Abstract
Description
米粉パウダーを予め温水で糊状となした後、該糊状の米粉パウダーをMFR25g/10分のポリプロピレン中に米粉パウダーの含有割合が30、40、60、80、90重量%になるよう配合し、米粉パウダー入りポリプロピレン原料を作製した。これらの原料をそれぞれ射出成形機にて図1に示すような上半体と下半体を成形した後、ゴム系ボンドで上半体と下半体の周辺部を接合して図2に例示の樹脂オカリナを作製し、それぞれについて吸水率、表面鉛筆硬度、音色、演奏持続時間、カビ発生の有無を調べ、その結果を表1に示した。

Claims (4)
- 熱可塑性樹脂に吸水性パウダーを40〜80重量%配合した組成物からなり、且つその吸水率が2〜10%であることを特徴とする樹脂オカリナ。
- 表面鉛筆硬度が1H以上である請求項1記載の樹脂オカリナ。
- 熱可塑性樹脂がポリプロピレンである請求項1記載の樹脂オカリナ。
- 吸水性パウダーが米粉を主材としてなるものである請求項1記載の樹脂オカリナ。
