is configured to be attached to the surface of the upper case so as to cover the opening.
The housing of this inspection device is composed of an upper case and a lower case, and both cases are liquid-tightly fitted at the ends of the peripheral walls, that is, at the side surfaces. After the inspection, when the adhesive film piece is affixed to the surface of the housing, the adhesive film piece may be affixed to the surface of the upper case to cover the openings such as the sample solution addition hole and the judgment window. it can. As a result, the opening from which the test strip containing the sample solution is exposed is covered, so that microbial contamination through the opening can be prevented, and the used testing apparatus can be handled more safely.
Moreover, it is also preferable that the adhesive film piece of the inspection device of the present invention is configured to cover the entire surface of the housing. Thereby, since the opening part of the housing surface can be covered reliably, the used apparatus for a test | inspection can be handled more safely.
Further, the packaged product of the inspection device of the present invention includes a plurality of inspection devices described above contained in a bag made of a packaging film. As a result, a packaged product is obtained in which a plurality of inspection devices each having an adhesive film piece attached to the surface of the housing are packaged. By covering the entire surface of the housing with the adhesive film piece, the adhesive film piece can be used as an alternative to the conventional individual packaging, so that the individual packaging can be omitted.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an inspection device and an inspection device package having the following excellent effects.
(1) Microbial contamination from a used inspection device can be easily prevented and can be handled safely.
(2) Since the adhesive film piece can be used as an alternative to the conventional individual packaging, the individual packaging can be omitted.
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3B, the
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the
The material of the
Next, the
Although it does not specifically limit as a material of the
Moreover, in this embodiment, when handling the
The
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3B, the
Next, a method of using the
Also, as shown in FIG. 4, a plurality of
Next, when carrying out the inspection, the
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 5, the
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the
As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the
As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the

The material of the
As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the
Next, a method for using the
Next, when carrying out the inspection, the
